    ‫تقرير:

    نظام الأسد يبيع القمح للعراق رغم احتياج السوريين له

    ذكرت مصادر إعلامية عراقية، يوم الأحد، نية نظام الأسد بيع 100 ألف طن من القمح اللين، و100 ألف طن من القمح الجاف إلى الحكومة العراقية، رغم المجاعة التي تعيشها بعض المناطق السورية.

    ووصفت المصادر أن "القمح المباع هو من الفائض من محصول العام الماضي، والذي كان من المقرر أن يتم توزيعه في أنحاء مختلفة من سوريا، لكن هذا أصبح مستحيلًا بسبب الحرب هناك، وقد تقرر في وقت لاحق أن من الأسهل بيعه إلى العراق!".

    هذا وتعاني مناطق بسوريا من حدوث مجاعات نتيجة لحصار قوات الأسد للمدن الآهلة بالسكان، ومنع دخول الطعام والشراب لها، مما تسبب في موت الكثيرين من جراء تلك المجاعات، في الوقت الذي يقوم فيه نظام الأسد ببيع القمح للعراق.

    هذا المعتوه يفعل كل شيء كي ينتقم من أهل سوريا

    "يسر الولايات المتحدة ان ترحب بوفد الإئتلاف الوطني لقوى الثورة و المعارضة السورية الذي وصل الى العاصمة واشنطن يوم أمس في زيارة تستمر حتى الرابع عشر من ايار/مايو الجاري. ان هذه الزيارة برئاسة الرئيس الجربا هي الزيارة الرسمية الاولى للإئتلاف الى الولايات المتحدة منذ تأسيسه عام 2012. وان وزير الخارجية السيد كيري و كذلك مسؤولين آخرين من وزارة الخارجية و وزارة المالية و مجلس الامن القومي يتطلعون للقاء مع الوفد.
    لقد اعترفت الولايات المتحدة بإئتلاف المعارضة السورية بأنه الممثل الشرعي للشعب السوري في ديسمبر عام 2012. وقد قام الإئتلاف ببناء مؤسسة شاملة و معتدلة اثبتت التزامها بخدمة مصالح و احتياجات الشعب السوري ونبذت الارهاب وعملت من اجل دفع عجلة الانتقال السياسي عن طريق التفاوض في سوريا. واعطت صوتاً للسوريين الذين قمع النظام آرائهم لعقودٍ من الزمن. واسست حكومة مؤقتة لتعزيز قدرات هياكل الحكم المحلي داخل سوريا، وزيادة المساعدات الانسانية و اعادة الخدمات الاساسية .
    وكجزء من التزامنا الثابت بتمكين المعارضة السورية المعتدلة ودعم جهودها لمساعدة من يحتاج للمساعدة داخل سوريا، تعلن الولايات المتحدة عن إجراءات اضافية لدعم إئتلاف المعارضة السورية و المجتمعات المحلية داخل سوريا و اعضاء المعارضة المسلحة المعتدلة.
    اولاً، نقوم بتقوية علاقاتنا مع المعارضة السورية. ويسرنا ان نعلن ان مكاتب تمثيل إئتلاف المعارضة السورية في الولايات المتحدة هي الآن بعثات اجنبية وفقاً لقانون البعثات الاجنبية. وثانياً، نحن نعمل مع الكونجرس الامريكي لتقديم اكثر من 27 مليون دولار كحزمة جديدة من المساعدات الغير فتاكة، ليصل مجموع الدعم من المساعدات الغير فتاكة التي تعهدنا بها ونقوم بتقديمها لسوريا لما يقرب من 287 مليون دولار. ثالثاً، نقوم بزيادة شحنات المساعدات غير الفتاكة للقادة في الجيش السوري الحر لتعزيز قدراتهم اللوجستية.
    وفيما نقوم باتخاذ هذه الخطوات ونستمر في حواراتنا مع إئتلاف المعارضة السورية هذا الاسبوع، سننظر فيما يمكننا ان نقوم به اضافة الى ما تقدم و كذلك ما يمكن ان يقوم به شركاءنا الدوليين لدعم المعارضة المعتدلة و تخفيف المعاناة الانسانية الناجمة عن هذا الصراع و العمل من اجل حل سياسي لإنهاء الازمة السورية"

    "The United States is pleased to welcome the delegation of the Syrian National Coalition for Revolutionary and Opposition Forces, which arrived yesterday in Washington, DC and is visiting through May 14. Led by President Ahmad Jarba, this is the Coalition's first official visit to the United States since being established in 2012. Secretary Kerry, as well as other U.S. officials at the Departments of State and Treasury, and the National Security Council look forward to meeting with the delegation.

    The United States recognized the Coalition as the legitimate representative of the Syrian people in December 2012. The Coalition has built an inclusive and moderate institution that has demonstrated its commitment to serving the interests and needs of the Syrian people, rejected extremism, and worked to advance a negotiated political transition in Syria. It has given a voice to Syrians whose opinions have been suppressed by the regime for decades. It established an interim government which focuses on enhancing the capabilities of local governance structures inside Syria, increasing humanitarian assistance, and restoring essential services.

