    As-Salāmu ʿalaykum wa Rahmatu l-lāhi wa Barakātuh,

    in Saudi-Arabien wurde von dem Hohen Justizrat angekündigt, dass der Neumond nicht gesichtet werden konnte und somit der erste Tag des Ramadan in-schaa'allaah am Sonntag den 29. Juni 2014 sein wird. Daher werden wir die 30 Tage des Scha'baan vollenden und mit dem Tarawih-Gebet am Samstag nach 'Ischaa' beginnen, inschaa'Allah.

    Möge Allah, subhaanahu wa ta'aalaa, uns und euch stets rechtleiten, und möge Er uns diesen gesegneten Monat erfolgreich nutzen lassen, sowie Er es liebt und annimmt, amin!
    Und von Allah ist der Erfolg; möge Allahs Salaah und Salaam auf unserem Propheten Muhammad, seiner Familie und seinen Gefährten sein.

    Es wurde berichtet, dass Abū Hurayrah radiyAllāhu 'anhu sagte: Der Gesandte Allāhs salAllāhu 'alayhi wa salam sagte:

    "Es kann eine fastende Person geben, die nichts mehr von ihren Fasten hat als Hunger und Durst und es kann eine Person geben, die Qiyām betet und alles, was sie von Qiyām hat, ist eine schlaflose Nacht."
