    ‫" بدعات کا متبادل ____________ سنت کا راستہ "

    ۱۔ میلاد کی بجائے رسول اللہ ﷺ کی سیرتِ پاک پر درس کا اہتمام کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ کے طریقوں کی پیروی اور اتباع کرنا چاہیئے۔ ہمارا دین نعروں یا محض محبت کے دعوؤں کا نہیں، بلکہ عملی دین ہے۔ احادیثِ رسول اللہ ﷺ کی حکمتوں کا بیان ایک اچھا متبادل ہے۔

    ۲۔ ایصالِ ثواب کیلئے قرآن خوانی، بیجوں پر کلمہ پڑھنے کے بجائے مسنون طریقے اپنائے جائیں۔ مثلاً میت کی طرف سے قربانی کرنا، صدقہ و خیرات کرنا، غریبوں کو کھانا کھلانا، حجِ بدل کرنا، میت کا قرض ادا کرنا، اس کے جائز وعدوں کو پورا کرنا اور اس کے رشتے داروں کے ساتھ صلہ رحمی کرنا، میت کے نام سے پانی کا کنواں کھدوانے کا انتظام کرنا اور اولاد کا والدین کیلئے دعائے مغفرت کرنا، میت کی بلندئ درجات کا باعث ہوگا۔

    ۳۔ قبر والوں کے بجائے واحد اللہ کی ذات پر توکل کرنا اور اسی سے اپنی حاجات مانگنا۔

    ۴۔ عبادت کو صرف شعبان یا شبِ معراج تک محدود کرنے کے بجائے روزانہ رات کو تہجد کا اہتمام کرنا۔

    ۵۔ عبدالقادر جیلانی رحمتہ اللہ کے ناموں کے بجائے اللہ تعالیٰ کے پاک ناموں کو یاد کرنا اور انکو وسیلہ بنا کر اللہ سع دعائیں مانگنا۔

    ۶۔ درودِ تاج ، درودِ ماہی ، درودِ تنجینا جیسے خود ساختہ درود پڑھنے کے بجائے مسنون درود پڑھنے کا اہتمام کرنا۔

    ۷۔ سوا لاکھ مرتبہ آیتِ کریمہ پڑھنے کے بجائے صرف ایک بار دل سے یہ دعا پڑھ کر دعا مانگنے سے بھی دعائیں قبول ہوتی ہیں۔

    ۸۔ نظر لگنے کی صورت میں ٹونے ٹوٹکے کرنے بجائے رسول اللہ ﷺ کی بتائی ہوئی مسنون دعائیں پڑھیں۔

    ۹۔ اجتماعی قرآن خوانی یا یٰس کا ختم یا آیتِ کریمہ کا ختم بدعت ہے کیونکہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کی حیاتِ طیبہ میں سینکڑوں صحابہ کرام راضی اللہ تعالٰی عنہما کی وفات ہوئی، آپ ﷺ کی بغض ازواج راضی اللہ تعالٰی عنہا کی وفات آپ ﷺ کے سامنے ہوئی، آپ ﷺ کے بیٹے بیٹیوں کی وفات ہوئی مگر حدیث و سیرت کی کسی ایک کتاب میں بھی ایک حدیث یا ایک واقعہ بھی نہیں ملتا کہ مسجدِ نبوی میں اعلان کر کے مسلمانوں کو جمع کر کے اجتماعی طور پر حضور ﷺ اور صحابہ کرام راضی اللہ تعالٰی عنہما نے ۵ قرآن ختم کئے یا قرآن خوانی کا اہتمام کیا۔ حتیٰ کہ کوئی ضیعف اور نہ ہی موضوع حدیث اس پر موجود ہے۔

    امام مالک رحمتہ اللہ فرماتے ہیں: " جو عمل اُس زمانے (دورِصحابہ کرام راضی اللہ تعالٰی عنہما) میں دین نہیں تھا وہ آج بھی دین نہیں ہوسکتا۔"

    "جو لوگ رسول اللہ ﷺ کے حکم کی خلاف ورزی کرتے ہیں انہیں ڈرنا چاہیے کہ مبادا وہ فتنہ اور آزمائش میں مبتلا ہو جائیں یا درد ناک عزاب انہیں گھیرے۔" (سورة النُوْر:٦٣)

    ایصالِ ثواب کیلئے یہ دیکھنا ہوگا کہ جو آدمی ایصالِ ثواب کر رہا ہے کیا اسے بھی ثواب مل رہا ہے یا نہیں۔ اگر وہ عمل سنت کے مطابق نہیں تو وہ مردود ہے۔ اگر وہ شخص ہی کا مرتکب ہو رہا ہے تو وہ مرنے والے کو کیا اجر و ثواب پہنچائےگا۔‬

    Es ist nicht erlaubt, sich auf die Berechnungen zu stützen, um den Monatsanfang Ramadan festzulegen
    Frage:

    In einigen muslimischen Ländern stützen sich dort die Menschen beim Beginn ihres Fastens auf Berechnungen und nicht auf die Sichtung der Mondsichel. Sie verlassen sich völlig auf solche Berechnungen.

