علمِ شریعت کا حصول
زمانۂ قدیم سے یہ دستور چلا آرہا ہے کہ علمِ طریقت کی تحصیل کے خواہش مند پہلے علمِ شریعت کو حاصل کرکے اس میں کمال پیداکرتے ہوئے عمل کی دشوار گزار وادی میں دیوانہ وار اور مستانہ وار چلتے رہتے ہیں اور بعد میں علمِ طریقت کا حصول کرتے ہیں۔ چناں چہ حضرت خواجہ معین الدین چشتی رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے بھی اسی طریقۂ کار کو اپنایا اور وطن سے نکل کر سمرقند و بخارا کا رخ کیا جو کہ اس وقت پورے عالمِ اسلام میں علم و فن کے مراکز کے طور پر جانے جاتے تھے جہاں بڑی بڑی علمی ودینی درس گاہیں تھیں جن میں اپنے زمانے کے ممتاز اور جید اساتذۂ کرام درس و تدریس کے فرائض انجام دیا کرتے تھے۔ ان درس گاہوں میں دنیا بھر سے علمِ دین کی طلب رکھنے والے افراد کھنچ کھنچ کر آتے اور اپنی تشنگی کو بجھاتے تھے۔ حضرت خواجہ غریب نواز رحمۃ اللہ علیہ بھی یہاں آکر پورے ذوق و شوق اور لگن کے ساتھ طلبِ علم میں مصروف ہوگئے۔ تفسیر، حدیث، فقہ، کلام اور دیگر ضروری علوم کا درس لیا اور کامل مہارت حاصل کرلی ، آپ کے اساتذہ میں نمایاں طور پر مولانا حسام الدین بخاری اور مولانا شرف الدین صاحب شرع الاسلام کے نام لیے جاتے ہیں۔

Die heiligen Monate

Allâh, der über alles Erhabene, sagt: „Gewiss, die Anzahl der Monate bei Allâh ist zwölf Monate, im Buch Allâhs (festgelegt) am Tag, da Er die Himmel und die Erde schuf. Davon sind vier geschützt, Das ist die richtige Religion. So fügt euch selbst in ihnen kein Unrecht zu! (…)" (Sûra 9:36)
Allâh hat in seiner Weisheit einige Monate anderen vorgezogen, wie z.B. den Monat Ramadân allen anderen Monaten, da er der Monat der Barmherzigkeit, der Monat des Qurâns, der Monat der Vergebung und der Rettung der Menschen vor dem Feuer ist. Er ist ein Monat, den die Menschen schon in der vor-islâmischen Zeit verherrlichten. Als der Islâm kam, wurde er noch mehr verherrlicht.
In dem eben erwähnten Vers erklärt uns Allâh, dass Er die Himmel und die Erde sowie Tag und Nacht schuf und die Sonne und den Mond in Bahnen schweben lässt, wodurch die Dunkelheit der Nacht und das Licht des Tages entstehen. Seit dieser Zeit hat Allâh festgesetzt, dass es zwölf Monate gibt. Der über alles Erhabene erklärt uns ferner, dass vier dieser Monate heilig sind.
Wir müssen die Heiligkeit dieser vier Monate respektieren, indem wir den Befehlen Allâhs gehorchen und das ablehnen, was die Leute der vor-islâmischen Zeit taten, wie bspw. die Gebote dieser Monate auf eine andere Zeit zu verlegen oder ihre Reihenfolge zu ändern. Aus diesem Grund sagte der Prophet (Möge Allah ihn in Ehren halten und ihm Wohlergehen schenken) auf seiner Abschieds-Pilgerreise: „O ihr Menschen! Die Zeit ist wieder so wie sie war, als Allâh die Himmel und die Erden schuf. Ein Jahr hat zwölf Monate, darunter vier heilige: drei aufeinanderfolgende: Dhû Al-Qa`da, Dhû Al-Hidscha und Muharram, und der Monat Radschab, der zwischen Dschumâda und Scha`bân liegt." (Al-Buchârî)
Die Worte „...da Er die Himmel und die Erde schuf..." im Zusammenhang mit den Monaten bedeuten, dass Allâh diese Einteilung bereits sehr früh anordnete, und dass Er die Monate festlegte, sie benannte und deren Reihenfolge bestimmte, als Er die sieben Himmel und die Erde schuf. Später offenbarte Er dies Seinen Propheten in den himmlischen Büchern.
