    Behauptung dass Al-Fiqh al-Akbar nicht authentisch wäre
    I. Al-Fiqh al-Akbar. Es ist überliefert von Nasir ibn Yahya al-Balkhi, von Muhammad ibn Muqatil al-Razi, von Isam ibn Yusuf ibn Maymun al-Balkhi, von Hammad ibn Abi Hanifa, er von seinem Vater (Abu Hanifa).
    Die obigen überlieferer sind alle vertrauenswürdig. Nur Al-Bukhari allein hat Ibn Muqatil als schwach erklärt, wie von al-Khalili in al-Irshad erwähnt wurde, aber ohne begründung, Ibn Hajar verwirft diese schwächung und hält dies als ein Meinungsunterschied zwischen den Rechtsschulen und die Tatsache, dass Ibn Muqatil, wie alle Hanafîs, als Murjia abgestempelt worden sind.

    Ibn Sa'd erklärte Isam als schwach aber dass gilt auch als unbestätigt da Ibn Sad's Strenge gegen die Ahlu Kufa bekannt ist und Ibn Hibban, obwohl er ein rabiater Feind der Hanafîs war erklärte ihn als "sehr zuverlässig trotz gelegentliche Fehler", während al-Khalili ihn als "vertrauenswürdig" (saduq) einstufte.
    Hammad und al-Uqayli erklärten ihn als schwach, aber ihr fall ist der gleiche wie bei Ibn Hibban und Ib Sa'd bezüglich der Hanafis.
    Der Ash'ari Shaykh Ab al-Muzaffar al-Isfarayini (gest.471 n.H.) sagte in seinem Buch al-Tabsir fil-Din folgendes:
    "Al-Fiqh al-Akbar wurde zu uns durch vertrauenswürdige Überlieferer zuverlässig und mit einer soliden Kette von Nasir ibn Yahya [zu] Abu Hanifa überliefert."
    [In al-Tabsir (Seite 113) wie von al-Kawthari in seinem Vorwort zu al-Bayadï's Isharat al-Maram zitiert wurde (Seite 5).
    Imam al-Maghnisawi sagte:
    "Wahrlich das Buch al-Fiqh al-Akbar, welches von Imam al-A'zam verfasst wurde, ist fehlerfrei und ein weit akzeptiertes Buch."
    Imam Abu Mansur Abd al-Qahir al-Baghdadi sagte in seinem Usul al-Din:
    Abu Hanifa hat ein buch gegen die the Qadariyyah geschreiben namens "Al-Fiqh Al-Akbar"….
    andere Gelehrte die dieses Buch Imam Abu Hanifa zuschreiben sind unteranderem folgende:
    Hakam bin ' Abdallah al- Balkhi (199 n.H.) der Überliefer des Fiqh ul Akbar , Imam Ishaq bin Muhammed Hakim as- Samarqandi (342 n.H.) der Schüler von Imam Abu Mansur Maturidi (333 n.H.), Imam Muhiyuddin Baha ud Din, Mawla Ilyas bin Ibrahim al- Sinubi, Shaykh Akmal ud din Babarti, Ibn Taymiyyah al-Harrani, Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah, Allama ad- Dhahabi, Imam Kurdi, Mulla ' Ali al- Qari, Allama Abdulali Bahrul ' Ulum, Allama Abdulqadir al- Qurashi, Sadrus Scharia ' Ubaydullah bin Masud, Hafidh Ibn Humam, Allama Ibn' Abidin Shami, Maulana Abdulhay al- Lucknawi, Maulana Abdil Hakim Siyalkoti und andere (einschließlich Allama Mari al- Hanbali und Ibn Nadim).
    Die Tatsache, dass große Imame dieses Buch Imam Abu Hanifa zuschrieben und viele Gelehrte das Buch kommentiert haben, sind sehr starke Beweise für die Authenzitität des Buches.
