Abu Huraira, Allāhs Wohlgefallen auf ihm, berichtete:
Der Prophet, Allāhs Segen und Friede auf ihm, sagte (zu seinen Gefährten):
„Dieses euer Feuer, das der Sohn Adams (d. h. die Menschen) anzündet, gleicht in Bezug auf die Hitze nur einem Teil von siebzig Teilen, die die Hitze des Höllenfeuers ausmachen."
Da sagten sie (die Gefährten): „Bei Allāh, es wäre (als Bestrafung) genug gewesen, wenn das Höllenfeuer nur so stark wie das irdische Feuer gewesen wäre, O Allāhs Gesandter."
Der Prophet erwiderte: „Das Höllenfeuer übertrifft das irdische Feuer an Hitze, indem es andere neunundsechzig Teile einschließt.
Die Hitze jedes Teils gleicht der des irdischen Feuers."

ISIS (Islamischer Staat Irak und Sham) ist nicht das Kalifat.
Es ist ein Name, der dazu dient sich von anderen Brigaden zu unterscheiden.
Wenn Deutschland sich plötzlich "Khilafah Islamiyah" nennen würde und an der Regierung nur noch Muslime wären, würde das aus Deutschland noch lange keinen Islamischen Staat machen.
Denn dafür fehlen gewisse Bedingungen, die erfüllt werden müssen. (wer die Bedingungen nochmal braucht, kann einen Kommentar schreiben)
Aus diesem Grund ist es auch falsch den Bruder Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi Kalifen zu nennen.
Wichtig: Hier wird weder gegen ISIS noch gegen unseren Bruder Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi gehetzt, es dient lediglich als Klarstellung.
Es gibt demnach keine Bai'a, die wir irgendjemandem zur Zeit geben müssen.
Kein Islamischer Staat => Kein Kalif => Keine Bai'a
Jetzt kommen vielleicht Kommentare wie: "Wie kannst du es dir erlauben so über ISIS und Baghadi zu reden, obwohl du nicht vor Ort bist?"
Ganz einfach: Dass die Voraussetzungen für ein Kalifat nicht erfüllt sind, steht außer Frage. Es können sich nicht einfach Muslime zusammentun, bestimmte Orte oder auch Städte für sich beanspruchen und sagen: "Hier herrscht ab jetzt Shariah!"
Ein Staat muss in der Lage sein sich wirtschaftlich und militärisch eigenständig(!) decken zu können und sich unabhängig von anderen Staaten schützen können.
Einmal hatte der Prophet (a.s.s.) die Nusrah von einem Stamm abgelehnt, weil sie militärisch nicht stark genug waren.
Sonst hätten wir bei den Taliban schon lange sagen können, dass sie den Islamischen Staat haben.