Der Vers lehrt uns, dass dieser göttliche Beschluss (Namen, Reihenfolge und Heiligkeit) dieser Monate bestehen bleibt und die Änderung der Reihenfolge, die die vor-islâmischen Araber an den Monaten vornahmen, nicht bestehen wird. Vielmehr kann das, was die Ungläubigen veränderten, nicht ändern, was Allâh bestimmt hat.
Dieser Vers weist auch darauf hin, dass sich die Verehrungshandlungen und alles, was mit dem Islâm verbunden wird, auf die islâmischen Monate stützen muss und nicht auf die christlichen. Daher geziemt es sich einem Muslim nicht, die römischen oder christlichen Monate den islâmischen vorzuziehen.
Die heiligen Monate sind also: Dhû Al-Qa`da, Dhul-Hidscha, Muharram und Radschab, der zwischen Dschumâda Al-Âchira und Scha`bân liegt. Radschab wurde auch Radschab der Mudar genannt, da der Stamm der Mudar seine Heiligkeit wahrte, während ein anderer Stamm Namens Rabî`a ibn Nizâr die Heiligkeit des Radschab mit dem Ramadân vertauschte. Um dieses Durcheinander zu beseitigen, sagte der Prophet Möge Allah ihn in Ehren halten und ihm Wohlergehen schenken: „Radschab, der zwischen Dschumâda und Scha`bân liegt."
Allâh sagt im selben Vers: „...Das ist die richtige Religion." Das islâmische Gesetz ist also der rechte und gerade Weg. Dann fährt Allâh fort, indem Er sagt: „So fügt euch selbst in ihnen kein Unrecht zu." (Sûra 9:36), was sich auf alle Monate des Jahres bezieht. Doch den heiligen Monaten wird eine besondere Stellung zugeschrieben: Unrecht wiegt schwerer. Dies bedeutet mit Sicherheit nicht, dass man außerhalb der Haddsch-Monate große Sünden wie unehelichen Geschlechtsverkehr begehen darf, sondern, dass man über die Konsequenz des unehelichen Geschlechtsverkehrs während dieser Rituale nachdenken soll.
Fügt euch selbst kein Unrecht (Unterdrückung) zu, indem ihr kämpft und Sünden begeht, da es sehr ehrenvoll ist, wenn Allâh etwas aus einem Grund ehrt, doch wenn Er etwas aus zwei oder mehreren Gründen ehrt, die Heiligkeit noch intensiver wird und die Bestrafung für Ungehorsam entsprechend härter wird. Beispielsweise erhält jemand, der sich Allâh in den geheiligten Monaten an den geheiligten Orten hingibt, mehr Lohn als jemand, der Allâh in anderen Monaten hingibt.
Wer sich Allâh in den anderen Monaten außerhalb an normalen Orten hingibt, wird weniger Lohn erhalten, als derjenige, der sich Allâh an den geheiligten Orten hingibt. Allâh wies darauf hin, indem Er sagte : „O Frauen des Propheten, wer von euch etwas klar Abscheuliches begeht, derjenigen wird die Strafe verdoppelt. Und das ist Allâh ein leichtes." (Sûra 33:30)
Die Frauen des Propheten hatten eine höhere Stellung, so dass ihre Fehltritte schwerer wogen als die anderer Muslime. Ebenso verhält es sich mit den Zeiten und Orten, die eine besondere Heiligkeit innehaben.