    As part of our steadfast commitment to empower the moderate Syrian opposition and to bolster its efforts to assist those in need inside Syria, the United States is announcing additional measures this week to support the Coalition, local communities inside Syria, and members of the moderate, armed opposition.

    First, we are strengthening our ties with the Syrian opposition. We are happy to announce that the Coalition's representative offices in the United States are now foreign missions under the Foreign Missions Act. Second, we are working with the U.S. Congress to provide more than $27 million in new non-lethal assistance, bringing the total non-lethal support we have committed and are providing for the Syrian opposition to nearly $287 million. Third, we are stepping up deliveries of non-lethal assistance to commanders in the Free Syrian Army to enhance their logistical capabilities.

    As we take these steps and continue our dialogue this week with the SOC, we will look at what more we can do and also at what our international partners can do to support the moderate opposition, ease the humanitarian suffering from this conflict, and work towards a political solution to resolve the Syrian crisis"

    Eine muslimische Bürgerrechtsbewegung hat ein neues Programm gestartet, um US-amerikanischen Moscheen dabei zu helfen, potenzielle Extremisten zu identifizieren. Den Betroffenen soll religiöse und soziale Beratung angeboten werden, statt sie auszuschließen.
    „Diese Frage wird immer so formuliert: ‚Warum müssen wir uns für etwas entschuldigen, das nichts mit uns zu tun hat?", erzählt Salam Al-Marayati dem Wall Street Journal. Al-Marayati ist Präsident des Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC), welcher seinen Sitz in Los Angeles hat. „Wir sagen, dass man die Verantwortung übernehmen muss… dass es da draußen muslimische Extremisten gibt, und dass sie es für uns alle schlimmer machen." Das freiwillige Programm wurde am Montag, dem 14. April, enthüllt, dem ersten Jahrestag des Boston Marathon Bombenanschlags. Ein muslimisches Bruderpaar tschetschenischer Abstammung wird beschuldigt Sprengstoffe an der Ziellinie des Rennens gezündet und dabei drei Menschen getötet und mehr als 260 Anwesende verletzt. Der Angriff auf den internationalen Marathon hat Verurteilungen von Muslimen aus den USA und der ganzen Welt nach sich gezogen.
    Obwohl die überwältigende Mehrheit der amerikanischen Muslime keinerlei Verbindung zum Extremismus hat, ist die gesamte Gemeinschaft stark von den seltenen, einzelnen Angriffen wie den Bombenanschlägen in Boston betroffen. Deshalb hat MPAC die neue Initiative vorgestellt, um Muslime dazu zu ermutigen, extremistische Ansichten anzusprechen. Diese Strategie ist ein Abschied von dem seit langer Zeit vertretenen Ansatz der amerikanisch-muslimischen Gemeinde, sich von "radikalen Strömungen des Islams" zu distanzieren.
    Eine frühere Meinungsfrage hat ergeben, dass die Mehrheit der rund 7-8 Millionen amerikanischen Muslime ihrem Land gegenüber loyal sind und ihrer Zukunft in den USA optimistisch entgegensehen.
    „Sichere Räume"
    Laut dem neuen MPAC-Plan, welcher „Initiative Sichere Räume" heißt, wird potenziellen Extremisten Hilfe von Imamen, Betreuern und Familienmitgliedern angeboten. Die Macher des Programms vergleichen den Ansatz mit Interventionsprogrammen, welche an Schulen etabliert sind, um Amokläufe oder Gewalt durch Gangs zu verhindern.
    „Es gibt einige Personen, die kurz davor stehen, Gewalttaten zu begehen. Doch nicht jeder Fall von Extremismus, in dem ein amerikanischer Muslim involviert ist, muss in einer Verhaftung enden oder damit, dass jemand verletzt wird", steht in einem Dokument der MPAC, welches die Initiative beschreibt. „Es gibt für die Gemeinden vielfältige Möglichkeiten, ihre Freunde, Familienmitglieder oder Brüder bzw. Schwestern im Islam davor zu schützen, einen gefährlichen und zerstörerischen Weg einzuschlagen."
    Das Programm ermutigt Vorsteher von Moscheen dazu, für heiß diskutierte Themen wie Politik, Geschlechterverhältnisse und Drogenmissbrauch „gesunde Ventile" zu fördern. Nach religiöser und sozialer Beratung sieht die Initiative als zweiten Schritt das direkte Gespräch mit einer Person vor, welche in den Extremismus abzugleiten scheint. Wenn die Intervention scheitert, stehen als letzter Schritt der Ausschluss der Person aus der Moschee und die Alarmierung der Strafverfolgung.
    Frühere Rufe nach Intervention von Seiten der Moschee, um radikalen Stimmen Einhalt zu gebieten, wurden bereits im Mai letzten Jahres von der MPAC geäußert, welche die Moschee- und Gemeindeleiter dazu aufgefordert hatten, jungen Muslimen, die sich einer extremistischen Ideologie zuwenden könnten, eine helfende Hand anzubieten, indem man verhaltensauffällige Jugendliche beteiligt, anstatt sie abzuschieben. Muslimische Gelehrte haben Terrorismus wiederholt als den Lehren des Islams 'zuwiderlaufend' verurteilt.
    Im Jahr 2008 haben tausende muslimische Imame aus Indien Terrorismus als eine Verletzung der islamischen Lehren verurteilt, indem sie diesen als „größtes Verbrechen laut des Korans" genannt haben. Ein anderer muslimischer Gelehrter, Scheich Tahir ul-Qadri, der in Großbritannien wohnt, hat im Mai 2011 eine 600-seitige Fatwa erstellt, in der Selbstmord-Bombenanschläge, Entführungen und der Mord unschuldiger Menschen als „absolut gegen die Lehren des Islams" verurteilt werden.

