    Alhamdhulillah we are in the first 10 days of Ramadan, the days of Mercy. One of the most manifest qualities of Allah is Mercy and the Revelation of the Quran is His act of Mercy. It is this Mercy, the Quran that can truly lead mankind out of darkness. And the Quran was revealed in this blessed month. And therefore Ramadan marks and is the celebration of the descent of Allah's Mercy and Guidance.

    Doch was genau macht Miswak zusätzlich auch für diese Welt so unverzichtbar? Schauen wir uns an, was Allah uns in dieser Pflanze mitgegeben hat. Einige Inhaltsstoffe des Miswak sind:

    Calciumsulfat: Diese Kristalle dienen als Putzkörperchen. Sie helfen, den fest anhaftenden Schmutz von den Zähnen zu lösen. Jede moderne Zahnpasta setzt Putzkörperchen ein. Das Calciumsulfat liegt in so kleinen Kristallen vor, dass Verletzungen dadurch ausgeschlossen sind.

    Fluoride: Jeder weiß heute, dass Fluoride den Zahnschmelz härten und somit definitiv zur guten Zahnpflege gehören. Über 90 Prozenten aller modernen Zahnpasten enthalten Fluoride.

    Tannine: Tannine oder Gerbstoffe sind in vielen Mundwässern enthalten. Sie straffen das Zahnfleisch und festigen somit auch den Sitz der Zähne im Zahnbett. Interessanterweise haben Tannine auch im Magen-Darm-Trakt die Funktion, die Schleimhaut zu festigen und gesund zu halten.

    Saponine:: So genannte Seifen halten den gelösten Schmutz der Zähne in der Schwebe. Somit legt sich der gelöste Schmutz nicht mehr an die Zahnoberfläche zurück.

    Wie man sehen kann, ist dieses Zahnputzholz durchaus ein moderner Beitrag zur täglichen Zahnpflege. Es vereint Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta ein einem Objekt.
