    Strengt euch an, um Wissen zu erlangen, denn das Wissen zu erlangen ist Ehrfurcht vor Allah, die Suche danach ist eine Anbetungshandlung, des Wissens Memorieren ist eine Lobpreisung Allahs, das Streben danach ist ein Kampf, das Weitergeben des Wissens an Unwissende ist ein Almosen, und sich um die Gelehrten zu bemühen, ist eine fromme Tat, weil es das Erlaubte und das Verbotene ans Licht bringt. Das Wissen ist der erkennende Beweis dafür, was richtig und was falsch ist. Und es ist die gute Kraft, welche dir helfen wird, die Prüfungen der Gemütlichkeit und des Leidens zu überwinden. Das Wissen ist dein stärkstes Schwert gegen dein Feind, und letzten Endes ist es in der Gesellschaft deiner Gefährten dein prächtigstes Kleidungsstück.

    Der 90-jährige Mann der sich wünschte, er hätte nie Kinder gehabt

    "Ich besuchte eines Tages ein Heim für alte Menschen. Als ich das Altersheim betrat und neben den Betten den Menschen meinem Salam gab, zog ein Mann der 90 Jahre alt war, meine Aufmerksamkeit auf sich.
    Er schaute mich mit Blicken an und ich schwöre bei Allah, oh meine Brüder, meine Augen haben nie zuvor solche Blicke gesehen. So sah ich ihn an und es war ein Anblick des Leides. Ich ging also zu ihm und gab ihm meinen Salam - er war blind und konnte nichts sehen.

    Er sagte zu mir: "Mein Sohn, ich bitte dich um etwas."
    Ich sagte: "Oh Onkel, befehle es mir, ich werde dir gehorchen."
    Er sagte: "Bitte mein Sohn, bei Allah es sind nun 3 Tage und der Hunger bringt mich um. Ich habe nichts gegessen oder getrunken."
    Ich sagte: "Ich suche Zuflucht bei Allah!" und fragte: "Und das Altersheim?"
    Er antwortete: "Mein Sohn, ich habe keinen Appetit auf ihr Essen."
    Ich fragte: "Oh Onkel, was möchtest du? Fordere es von mir und wünsche was du willst."
    Er sagte: "Mein Sohn, falls du einen Riyal hast, gehe bitte zum Lebensmittelgeschäft und kaufe mir Brot. Das ist alles was ich möchte...ich möchte Brot."

    So verließ ich das Altersheim und kaufte ihm Brot, Wasser, Säfte und Essen und ging wieder zu ihm und gab es ihm.
    Er nahm ein Stück vom Brot und als er es aß, drehte er sich zu mir um und lächelte, er sagte: "Möge Allah dich belohnen."
    Ich sagte: "Oh Onkel, ich möchte dich etwas fragen, doch verzeihe mir bitte diese Frage. Du bist im Altersheim nun und hast du keine Kinder? Hast du keine Töchter? Hast du keine Söhne?"
    Er senkte seinen Kopf für eine Weile und hebte ihn wieder und sagte: "Mein Sohn, ja ich habe Kinder. Bei Allah, ich habe 10 Söhne und Töchter."
    Ich sagte: "SubhanAllah, 10 Kinder?!"
    Er sagte: "Ja, mein Sohn, doch sie wurden groß und heirateten und jeder ging mit seiner Ehefrau fort und sie vergaßen mich - sie vergaßen mich Zuhause. Bei Allah, der Winter kommt und die Kälte bringt mich um, ich rufe sie an, doch niemand kommt zu mir. Eines Tages kam der barmherzigste meiner Söhne zu mir - dieser ist der barmherzigste von ihnen. Er sagte: "Vater..."
    Ich sagte: "Sage es mir, mein Sohn." und bei Allah, ich dachte er würde sagen: "Komm und schlafe in meinem Haus."
    Ich dachte er würde sagen: "Vater, ich habe für dich ein Zimmer vorbereitet, damit du dich erholen kannst und dort bleibst. Es ist besser anstatt hier Zuhause zu bleiben bei der Kälte die dich umbringt. Oh Vater, wir werden an einen Ort gehen der dir gebührt und an dem du und wir uns erholen können."

