Gerichtsverfahren eingestellt
Das Verfahren zu den Korruptionsermittlungen bei der staatlichen Vergabe von Bau-Aufträgen (TOKI) wurde eingestellt. Zuvor hat das Erdoğan-Regime etwa 10.000 ermittelnde Polizisten, Staatsanwälte und Richter zwangsversetzt und durch regimetreue Personen ersetzt. Zwar wurden die Ermittlungen zu den 60 Angeklagten offiziell eingestellt, die festgenommenen Promis sind bereits seit Monaten auf freiem Fuß, feiern der türkischen Presse zufolge Partys und kaufen sich neue Villen.
Dass Gelder beim Bau-Präsidium TOKI, dass dem Premierministerium untersteht, veruntreut wurden, ist ein unbestreitbares Faktum. Umwelt- und Städtebauminister Bayraktar, der infolge des Korruptionsskandals und der Verhaftung seines Sohnes sein Amt niederlegte, hatte schon vor dem Skandal erklärt, dass es bei TOKI "Betrug" und "Diebstahl" gebe.
Deshalb kann niemand mehr behaupten, dass es in der Türkei de facto einen Rechtsstaat gibt.
Es existiert lediglich das AKP-Unrechtsregime.

Ein erstklassiges Interview von Teresa Arrieta mit Professor Matthias Franz, in der er ausführt, dass eine Beschneidung fast immer eine traumatische Erfahrung ist, dass Babys über einen lebenslangen Schmerzgedächtnis verfügen und das Fehlen der Vorhaut langfristig zur Desensiblisierung der Eichel führt. Kanzlerin Merkel, zusammen mit allen anderen im deutschen Parlament vertretenen Parteien, beschlossen ein Gesetz, nach der Beschneidungen keine Körperverletzung darstellen.
Der Niedergang Roms durch die Annahme die christliche Religion gestaltete sich ähnlich. Auch dort geriet das fein justierte Rechtssystem immer mehr dem Vulgarismus der christlichen Kleriker zum Opfer, bis von jenem Rechtssystem nicht mehr viel übrig blieb.
Als das Achämenidenreich entstand, war die Tradition des Tieropfers unter den vielen Völkerschaften Iranzamins noch weit verbreitet. Wenn Frau Merkel sich an achämenidische und ur-freiheitliche Werte orientiert hätte, dann hätte sie niemals so gehandelt, aber sie ist Christin und Opportunistin. Der besonnene und säkulare Weg diesem Problem zu begegnen wäre gewesen die Beschneidung von Jungen als Körperverletzung anzuerkennen und ihre Durchführung in Deutschland unter schwere Strafe zu stellen. Es wäre den Eltern jedoch freigestellt die Beschneidung in Ländern durchzuführen, wo es erlaubt ist.
Wer hierbei auf die Gefahren der Phimose aufmerksam macht, sei gesagt, dass es auch schonende Operationen gibt, bei der die Vorhaut großteils erhalten bleibt. Davon spricht auch Matthias Franz in dem oben vorgestellten Interview und in seinem Buch zum Thema.
