    In the Name of Allah Ar-Rahmaan Ar-Raheem

    The States, all of them, are enemies to Islaam because they embrace religions and ideologies that are contrary to Islaam and they possess a viewpoint in life that is contradictory to the Islamic viewpoint. The great (powerful) States, particularly, go beyond being mere enemies because they have ambitions in the Islamic lands and covet them. For this reason they dealt a decisive blow to the Islamic State with the aim of finishing the Islamic Ummah. They drew long-term plans to prevent the return of the Islamic State to life in order to prevent the Islamic Ummah from returning to be a great Ummah amongst the nations. So they naturally drew plans and exerted efforts to kill the Islamic State in its infancy before the activation and mobilisation of the Islamic Ummah can take place. They will remain unremitting and industrious in respect to standing in opposition to the Islamic Ummah and opposing its existence and strength, as long as the Islamic State is standing or as long as these enemy States are strong as a State, strong as a people or even as individuals. And if gaining knowledge about the foreign policy of every State in the world is a matter that every Muslim politician cannot do without, then comprehending the essence, hidden matters (motives), plans, styles and means of the major States, is a matter of the utmost importance to every Muslim in a general manner whilst it is a matter of the utmost importance to the politician and every Muslim thinker in a detailed factual manner. He follows the daily changing and newly arising events and incidents whilst retaining a complete picture of the bases and principles upon which the politics of any major or powerful State is established. This is for the sake and purpose of comprehending the dangers and to continue the work to secure the land i.e. the security and stability of the State and Islamic Ummah.

    And if in our current time international politics is dominated by two States, America and Russia, there are two other States from amongst the major States which will not be separated and will never (wilfully) cease working to return to a position of international influence. Each of these also has covetous ambitions and influence within the Islamic lands in addition to the spite and scheming they have towards Islaam and the Muslims. For this reason it is essential to gain knowledge about and understand the reality of the foreign policy of each of America, Russia, England and France. This is whilst keeping in consideration that the danger comes from every State and that the security of the lands requires the continuous state of being alert and to beware of everyone.

    The reality of the English policy:

    The first matter that must be known is that the English people are a small people and that the English land is a small land. For this reason it is not naturally qualified from this angle to be a major State (power) or a State that holds weight. However the English are distinguished by two significant characteristics and these are: Intelligence and resourcefulness. With these two characteristics together, the English are able to be a major State (power) and they are able to pose a danger to the entire world in general and to the Islamic State specifically.

    As for the plan that she has devised in order for her to be powerful then this comes down to one single matter which is: To utilise and exploit others in terms of individuals, peoples and states so that they can be a tool in her hand, or so that they go along with her to realise her objectives, or to participate with her against her enemies, or to attract spoils and drive away liability and loss, or to merely push them to involve themselves in problems that weaken them and then as a result make them follow the path that the English wants them to follow.

    This is the continuous and consistent plan of the British and for this reason they pay very serious attention to the international balance of power. It is hostile to and indeed it will oppose by way of war if it is able any State that grows to an extent that causes a fault to the balance of power that is has devised. She will struggle against any State that wishes to be the world's number one State (or power) and it will struggle against every people, group and even every individual that seeks independence from any State that has designs of control over it or seeks to join with any State in which this joining together will lead to an imbalance or flaw in the balance of power or which would lead to the strengthening of any State which is hostile to her.

    England today in the 1970's is internationally a weak State (in standing) although in reality it is powerful. This is because its two well know characteristics are still present within her and the peoples that were colonised by her, still, by and large, remain under her grip under the name of the 'Commonwealth'. Most of the Islamic lands still remain under her influence or control and the European countries that have got used to being pulled along after her, the largest portion of them still remain traditionally loyal to her or remain in a traditional friendship with her. America despite the fact that it competes with her and is attempting to curtail its size (or impact), it nevertheless remains a helper to her in the life and protects her from demise or disappearance. For this reason her international weakness does not mean that she has been cast out from the international arena in a final manner but rather it represents the work undertaken by Russia and America through the utilisation of international styles which did not cut off her life arteries that extend life and power to her and guarantee her survival and the resumption upon her path.

