    ist auch eine kleine ermahnung an mich und inshaAllah an uns alle:

    Salamu alaikum wr wb, inshallah hilft dir das weiter..

    Die Erklärung des Hadîth: „Der Mensch füllt kein
    schlechteres Gefäß als seinen Bauch…"

    von Al-Hâfidh Ibn Rajab al-Hanbalî

    Es wurde berichtet, dass Al-Miqdâm Ibn Mâdiy-Karib sagte: Ich hörte den Gesandten
    Allâhs (Frieden und Segen Allâhs seien auf ihm) sagen:
    „Der Mensch füllt kein schlechteres Gefäß als seinen Bauch. Einige Bissen
    genügen dem Sohn Adams, um seinen Rücken aufrecht zu halten. Aber wenn das nicht
    möglich ist, dann sollte ein Drittel des Magens für sein Essen, ein Drittel für sein Trinken
    und ein Drittel für sein freies Atmen vorbehalten sein."
    (Hadîth sahîh; berichtet von Ahmad, At-Tirmidhî, An-Nasâ'î, Ibn Mâjah)

    1. Ibn Masawih, ein muslimischer Arzt, sagte, nachdem er diesen Hadîth gelesen
    hatte:
    „Wenn nur die Leute diese Worte befolgen würden, würden sie alle Krankheiten
    und Beschwerden vermeiden, und die Kliniken und Apotheken wären überflüssig."

    2. Ein anderer Arzt, Al-Hârith Ibn Kalada, sagte:
    „Das, was die Menschheit getötet hat, ist das Essen von einer Mahlzeit nach der
    anderen, ohne dass das vorherige Essen verdaut worden ist."

    3. Bezüglich der spirituellen Vorteile: Demut des Herzens, Kraft des Verstandes, das
    Nachlassen von niederen Verlangen, Nachlassen von persönlichen Meinungen und
    Zorn, während das sich Überessen das Gegenteil all dessen bewirkt.
    Al-Hasan Al-Basri sagte:
    „O Sohn Adams, iss mit einem Drittel deines Magens und trinke mit einem Drittel
    und lasse ein Drittel deines Magens zum Atmen frei, damit du denken kannst."

    4. Ein Mann sagte zu Ibn 'Umar:
    „Soll ich dir nicht ein Jawarish bringen?" Ibn 'Umar fragte: „Was ist das?" Er
    antwortete: „Etwas, das die Verdauung der Nahrung nach dem Essen fördert." Ibn
    'Umar erwiderte: „Ich habe mich seit vier Monaten nicht satt gegessen. Dies ist
    nicht, weil ich es nicht tun kann, aber ich war mit einer Gruppe von Leuten
    zusammen, die häufiger hungrig waren, als dass sie satt waren."

    5. Seine Ziele nicht erreichen: Muhammad Ibn Wasi sagte:
    „Wer wenig isst, wird verstehen und andere verstehen lassen und wird rein und
    bescheiden sein. Das Überessen beschwert eine Person und hält sie von vielem
    ab, was sie [zustande bringen] will."

    6. Al-Hasan Al-Basri:
    „Die Versuchung Âdams (Friede sei mit ihm) war das Essen, und es ist eure
    Versuchung bis zur Qiyâma (Wiederauferstehung)."
    Und die Leute pflegten zu sagen:
    „Wer die Kontrolle über seinen Magen erlangt, gewinnt die Kontrolle über alle
    guten Taten."
    Und:
    „Weisheit wohnt in keinem vollen Magen."
    Eines Tages bot Al-Hasan seinem Gefährten Essen an, welcher daraufhin sagte:
    „Ich habe (so viel) gegessen, dass ich nicht mehr essen kann." Woraufhin Al-
    Hasan ausrief:
    „SubhânAllâh! Isst ein Muslim (so viel), bis er nicht mehr essen kann?"

    7. Allâh gewährt das Diesseits denjenigen, die Er liebt und denjenigen, die Er nicht
    liebt, jedoch gewährt er nur denjenigen Hunger, die Er liebt.