    Ich sagte: "Lass und dann gehen mein Sohn, möge Allah dich belohnen! (ich war blind und konnte nichts sehen). Er nahm mich und sagte: "Oh Vater, nehme dieses Papier und setze dich hier hin und warte bis jemand kommt."
    Ich fragte ihn: "Was ist das mein Sohn?"
    Er sagte: "Oh Vater, setz dich hin! Das hier ist das Heim für alte Menschen. Vielleicht werden sie sich um dich kümmern, denn wir haben keine Zeit dafür."

    Der alte Mann sagte: "Ich bin 90 Jahre alt und in diesem Moment begann ich zu weinen. Ich habe nicht erwartet, dass sie mich eines Tages in das Altersheim werfen würden. Ich habe nicht erwartet, dass sie mich alleine im Heim zurücklassen würden. Ich wünschte ich hätte nie Kinder gehabt!"

    Ich sagte: "Ok Onkel, hat dich einer von ihnen besucht? Wie lange bist du nun schon im Altersheim?"
    Er sagte: "Mein Sohn, es sind jetzt 2 Jahre."
    Ich fragte: "Und hat dich jemand besucht?"
    Er sagte zu mir: "In 2 Jahren hat niemand an die Tür geklopft."
    Ich sagte: "Niemand hat an die Tür geklopft?"
    Er sagte: "Es hat noch nichteinmal jemand an die Tür geklopft...aber..."
    Ich sagte: "Was, oh Onkel? Bete für sie, dass Allah sie rechtleitet und sie zurückbringt."
    Er sagte: "Nein mein Sohn" und hob seine Hände zum Himmel:
    "Bei Allah! Bei Allah! Ich werde sie nicht lassen am Tag der Auferstehung. Bei Allah, ich werde vor Allah stehen und gegen sie sein. Bei Allah, bei Allah, bei Allah! Ich werde am Tag der Auferstehung stehen und mich gegen sie einsetzen! Wie können sie ihren Vater verlassen, derjenige der ermüdete durch ihre Erziehung? Wie können sie nur ihren Vater verlassen, derjenige, der als sie jung waren, nicht schlief bevor sie schliefen! Wie können sie ihren Vater verlassen??? Und sie verlassen ihn für 2 Jahre, ohne dass ihn jemand kennt, damit sie mit ihren Frauen sein können. Bei Allah, ich werde sie nicht gehen lassen am Tag der Auferstehung! Ich werde sie nicht gehen lassen mit Allah, Er ist der Gerechte. Armselig sind sie und denken sie hätten es jetzt gemütlich."

    Dann fing er zu weinen, ich sagte: "Nein Onkel, weine nicht! Unsere Herzen sind für dich, unsere Hände sind für dich!"
    Er sagte: "Es ist richtig mein Sohn, dass du hergekommen bist und dich um mich gesorgt hast, doch mein Sohn, keine Hand ist liebevoller als die Hand eines Sohnes - keine Hand ist liebevoller als die Hand eines Sohnes und kein Herz ist liebevoller als seines..."
    Er fing and zu weinen und ich sagte: "Nein, oh Onkel, bete dass Allah sie zurückbringt."
    Er sagte: "Ya Rabb! Erlaube es ihnen nicht glücklich zu werden im Diesseits als auch im Jenseits!"

    Ich schaute ihn an, oh meine Brürder, und er war am Weinen. Ich sagte: "Oh Onkel, ruhe dich aus."
    Er sagte: "Mein Sohn, mein Sohn, 10 Kinder und nicht einer von ihnen hat Gutes in sich?!" 10 Kinder und nicht einer von ihnen hat Gutes in

    Die Zeit

    Die Zeit läuft uns davon. Mit jeder Sekunde, die vergeht; vergeht ein Moment, der wertvoll ist. An jenem Tag wird der Mensch denken, er habe nicht länger als eine Stunde im Diesseits verweilt, subhanAllâh [Vgl. Quran, Sure 10:45]. Wie wird es dem Menschen dann dabei ergehen, begreifen zu müssen, dass diese eine Stunde entscheidet, ob Hölle oder Paradies? Wie groß vermag die Furcht sein, wenn diese eine Stunde die vollständige Antwort für die Ewigkeit bedeutet? Wie herzzerreißend muss die Reue sein, einzusehen, dass man vielleicht das ewige Wohlbefinden wegen einer einzigen Stunde, sechzig Minuten, 3600 Sekunden verliert?

