    Folgende Bücher sind unsere Übersetzungsprojekte, neben den kleineren Artikel:

    - Kitab al Iman von Shaykh al Islam Ahmad ibn Taymiyya. Stand: Über 100 Seiten wurden übersetzt.

    - Umdat al Fiqh von Ibn Qudama al Maqdisi. Stand: Kapitel der Reinigung bald fertig übersetzt.

    - Elements of Shafi Fiqh von Umar Abul Jabbar. Stand: Ist bald in der Korrektur.

    - Al Ahkam as Sultaniyyah von Abul Hassan al Mawardi. Stand: Noch nicht begonnen.

    Von den übersetzten Bücher wurden immer einige Seite als eigenständige Artikel auf at-Tanzil veröffentlicht und das werden wir weiterhin uns vornehmen - in sha Allah.

    Unterstützung von eurer Seite bei der Korrekturlesung des deutschen Textes oder mit dem englischen Text abgleichen, ist erwünscht.

    One thing which concerns each and everyone of us is #rizq.
    This sustenance does not only refer back to wealth, but to family, livelihood and more.

    Sometimes we become #distressed because we do not know when or how we will get a job. Or for some, they may worry when trying for a child. Others may worry about their health.
    But all of this is granted by none other than #Allaah.

    Alaah is so generous that He will grant sustenance to those who obey Him, aswell as those who disobey Him. Because this world isn't even equivalent to the wing of a mosquito so He gives from it, to whomever He wills.

    If you are worrying about getting a job, then used these blessed nights to seek Allaah and ask Him for #provisions. Look at the example of #Maryam AS. When #Zakariyya AS used to visit her, he would find food by her and ask her where this came from? And she would affirm that it was provision from her #Lord. See her #chastity was such that Allaah would sustain her through in explainable means.

    If you are worrying about having a child, then seek Allaah during these blessed nights and take a moment out before breaking your #fast to ask Allaah to bless you with pious offspring. Look at the example of Zakariyya AS and his wife who was barren. They wanted a child and although he had reached the age of 80, Allaah still blessed Zakariyya AS and his wife with a child, Yahya AS. And what a #pious child he was! #SubhanAllaah!

    All belongs but to Allaah. He says 'be' and it is. So why worry or fret? What's meant to be will be and undoubtedly you hold a key to attaining whatever you desire. And that key is #duaa. So #supplicate #sincerely and allow your most intimate #supplications to travel to Allaah amidst the darkness of the night, for nothing escapes His knowledge.

    May Allaah bless all those who are looking for a job with a job which is sufficient for them and may Allaah bless all those who seek children, with pious children who are the contentment of their eyes and may Allaah cure those who are sick and fulfill the needs of all those who are in need. Aameen. ♥

    Ich habe ein riesiges Problem: Es ist mein erster Ramadan und ich schaffe es nicht

    das Rauchen zu lassen, essen und trinken, ja sogar meine Medis kann ich mit viel Anstrengung weglasen, aber das Rauchen.......es sind ja nur 2 am Tag, aber ich habe Angst, dass ich total umsonst faste. Es ist für mich ein riesen Fortschritt, wirklich nur 2 zu rauchen und es ist wirklich anstrengend, weil normalerweise rauche ich viel viel mehr, ein Wunder, dass ich das überhaupt so hinkriege.



    Eine Nichtmuslima-Freundin von mir meinte, dass es besser sei zu fasten und sich anzustrengen als zu sagen, dass es wegen dem Rauchen eh keinen Sinn macht und dass man dann gar nicht erst fastet.





    Wegen dem Rauchen allgemein habe ich von haram bis ist nicht gern gesehen viel zu viele verschiedene Meinungen gehört, dass ich selber nicht mehr durchblicke





    Was meint ihr? Ist mein Fasten jetzt ungültig?

    Subhana'allah in Hamburg-Billstedt wurde eine Schwester anscheined von 5 Männern entführt - zwischen 16:00 und 18:00 Uhr.

    Die Polizei kam zu einer Schwester und die haben gesagt es sollen 5 Männer gewesen sein. Ein Bruder hat auch einen Anruf von der Familie bekommen.

    Bis jetzt ist kein Zeichen von ihr da... Das ganze ist mitten am Nachmittag passiert!!!

    THINGS TO BE AVOIDED DURING RAMADAN
    ____________________________________________

    1. Don't sleep during the day and pray all night. By doing this you are converting the day into night and the night into day, which is not the purpose of fasting.

    2. Avoid being lazy and inactive during the day.

    3. Don't waste time playing games during the day. Rather, please Allah by increasing in your worship of him.

    4. Avoid having Iftar parties. Ramadan wasn't meant to be a food extravaganza.

    5. Dont ask your wife to spend Ramadan in the Kitchen. Eat something light and quick - she isn't Biryani woman.

    6. Spend the last 10 days worshipping Allah rather than trying to prepare for Eid! A day that is better than a thousand months is in these last 10 days. You can't afford to miss this.

    7. Dont stay awake the full night. Your body has a right over you, and when it wants rest, then rest.

    8. Avoid excessive socialising after Taraweeh

    9. Avoid shopping a lot in Ramadhaan.

    10. Dont eat the full night.

    11. Dont loiter around at night rather than worshipping Allah.

    12. Eid doesnt require loads of preparation. Dont fall into this trap! Keep it simple, and it will be blessed.

    May we witness this forthcoming Ramadan with sound health - AAMIn....
    Common mistakes in Ramadhan:

    1. Drinking "rooh afza" on a daily basis

    - Why: It contains high amounts of sugar, additives and colarants
    - Solution: If you have to, drink it twice a week maximum

    2. Drinking large amounts of water at iftaar time

    - Why: Filling the stomach with water is more strenuous to it than with food.
    - Solution: have a few sips at iftaar then a glass after every two hours.

    3. Exercising directly after iftaar.

    - Why: the body's blood flow is concentrated around the stomach at that time.
    - Solution: Exercise after two hours of eating to ease digestion.

    4. Chewing and swallowing food fast.

    - Why: chewing food slowly can speed up digestion and help maintain your weight

    5. Having dessert directly after iftaar

    - Why: they make you drowsy and sleepy
    - Solution: leave at least a two hour gap between iftaar and dessert to stay fresh and awake for ishaa and taraweeh prayers

    6. Consuming foods with high amounts of sodium

    - Why: Sodium triggers thirst through out the fasting hours of the day
    - Solution: instead, eat foods that are high in potassium, they retain water and supress your thirst.

    # Bananas are high in potassium. A banana at Suhoor time can control your thirst level through out the day.

    # Best sources of potassium for Suhoor time:
    - bananas
    - milk
    - dates
    - avocados
    - dried peaches
    - pistachios
    - pumpkin
    - peas
    - dark chocolate

    # Worst choices for Suhoor:
    - biryani
    - kebab
    - pizza
    - fast food in general
    - cheese
    - haleem

    # Best choices for Suhoor:
    - potato
    - rice
    - dates
    - whole grain bread
    - banana

    # Drinking lots of water at suhoor is important, but not as much as drinking it through out your non-fasting hours.
