    Im Islamischen Staat gibt es extra ein Gericht, wohin man gehen kann, wenn man der Meinung ist der Kalif und seine Regierung verstoßen gegen den Islam. Dieses Gericht nennt sich Makhamat Al-Mazalim (Gericht für ungerechte Handlungen).

    Sollte nach Prüfung bestätigt werden, dass die Anklage berechtigt ist, können der Kalif oder andere Regierungsvertreter ihres Amtes enthoben werden.

    Auch ohne Anklage seitens der Bevölkerung wird der Kalif ständig vom diesem Gericht beobachtet.

That is the great attainment.} [9:100]

    The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: "The best of my Ummah is my generation (Qarni), then those who follow them, then those who follow them." [Bukhari and Muslim]

    These ayah and hadith are proof that the Pious Salaf were upon guidance and goodness, and that they are worthy of being taken as an example, and MUST be followed.

    Reported by `Umar bin Al-Khattab (RA): Some prisoners were brought to Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) amongst whom there was a woman who was running (searching for her child). When she saw a child among the captives, she took hold of it, pressed it against her belly and gave it a suck. Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "Do you think this woman would ever throw her child in fire?'' We said, "By Allah, she would never throw the child in fire.'' Thereupon Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "Allah is more kind to his slave than this woman is to her child".