    Allâh schenkte uns Verstand, um ihn zu nutzen. Er schenkte uns Worte der Zukunft, um vorausschauend zu blicken. Mit jeder einzelnen Warnung vermittelt Er uns Seine Liebe, um uns zu schützen.

    So frage ich Dich, auf was wartest Du?

    Während Du auf die Zeit wartest, so wartet sie wahrlich nicht auf Dich. Greife nach der Zeit, ehe sie Dich ergreift. Stehe auf und lasse Worte – ob Wünsche oder Träume – Taten folgen; ehe Worte und Taten anderer folgen, die nichts anderes für Dich tun können als das Totengebet für Dich zu beten.

    Muss ich Dich jetzt etwa immer noch zu Deinem Glück zwingen oder worauf wartest Du noch? Stehe auf, los!

Man könnte meinen wir leiden an Alzheimer oder wären an Nationalismus erkrankt - möge Allah uns davor bewahren . Das mit dem Nationalismus kommt so nicht hin denn wir sehen das die Spender die zahlreicher zu anderen Ländern Spenden Multinational sind ... Hmm werden wir schnell vergesslich ?     Sisi sweeps election as Egypt military reasserts grip

    Ex-army chief Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has scored a crushing presidential election triumph and consolidated the grip of the military, 11 months after the overthrow of the only Egyptian president not drawn from its ranks.

    Ninety-six percent of voters, at least 21 million Egyptians, chose retired field marshal Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, who deposed elected Islamist president Mohamed Morsi, with ballots counted from all but a handful of 352 stations, state television reported Thursday.

    Sisi's only electoral rival, leftist leader and longtime opposition figure Hamdeen Sabbahi, won less than four percent.

    The former general, who retired from the army to run for office, becomes Egypt's fifth president hailing from the military, reasserting the institution's grip on politics in the Arab world's most populous nation.

    The military has always formed the backbone of political life in Egypt and the institution has provided its leaders ever since army officers toppled the monarchy in 1952.

    The only exception was Morsi, elected in 2012 a year after an uprising overthrew longtime strongman Hosni Mubarak, himself a former air force commander.

    Sisi rode on a wave of support for a potential new strongman who can restore stability and revive the economy after three years of turmoil.

    But his opponents say that since he ousted Morsi last July, Egypt has undergone a return to autocratic rule.

    A state crackdown targeting Morsi supporters has left at least 1,400 people dead in street clashes and seen more than 15,000 others jailed.

    Amid the crackdown on dissent condemned by rights groups and Western governments, the military-installed authorities had aimed for a high turnout as a sign of legitimacy.

    Private and state-run media pressed Egyptians to go out and vote, and the Monday-Tuesday election was extended for a third day in a last-minute decision which sparked protests.

    Sisi had called for at least 40 million of Egypt's almost 54 million eligible voters to go to the polling stations.

    But an election commission official put actual turnout at about 25 million, or 46 percent, official Al-Ahram newspaper reported on its website, down from 52 percent when Morsi was elected in 2012.

    A US House subcommittee has heard testimony that the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council has found the United States unreliable, leaning to Pakistan to develop nuclear program.

    The House Middle East and Africa subcommittee also raised the prospect that several PGCC Arab states could reconcile with Teheran and damage American interests in the Persian Gulf, World Tribune reported on Wednesday.

    In a hearing on May 22, Ros-Lehtinen warned that the six PGCC Arab states would abandon Washington. She said this would threaten counter-insurgency and other US cooperation with Persian Gulf Arab states as well as spark a regional arms race.

    The subcommittee was told that recent efforts to improve Saudi-US relations failed. They included a visit by President Barack Obama to Saudi Arabia in March 2014, in which he met King Abdullah.