    For this reason it is not correct to regard the English from a weak standpoint and it is not correct to view her international weakness as an evidence for real and actual weakness. Rather it is necessary to differentiate between her international condition and her condition in respect to her real elements or components of power.

    This is the basis of the English policy: A small people in a small land who wish to be the number one in this life. They desire greatness and glory and for this purpose they accumulate and build up power, whatever it may be, so as to utilise it as a tool to realise their greatness and glory. On this basis it proceeds in the entirety of its policy, whether it is in a condition or position of power like it was in the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th or if it is in a position of weakness like it has been since the forties of the 20th century.

    John Warde, auch John Ward, Jack Ward oder später Yusuf Raïs war ein britischer Kapitän und Kaperfahrer des 17. Jahrhunderts.

    Warde begann sein Berufsleben als Fischer und begann während der letzten Regierungsphase der Königin Elisabeth I. mit ersten erfolgreichen Kaperfahrten im Mittelmeer. Für die Plünderung eines dänischen Schiffes in der Karibik wurde er ins Gefängnis gesteckt und nach dem Regierungsantritt von Jakob I. wurde Warde als Matrose in die Royal Navy gezwungen, mit deren strenger Disziplin er nicht zurechtkam.

    Es gelang ihm später mit rund 30 Mitstreitern bei Plymouth ein Richtung Frankreich segelndes Schiff zu kapern, mit dessen Hilfe er wiederum in der Nähe der Scilly-Inseln ein beladenes Handelsschiff überfiel. Den Handelsfahrer benannte er nach dem Leutnant von Robin Hood in Little John um und segelte nach weiteren Überfällen ins Mittelmeer. Dort angekommen traten 1605 weitere Männer seiner Besatzung bei, darunter auch bekanntere, wie Richard Bishop und Anthony Johnson. Warde diente sich mit seinem Schiff dem Bey von Algier an, der Wardes Angebot aber ablehnte. Daraufhin bot Warde seine Dienste Uthman Dey, dem Bey von Tunis an, der ihn mit Wohlwollen aufnahm. In den folgenden Jahren fokussierte sich Warde auf die Kaperung von venezianischen und maltesischen Schiffen und gelangte so zu Wohlstand. Im Winter 1607 flüchtete Warde mit einem französischen Schiff, das mit 250 Muslimen und 150 britischen Seeleuten sank. Wardes Bitte um eine Begnadigung von König Jakob I. wurde zurückgewiesen, so dass der britische Kaperfahrer nach Tunis zu Uthman Dey, der ihm verziehen hatte zurückkehrte.

    Der Kaperfahrer ließ sich in Tunis einen prachtvollen Palast bauen, nahm die osmanische Staatsbürgerschaft an und beendete seinen Lebenslauf als ehrbarer Mann.

    Was bedeutet das genau?
    Als Muslim ist man davon überzeugt das der Islam die letzte Offenbarung des Allmächtigen Gottes ist. Der Muslim richtet sein Leben auf das Jenseits aus, weil er davon überzeugt ist, dass er am Tages des jüngsten Gerichts Rechenschaft über all seine Taten ablegen muss und die Wage (Gute & schlechte Taten) entscheiden wird ob man ins Paradies oder in die Hölle kommt.
    Der Muslim hat keinen Zweifel daran das es Fehler im Koran gibt, oder das diese Offenbarung nicht Zeitgemäß sei. Der Islam (Koran) ist für alle Zeiten gültig und anwendbar. Der Muslim muss es lieben wenn Menschen den Islam annehmen und sich somit vor der ewigen Bestrafung in der Hölle retten.
    Wir stehen für Frieden und respektvollen Umgang, aber sind auch für einen ehrlichen Dialog in dem man sich auf ehrlicher Weise kritisieren darf.
