    Allah der Erhabene sagt:
    „O Kinder Adams, legt euren Schmuck [A 2] bei jeder Gebetsstätte an (…)" (Quran 7:31)
    Der Betende hat seine 'Aura zu bedecken. Dies gilt für Mann und Frau. Die `Aura des Mannes geht grundsätzlich vom Bauchnabel bis zu den Knien. Die Bedeckung sollte aber über den Bereich der Aura hinausgehen. So hat der Mann hat auch seine Schultern während des Gebetes zu bedecken. [1]
    Abu Huraira (Allahs Wohlgefallen auf ihm) berichtete, dass der Prophet (Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm) sagte:
    "Keiner von euch sollte in einem einzigen Kleidungsstück beten, während die Teile des Kleidungsstücks seine Schultern nicht bedecken. (Hadith bei Muslim und Buchari)
    Zur Kleidung der Frau siehe Islamische Bekleidung der Frau im Gebet.
    Der Prophet (Frieden und Segen Allâhs seien auf ihm) sagte:
    „Allah wird das Gebet einer Frau, die die Geschlechtsreife erlangt hat, nicht akzeptieren, außer mit einem Khimar (Kopfbedeckung)."
    (Berichtet von Abu Dawud (641), al-Tirmidhi (377), Ibn Majah (655); von al-Albani in Sahih al-Jami' (7747) als sahih eingestuft.)

    Frage: Führt die Heirat einer Muslimin mit einem Nicht-Muslim aus dem Glauben?

    Antwort: Es ist strengstens verboten, das eine Muslimin mit einem Nicht-Muslim heiratet. Das ist Frevel und eine große Sünde nach dem Konsens (Einigkeit) der islamischen Gelehrten. Jedoch führt dies nicht aus dem Rahmen des Islams. Außer wenn dies als erlaubt betrachtet wird. Solch eine eheliche Beziehung ist nichtig (ungültig) und wird als Unzucht behandelt.

    Eine Muslimin, die einen Nicht-Muslimen heiratet, verdient die von der Scharia vorgeschriebene Strafe (Hadd), außer wenn sie das Urteil (darüber) nicht kannte. Dann wird die Strafe nicht ausgeführt, wegen der bekannten Fiqh-Regel: Die Strafe wird nicht ausgeführt, wenn Zweifel bestehen.

    Dennoch ist der Vormund oder Qadi (Richter) verpflichtet solch eine eheliche Beziehung aufzulösen. Wenn die Muslimin insofern eines oder mehr Kinder gebährt, gehören sie der Mutter und ihr erlegt das Recht auf ihre islamische Erziehung.

    Wenn der Mann wahrhaftig den Islam annimmt, ist es (ihm) erlaubt in dieser Ehe zu bleiben, jedoch nach einem neuem Scharia-korrektem Übereinkommen.

    Da li udaja muslimanke za nemuslimana izvodi iz vjere?

    ODGOVOR:

    Strogo je zabranjeno da se muslimanka uda za nevjernika. To je prijestup i veliki grijeh, po konsenzusu islamskih učenjaka. Međutim, to ne izvodi iz okvira islama, osim ako se to isto ne smatra dopuštenim. Takva je bračna veza ništavna, i tretira se nemoralom. Muslimanka koja se uda za nemuslimana zaslužuje šerijatom propisanu kaznu (hadd), osim ako nije poznavala propis, tada se neće izvršiti kazna, zbog poznatog fihskog pravila: Kazna se ne izvršava kad postoji sumnja.

    Uprkos tome, staratelj (ili kadija) dužan je razvrgnuti takvu bračnu vezu. Ukoliko muslimanka rodi jedno ili više djece, ona će pripadati majci i ona polaže pravo na njihov islamski odgoj. Ako muž istinski prihvati islam, dopušteno je da ostane u braku, ali pod novim, šerijatski ispravnim ugovorom, a Allah najbolje zna.

    Dein Ziel ist es das Fass voll mit Wasser zu bekommen.

    Du kippst Wasser rein, doch merkst nach einer Zeit, dass das Fass sich nicht bis zum Rand füllen lässt. Deshalb wirst du energisch und kippst immer schneller und schneller mehr Wasser rein.

    Wir alle sind uns im Klaren, dass nicht der Vorrat an Wasser das Problem darstellt, sondern das Fass. Solange sich daran ein Loch befindet, werden wir es niemals voll bekommen - es stellt die Ursache des Problems dar.

    Die Islamische Welt hat ein ähnliches Problem. Egal in welches Land der Muslime wir schauen, sehen wir: Hunger, Leid, Armut, Schutzlosigkeit, fehlende Bildung (Mangel an Schulen) usw.

    Nun denken einige Muslime, dass wenn sie, um den Hunger und die Armut zu stoppen Geld spenden können, um dieses Problem in Zukunft zu lösen. Genauso glauben sie durch den Bau von Schulen die fehlende Bildung beseitigen zu können etc.

    Fakt ist aber, dass diese Dinge natürlich Probleme darstellen, aber nicht die Ursache allen Übels sind. Es gibt beispielsweise genügend Nahrung, sogar für über 12 Milliarden Menschen und auch genügend Ressourcen (wie Erdöl, Erdgas...).

    Aber wie beim Wasser beim Beispiel mit dem Fass bringen ALLE diese Sachen den Muslimen nichts, solange keine gerechte Umverteilung durch einen Islamischen Staat (Kalifat) stattfindet.

    Das stellt die Kernproblematik dar. Und wer glaubt er hätte genug für die Umma getan, weil er spendet, hat genauso wenig verstanden wie die Person mit dem Fass.

    Es soll nicht dazu dienen mit dem Spenden aufzuhören oder Organisationen, die sich um die Muslime weltweit kümmern nicht mehr zu unterstützen.

    Vielmehr sollte man seinen Fokus auf die Arbeit zur Errichtung des Kalifats setzen und nicht auf karitative* Einrichtungen/Organisationen.