    Ist es obligatorisch, einem Herrscher zu gehorchen, der nicht entsprechend dem Buche Allāhs und der Sunnah Seines Gesandten (Allāhs Frieden und Segen seien auf ihm) richtet?

    Antwort:

    Alles Lob gebührt Allāh.

    Dem Herrscher, der nicht gemäß dem Buche Allāhs und der Sunnah Seines Gesandten richtet, sollte in Angelegenheiten gehorcht werden, die keinen Ungehorsam gegenüber Allāh und Seinem Gesandten beinhalten, und es ist nicht obligatorisch, ihn deswegen zu bekämpfen. Vielmehr ist dies nicht gestattet, bis er das Level des Kufr erreicht, und in diesem Fall wird es zur Pflicht, sich ihm entgegenzustellen, und er hat nicht das Recht, dass die Muslime ihm gehorchen.

    Das Herrschen nach irgendetwas anderem als dem, was dem Buche Allāhs und der Sunnah Seines Gesandten entspricht, erreicht die Ebene des Kufr, wenn zwei Bedingungen erfüllt sind:

    Wenn er das Gesetz Allāhs und Seines Gesandten kennt. Besitzt er davon keine Kenntnis, dann begeht er keinen Kufr, wenn er ihm zuwiderhandelt.

    Wenn er deshalb mit etwas anderem als dem, was Allāh offenbarte, richtet, weil er davon überzeugt ist, dass Allāhs Gesetz nicht in unsere Zeit passt und dass etwas anderes angemessener ist und nützlicher für die Menschen.

    Sind diese zwei Bedingungen erfüllt, dann ist das Richten mit etwas anderem als dem, was Allāh offenbarte, Kufr, welcher jemanden aus dem Islam hinaus befördert, denn Allāh sagt (ungefähre Bedeutung): „Wer nicht nach dem waltet, was Allāh (als Offenbarung) herabgesandt hat, das sind die Ungläubigen." (5:44). Die Autorität des Herrschers wird ungültig und er hat kein Recht, dass die Menschen ihm gehorchen; es wird obligatorisch, ihn zu bekämpfen und aus seiner Machtposition zu entfernen.

    Doch wenn er mit etwas anderem als dem, was Allāh offenbarte, richtet, während er daran glaubt, dass es eine Pflicht ist, mit dem, was Allāh offenbarte, zu herrschen, und dass es für die Menschen besser ist, doch er handelt dem zuwider, aufgrund einiger Gelüste und Begierden oder weil er den Menschen unter seiner Herrschaft Unrecht tun will, dann ist er kein Kāfir, sondern er ist ein Fāsiq (Übeltäter) oder ein Zālim (jemand, der Unrecht tut). Seine Autorität bleibt bestehen und es ist obligatorisch, ihm in Angelegenheiten zu gehorchen, die keinen Ungehorsam Allāh und Seinem Gesandten gegenüber beinhalten. Es ist nicht erlaubt, gegen ihn zu kämpfen oder ihn mit Zwang aus seiner Position zu entfernen oder gegen ihn zu rebellieren, denn der Prophet (Allāhs Frieden und Segen seien auf ihm) verbot es, gegen einen Herrscher aufzubegehren, außer wir sehen offenen Kufr, für den wir den Beweis von Allāh haben.

Es ist schön zu sein, dass unser Volk aufwacht und die Maske der Kemalisten entlarvt hat.     Ali (ra) said at the funeral of Umar ibnul-Khattab (ra):

    "I want from Allah to accompain you (Umar) with your two friends Rasool Allah (saw) and as-Siddique (ra). Because i heared from Rasool Allah (sws) saying:

    "I, Abu Bakr and Umar entered together;
    I, Abu Bakr and Umar went out together;
    I, Abu Bakr and Umar ate together."

    And I want from Allah to accompain you (umar) with those two (i.e. the prophet and abu Bakr)."

    Thus the imam turned to Sahabas and said, "By Allah, I wish Allah made my record of