    Antwort:

    Der Gesandte Allahs – möge Allah ihn loben und Heil schenken – hat den Muslimen folgendes befohlen: „Fastet erst nach der Sichtung (des Neumonds) und brecht das Fasten erst nach seiner Sichtung. Wenn er (der Neumond) bedeckt ist, so zählt dreißig (Tage)."

    Der Gesandte Allahs – möge Allah ihn loben und Heil schenken – hat auch gesagt: „Wir sind eine unalphabetische Ummah, wir schreiben nicht und berechnen nicht, der Monat ist so und so, und zeigte mit seiner Hand.", d.h. neunundzwanzig oder dreißig Tage.

    Außerdem ist in Şaĥīĥ al-Buchārī der Ĥadīth von Abu Hurairah verzeichnet, der berichtet hat, dass der Gesandte Allahs – möge Allah ihn loben und Heil schenken – gesagt hat: „Fastet erst nach der Sichtung (des Neumonds) und brecht das Fasten erst nach seiner Sichtung. Wenn er (der Neumond) bedeckt ist, dann vollendet die dreißig (Tage) von Scha'bān."

    Der Gesandte Allahs – möge Allah ihn loben und Heil schenken – sagte auch: „Fastet nicht, bis ihr den Neumond sieht und brecht das Fasten nicht, bis ihr sie seht. Wenn sie bedeckt ist, dann rechnet den Monat aus."

    Die Ĥadīthe bezüglich dieser Thematik sind zahlreich. Alle weisen daraufhin, dass es Pflicht ist, die Mondsichel zu sichten. Erst wenn diese bedeckt ist, dann soll man den Monat ausrechnen, d.h. die dreißig Tage vollenden. Diese Ĥadīthe weisen gleichzeitig daraufhin, dass es nicht erlaubt ist, sich allein auf die Berechnung zu stützen.

    Der Scheich des Islam, Ibn Taimiyah, hat berichtet, dass unter den Gelehrten Konsens im Bezug auf das Verbot vom sich Stützen auf Berechnungen herrsche. Und das ist die Wahrheit.

    Klarstellung zu der angeblichen Sichtung des Neumondes im Jemen

    Beim recherchieren über die angebliche Sichtung des Neumondes im Jemen vom Richter البعداني (Al-Ba'dani) bin ich darauf gestoßen, dass dieses Komitee in der Vergangenheit anscheinend schon öfter Falschmeldungen verbreitet hat, die sofort im eigenen Land negiert wurden.     Auch nach der heutigen Falschmeldung kam schnell die Verneinung dessen aus dem Jemen selbst.

    Fastenmonat Ramadān BEGINNT ab Sonntag, da Sichtung des Mondes in keinem Land gesichtet werden kann.

    Ibn 'Umar (RadīAllāhu 'anhu) berichtete dass er den Gesandten Allāhs (SallAllāhu 'alayhi wa Sallam) folgendes sagen hörte:

    „Der (Mond-)Monat hat neunundzwanzig Nächte,
    so beginnt das Fasten NICHT, bis ihr ihn (den Neumond) gesichtet habt.
    Und wenn die Sichtung nicht möglich ist, so vollendet die Zahl dreißig Tage."

    "Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu

    Liebe Geschwister,

    vor einigen Monaten hat Allah der Erhabene mich rechtgeleitet und ich nahm seinen Din, den Islam, an. Mit meiner Überzeugung vom Islam geht einher, dass ich den Din Allahs auch in die Tat umsetzen möchte. So entschloss ich mich, den Hijab zu tragen, Alhamdulillah. Ich befinde mich momentan im ersten Jahr meiner 3-jährigen Ausbildung zur zahnmedizinischen Fachangestellten. Bei meiner jetzigen Ausbildungsstelle stieß ich mit meinem Hijab auf Ablehnung. Da ich es also während meiner Arbeitszeit nicht tragen darf und ein Ablegen meiner islamischen Kleidung nicht in Frage kommt, bin ich nun auf der Suche nach einem toleranten Praxisteam, welches eine Auszubildende mit Hijab einstellen würde. Am günstigsten für mich wäre eine Stelle im nahen Umkreis von Münster oder Greven.

    Möge Allah all jene reichlich belohnen, die diese Nachricht weiterleiten oder gar eine Praxis wissen, in der ich den praktischen Anteil meiner Ausbildung beenden kann. Barakallahu Feekum!

    „Jeder in meiner Umma darf mit der Vergebung seiner Sündenrechnen, mit Ausnahme derjenigen, die ihre Sünden kund tun.
    Zum Kundtun gehört, dass der Mensch eine Tat in der Nacht begeht und beim Anbruch des Morgens - wo Allah ihm Verborgenheit gewährt hat - sagt:
    „Du Soundso, ich habe gestern abend soundso gemacht!"
    Er verbrachte doch die Nacht in der Verborgenheit, die ihm sein Herr gewährt hat und steht auf, indem er den Schutzschleier Allahs von sich abwirft."