    Senior fellow at the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies David A. Weinberg also raised the prospect that Saudi Arabia would acquire a nuclear weapon from Pakistan and that the United Arab Emirates, which signed a pledge not to enrich uranium, could follow.

    "I think the linkages between the Saudi and Pakistani military establishments, including in this [nuclear] arena, are extremely close and need be a cause of concern," he said, adding that the PGCC believes that Washington has abandoned its Persian Gulf allies and "ceded its longtime leadership position."

    أحلنا ملف قتلنا وتهجيرنا ودمارنا إلى الله عز وجل وأقسمنا عليه أن لا يغفر لكل من شارك في قتلنا ومن بيده إنصافنا.
    نعم هذا هو لسان حال أهلنا في شام العزة والإسلام إنهم أحالوا ملف قتلهم وتهجيرهم إلى الله عز وجل، ومن كان عند الله ماذا فقد؟ ومن فقد معية الله ماذا وجد؟

    أيها المسلمون المخلصون في سوريا الشام: لقد شاء الله سبحانه وتعالى أن يكون ما يحدث لكم مختلفاً عما حدث في غيرها من بلدان ما سمي بـ(الربيع العربي)، فهل شاء الله سبحانه وتعالى لها أن تكون عقر دار الإسلام؟ نسأل الله ذلك، وواضح أن الغرب، وعلى رأسه أمريكا، يأخذ ذلك في حسبانه كل مأخذ،
    لذلك يخوض حرباً لا هوادة فيها على المسلمين وعلى مشروعهم في إقامة دولة الخلافة، ولكن إرادة الله هي الغالبة، قال تعالى: ﴿إِنْ يَنْصُرْكُمُ اللَّهُ فَلا غَالِبَ لَكُمْ﴾، ولعله من نعم الله السابغة علينا أن هذا المشروع قد تهيأت له ظروف نجاحه في سوريا بفضل الله الذي يختص برحمته من يشاء. وإن حزب التحرير يدعو الجميع لأن يكونوا يداً واحدة معه لإقامة هذا المشروع العظيم، ليس في سوريا فحسب بل في كل بلاد المسلمين، وهذا ما يُرضي الله ويَـنكي الكافرين.

    قال الله تعالى: ﴿إِنَّمَا كَانَ قَوْلَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِذَا دُعُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَهُمْ أَنْ يَقُولُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ﴾.

    Das Türkische Verfassungsgericht entschied soeben die Aufhebung der Youtube-Sperre in der Türkei.
    Antragssteller war die türkische Anwaltskammer.

    Die Regierung von Ministerpräsident Recep Tayyip Erdogan hatte YouTube am 27. März sperren lassen.
    Auslöser für die YouTube - Sperre waren dort veröffentlichte Mitschnitte eines vertraulichen Gesprächs, die von türkischen ranghohen Regierungsbeamten über die Lage in Syrien stammen.

    Bitte Liken und Teilen! Sehr wichtig, jeder muss mitbekommen, dass wir eine Schwester im Gefängnis haben die mit ihrem kleinen Sohn inhaftiert wurde.

    `Abdullah Ibn `Umar, Allahs Wohlgefallen auf beiden, berichtete, dass der Gesandte Allahs, Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm, sagte: „Der Muslim ist des Muslims Bruder. Ihn darf er weder unterdrücken noch zugrunde gehen lassen. Wer seinem Bruder in der Not beisteht, dem steht Allah in seiner eigenen Not bei. Und wer einem Muslim eine Sorge abnimmt, dem nimmt Allah eine Sorge von den Sorgen am Tage der Auferstehung ab. Und wer einen Muslim nicht bloßstellt, den stellt Allah nicht bloß am Tage der Auferstehung."

    Die erste Einführung des Grundbuch- und Katasterverfahrens (Tapu ve kadastro işlemleri)!

    Dies ist ein systematischer Eintrag der Bewohner, Landflächen etc. ins staatliche Buch. Wenn jemand z.B. etwas an Land gekauft hat, dann ging das über den Staat (wie heute) und wurde amtlich eingetragen.