    8. Ash-Shâfi'î sagte:
    „Ich habe mich seit sechzehn Jahren nicht mehr satt gegessen, denn sich satt zu
    essen macht den Körper schwer, lässt den klaren Verstand schwinden, macht
    schläfrig und schwächt einen für die Anbetung."

    9. Im Bukhâri und Muslim:
    „Der Gläubige isst mit einem einzigen Magen, und der Ungläubige isst mit sieben
    Mägen."
    (Dies) bedeutet: Der Gläubige isst mit den Manieren des Islam und in Maßen,
    wohingegen der Kâfir aufgrund von Verlangen und Gefräßigkeit isst, daher isst er
    mit sieben Mägen.

    10.Des Weiteren:
    „Das Essen für eine Person reicht auch für zwei und das Essen für zwei reicht auch
    für drei und das Essen für drei reicht auch für vier."

    11. Ebenso von 'Â'ishah:
    „Die Familie Muhammads (Frieden und Segen Allâhs seien auf ihm) aß sich
    niemals drei Tage hintereinander an Weizenbrot satt, von der Zeit seiner Ankunft
    in Madînah bis er starb."

    12. Ein Muslim sollte nicht bloß seinem Appetit folgen. Allâh sagt:
    „Dann folgten nach ihnen Nachfolger, die das Gebet vernachlässigten und
    den Begierden folgten. So werden sie (den Lohn für ihre) Verirrung
    vorfinden,
    außer demjenigen, der bereut…" [Maryam 19:59-60]

    13. „Die beste Generation ist meine Generation, dann jene, die nach ihr kommt, dann
    die, die nach ihr kommt. Danach werden Menschen kommen, die schwören, ohne
    gefragt zu werden, die Eide leisten, ohne sie zu erfüllen; das Übergewicht wird an
    ihren Körpern sichtbar sein." (Bukhâri und Muslim)

    14.Von Abî Barza, dass der Prophet (Frieden und Segen Allâhs seien auf ihm) sagte:
    „Meine größte Angst um euch ist das sündige Verlangen hinsichtlich eurer Mägen
    und eurer Schamteile und die irreführenden Neigungen."
    (Ahmad und andere, und dessen Überlieferer sind die Leute des Sahîh)

    'Aisha berichtete, dass der Prophet sagte :

    "Welch vorzügliche Zukost ist der Essig!"

    ----

    Zahdam al-Jarmi erzählte:

    "Wir waren bei Abu Musa al-Ash'arii und es wurde uns Hühnerfleisch serviert. Da rückte einer der Anwesenden weg. Darauf sagte er (Abu Musa) : ' Was ist mit dir?' und er antwortete : ' Ich habe einmal gesehen, wie ein Huhn etwas fraß und da habe ich geschworen, dass ich kein Huhn mehr essen werde.' Er (Abu Musa) sagte: ' Komm her, denn wahrlich ich habe gesehen, wie der Gesandte Allahs Hühnerfleisch aß."

    ----

    Abu Asiid berichtet, dass der Prophet sagte:

    "Ess Öl und reibt euch damit ein, denn wahrlich, es stammt von einem gesegneten Baum."
    (Hier ist das Olivenöl gemeint.)

    ----

    Anas ibn Maalik berichtete:

    "Der Gesandte Allahs mochte gerne Kürbis. Einmal wurde ihm Essen gebracht oder er wurde zum Essen eingeladen und ich fischte den Kürbis heraus und legte ihn vor ihm hin, weil ich wusste, dass er ihn so gerne mochte."

    ----

    'Aisha sagte :

    "Der Prophet liebte Süßigkeiten und den Honig."

    ----

    Abu Hurayra berichtete:

    "Dem Propheten wurde Fleisch serviert und man reichte ihm ein Vorderbein, welches er sehr gerne mochte und er aß davon mit seinen Zähnen."

    ----

    'Abdullah ibn Ja'far sagte:

    "Ich hörte, wie der Gesandte Allahs sagte : "Das köstlichste Fleisch ist das Rückenfleisch."

    ----

    'Abdullah ibn Salaam berichtet :

    "Ich sah wie der Prophet ein Stück Gerstenbrot nahm und eine Dattel darauf legte. Er sagte : ' Das eine iist die Beilage für das andere ' und dann aß er es."
