    Frage (Nr. 40695):  
    Es gibt eine Frau, die das Alter von 50 Jahren erreicht hat. Wenn sie ihre Periode im Ramadān bekam, hat sie an diesen Tagen nicht gefastet, doch sie holte die Tage nicht nach, weil sie nicht wusste, dass dies eine Pflicht ist. Jetzt weiß sie es und möchte wissen, was sie zu tun hat. 
     
    Antwort:  
    Alles Lob gebührt Allah.  
    Sie muss diese Tage nachholen und um auf der sicheren Seite zu sein sollte sie einen Armen für jeden Tag speisen.  
    Scheikh ibn Bāz (15/184) wurde gefragt: „Ich habe eine Schwester, die die durch ihre Periode verpassten Fastentage für mehrere Jahre nicht nachholte, denn sie wusste nicht darüber Bescheid, insbesondere da einige Leute ihr gesagt hatten, dass sie die Tage nicht nachholen muss, die sie verpasste. Was muss sie tun?"  
    Er antwortete: „Sie muss Allah um Vergebung bitten und bei Ihm bereuen. Außerdem muss sie die Tage, die sie verpasste, nachholen und für jeden Tag einen Armen speisen, wie durch eine Anzahl von Gefährten des Propheten (Allahs Frieden und Segen seien auf ihm) ausgesagt wurde. Das bedeutet, dass sie einen halben Sā` geben muss, was 1,5 Kilogramm entspricht. Was einige unwissende Frauen ihr darüber gesagt haben, dass sie nichts tun müsse, hebt nicht die Verpflichtung auf. `Ā'ischah (möge Allah mit ihr zufrieden sein) sagte: „Uns wurde befohlen, die verpassten Fastentage nachzuholen, doch uns wurde nicht befohlen, die Gebete nachzuholen." (übereinstimmend angenommen).  
    Wenn ein anderer Ramadān beginnt, bevor sie die verpassten Fastentage nachgeholt hat, dann begeht sie eine Sünde und sie muss die Tage nachholen und bereuen und außerdem einen Armen für jeden Tag speisen, wenn sie dazu in der Lage ist. Ist sie arm und kann andere nicht speisen, dann reichen Fasten und Reue aus und sie muss kein Essen verteilen. Kann sie sich nicht mehr daran erinnern, wie viele Tage sie zu fasten hat, dann sollte sie auf dem basierend fortfahren, von dem sie denkt, dass es am wahrscheinlichsten ist, und die Tage fasten, von denen sie denkt, dass sie sie im Ramadān verpasst hat und das wird genügen, denn Allah sagt (ungefähre Bedeutung): „Daher fürchtet Allah, soweit ihr könnt. Und hört zu und gehorcht und gebt Gutes für euch selbst aus. …." (64:16). 
    Das Beständige Komitee (10/151) wurde über eine ältere Frau von 60 Jahren befragt, die in all den Jahren, in denen sie ihre Periode bekam, nichts von der Regel über die Menstruation wusste, und die deshalb die verpassten Ramadāntage nicht nachgeholt hatte, da sie dachte, sie müsse sie nicht nachholen, basierend auf dem, was sie von den Leuten gehört hatte. Das Komitee antwortete: „Sie muss dafür bei Allah bereuen, denn sie hat nicht die Leute des Wissens gefragt. Außerdem muss sie die Tage, an denen sie nicht gefastet hat, nachholen, gemäß dem, was sie für die wahrscheinliche Anzahl der verpassten Tage hält, und sie sollte für jeden Tag eine Sühneleistung entrichten, indem sie einen Armen mit einem halben Sā` Weizen, Datteln, Reis oder was auch immer das übliche Nahrungsmittel in ihrem Land ist versorgt, wenn sie dazu in der Lage ist. Kann sie andere nicht speisen, dann muss sie es nicht tun, und es ist ausreichend für sie, die Fastentage nachzuholen.

    Abu Huraira, Allahs Wohlgefallen auf ihm, berichtete, dass der Prophet, Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm, sagte: "Allah entsandte keinen Propheten, der nicht Schafe gehütet hätte. Die Gefährten des Propheten fragten: "Du auch? " Und er antwortete: "Ja! Ich hütete sie gewöhnlich gegen Lohn für die Leute von Makka ."(Aus diesem Hadith erkennen wir folgende Anhaltspunkte: 1. Der globale Beruf und die Gemeinsamkeiten unter allen Propheten war das Hüten der Schafe 2. derartige Tätigkeit war eine naturverbundene Ausbildung für jeden Propheten, der bei der Ausübung seiner Tätigkeit Gelegenheit hatte, Himmel und Erde sowie die übrige Schöpfung zu betrachten und an Allahs Allmacht nachzudenken 3. im Hüten der Schafe stekt die Fähigkeit zur Führung eines Volkes, die Wachsamkeit über die Begrenzung der Herde gegen die Gefahr eines Feindes (hier der Wolf), die Pflege eines kranken und gebrechlichen Tieres und die Ernährung der Herde durch ständiges Suchen nach Gras und Wasserquellen usw. vgl. dazu Hadith Nr. 0893, 5453 und 7138 mit dem Tenor: "Ihr seid alle Hirten, und jeder von euch ist verantwortlich für seine Herde...", wobei die Herde hier als "Treuhandgut" zu verstehen ist)

    Çıkarlarımız amellerimizin seyrini belirlemeye başladığında yitirdik Rabb katındaki değerimizi.. Huzur'suzlukta huzurluyduk güya.. Şeytanin yüreğe indirdiği perdenin farkında olmayışla Ateşi Güneş sandık .. Yandık , Yanıldık ! İstediğimiz olmayınca tripler attık , olunca Teşekkürlerle ibadete sarıldık.

    Kahr'olsun Nefisler .. Zaman ahir diye diye düşülen günahların haddi hesabı yok. Yorganın , battaniyetinin yerini elbet birgün toprak alır. O zaman dilimizde olursa Nebe Suresi son ayeti , eyvah .. Eyvah ki eyvah ..