    Woher kommt das? Wo liegt der Ursprung?

    Die İdee kam von den ersten Muslimen, unter anderem von Umâr ibn al-Khattâb (Hz. Ömer). Nachdem er den İslâm in mehrere Länder verbreitet hatte und der islamische Staat größer wurde, hielt er dieses Verfahren als nötig, um auch Einnahmen und Ausgaben des Staates zu kontrollieren.
    Zur Umsetzung kam es damals leider noch nicht.

    Der erste, der dies richtig und systematisch eingesetzt hatte, war Fâtih Sultân Mehmed Han. Die Einträge kamen in ein Buch, was sich "Kânunnâme-i Kitâbet-i Vilâyet" nannte. Dieses Buch führten nur zwei Leute. Und zwar "Defter-i Emîn" und "Vilâyet-i Kâtib".

    Daran erkennen wir das diese Angelegnheit ihren Ursprung in der islamischen Welt hat, so wie viel andere Dinge ebenfalls.

    Nine Years Later, America offers false sympathy over Andijan Massacre in Uzbekistan!

    The American Embassy in Uzbekistan issued a statement on the ninth anniversary of the heinous massacre perpetrated in May 2005 CE by the tyrant of Uzbekistan and his henchmen in the city of Andijan. The security forces at the time killed protestors who came out to express their rejection of the catastrophic living conditions and the policies of the oppressive regime against them.

    The statement reads: "Today, the United States remembers the events that took place in Andijan nine years ago and extends heartfelt sympathy to all who suffered during and as a result of that tragedy. As a principle the United States encourages reconciliation, accountability and respect for the rights of all citizens as the best means to ensure future peace and stability".

    With these empty words, the United States government wants to dance on the wounds and the pain of our Ummah in Uzbekistan. It sheds crocodile tears for the victims of the criminal Karimov, yet it is not ashamed to launch hundreds of attacks via drone planes in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen and Somalia. This is in addition to its civilized 'honor' track record, which is the pride of the world in the prisons of Abu Ghraib, Guantanamo and Bagram (this is without presenting its pristine colonial record in the extermination of the American Indians, the enslavement of Africans and the chemical agent Orange and its achievements in Vietnam ... and the list goes on)!!

    The horrific Andijan massacre where the blood of the demonstrators was shed was recorded in the American Embassy as events its perpetrators are unknown. America is only interested in trading with the feelings of the victims and their families. When the American wolf is disguised dressed as a lamb, while weapons of mass destruction and killing does not stop in Iraq, nor in Syria, nor in Afghanistan, then we can see the truthfulness of the Prince of Poets, Shawqi, when he wrote,

    The Fox emerged one day in the preacher's clothes

    Mistaken is the one who thinks that the Fox follows a Deen.

    The European Union is not any better than its twin the U.S., after the sham sanctions that do not feed hungry mouth, the Union was allowed by Karimov to send the Red Cross delegation for scheduled visits to some prisoners, The Union was in joy and made a song and dance that its sanctions paid off, but we did not hear from them when the Red Cross canceled its next visit after realizing the deceit of Karimov and his henchmen! As for the Muslim rulers, they are all busy fighting the Dawah Carriers who are working to establish the Khilafah, and they compete in preparing evil tricks on how to oppress them, oblivious to the fate of their predecessors, the pharaohs and tyrants.

    O Islamic Ummah:

    Allah سبحانه وتعالى says:

    وَقِفُوهُمْ إِنَّهُم مَّسْئُولُونَ

    "And stop them; indeed, they are to be questioned"

    (As-Saffat: 24)

    The victims of the crimes of the Pharaoh of Uzbekistan are crying out to your conscience and your Iman in Allah سبحانه وتعالى and are crying out for your support. It is narrated in the Hadeeth:

    «الإمام جنة يقاتل من ورائه ويتقى به»

    "Verily, the Imam is but a shield who is fought from behind and is protected by"

    Remove your sin by working for the establishment of the Khilafah and pledge allegiance to the Imam, to be liberated from colonialism and from its local agents, and win the glory of both realms.
