    Gesunde Kohlenhydrate

    Im Ramadan führen wir unserem Körper fast 20 Stunden keine Energie zu, daher ist es in dieser Zeit besonders wichtig, gesunde Kohlenhydrate zu sich nehmen.

    Die gesunden Kohlenhydrate, die zum Beispiel in Vollkornbrot, Vollkornnudeln, Nüsse, Hülsenfrüchte, Müsli, Haferflocken, Kartoffeln und Gemüse enthalten sind, sorgen nicht nur für einen gesunden Kreislauf im Körper, sie halten auch länger satt, weil der Körper länger braucht, um sie zu verwerten. Zudem bleiben Heißhungerattacken aus.

    Die ungesunden Kohlenhydrate, wie sie sich z.B. in Weißmehl und Zucker verstecken, werden vom Körper nicht sinnvoll verarbeitet, sondern eingelagert für schlechte Zeiten. Außerdem verursachen ungesunde Kohlenhydrate (besonders Zucker) Heißhungerattacken und man hat sich eher nicht mehr im Griff und konsumiert mehr, als einem eigentlich gut tut.

    Auf Kohlenhydrate sollte man nicht komplett verzichte, denn sonst erleidet der Körper Mangelerscheinungen und verlangt irgendwann danach.

    شدید جنگ، افغان طالبان کو اہم کامیابی مل گئی
    کابل (نمائندہ خصوصی) مقامی ذرائع کے مطابق دس روز تک جاری رہنے والی لڑائی کے نتیجے میں افغان طالبان نے سیکیورٹی فورسز کے خلاف اہم کامیابیاں حاصل کرتے ہوئے جنوبی افغانستان میں اپنی پوزیشن مزید مستحکم کرلی ہے۔ تفصیلات کے مطابق قریباً 800 طالبان نے 19 جون کو علاقے میں پولیس چیک پوائنٹس اور فوجی چوکیوں پر حملہ کردیا۔ بین الاقوامی خبر رساں ایجنسی اے ایف پی کے مطابق حکومت نے دعویٰ کیا ہے کہ طالبان کو پسپا کردیا گیا ہے لیکن درحقیقت انہوں نے بارکزئی اور بوستانزئی میں اپنی پوزیشن مزید مستحکم کرلی ہے۔ دوسری جانب حکومت نے سنگین کے علاقے میں مزید فوج بھیجنے کا اعلان بھی کیا ہے۔ اطلاعات کے مطابق طالبان نے سنگین میں جگہ جگہ بارودی سرنگیں نصب کردی ہیں اور علاقے میں گاڑیوں کی ٹریفک نہ ہونے کے برابر رہ گئی ہے۔ دوسری جانب افغانی سیاستدان حالیہ الیکشنز پر پیدا ہونے والے تنازعات سلجھانے میں مصروف ہیں۔ یاد رہے کہ اعلان کے مطابق افغانستان میں یہ امریکہ اور نیٹو کا آخری سال ہے اور تجربہ کاروں کا خیال ہے کہ اس رخصتی کے بعد طالبان تیزی سے طاقت پکڑ سکتے ہیں۔‬
