Entschlossenheit & fester Glaube
An einem warmen Sommertag, als Dürre die Ernte bedrohte, hielt der Imam eine Ansprache an seine Gemeinde und sagte: „Unsere einzige Hoffnung ist das Regen-Gebet. Geht nach Hause, macht viel Dua (Bittgebet), glaubt fest daran, und kommt nächste Woche in Bereitschaft, Allah (azza wa jall) für den Regen zu danken."
Die Menschen taten was ihnen gesagt wurde, und kamen die Woche darauf wieder in die Moschee.
Doch als der Imam die Gemeinde sah, war er verärgert und sagte: „Wir können heute nicht beten. Ihr glaubt noch nicht fest genug daran."
Die Gemeinde hatte Einwände, die Leute sagten: „Wir haben Dua gemacht, und glauben fest daran."
„Glauben?", sagte der Imam.
„Wo sind dann eure Regenschirme?"
Abu Huraira, Allahs Wohlgefallen auf ihm, berichtete:
Der Gesandte Allahs, Allahs Segen und Heil auf ihm, sagte: „Wenn jemand von euch ein Bittgebet sprechen will, der soll nicht sagen: „O Allah mein Gott, vergib mir, wenn du willst!" Er soll aber um seine Angelegenheit mit Entschlossenheit bitten, und um Wünsche von großer Bedeutung (z.B. das Paradies, die Vergebung) bitten; denn es gibt nichts, das zuviel für Allah ist."

Leadership en Islam
Dwight D. Eisenhower, 34ème président des Etats-Unis d'Amérique, a dit : « Le leadership c'est l'art de faire faire à quelqu'un quelque chose que vous voulez voir fait parce qu'il a envie de le faire ». Cette citation donne une définition du leadership comme étant plus un moyen d'influence qu'un moyen d'imposer. Influencer les autres, demande de les faire se sentir impliqués et de leur faire comprendre qu'ils ont un grand intérêt à le faire.
Elton Mayo est considéré comme l'un des pères fondateurs de la sociologie du travail. En tant que professeur à l'Université de Harvard, dans le domaine de la recherche sur le travail, il a mené une étude dans les années vingt au sein de l'entreprise Western Electric sur la motivation des employés. Dans une partie de l'atelier l'éclairage fut amélioré pour voir si cette amélioration aurait un effet sur la productivité. Non seulement la production des travailleurs du groupe où fut amélioré l'éclairage augmenta, mais aussi celle des travailleurs du « groupe témoin » où la lumière de fut pas changée. Le « groupe témoin » fut simplement informé qu'il faisait partie d'une expérience, rien de plus, rien à propos de l'éclairage ou à propos de l'étude plus généralement. Le simple fait de faire partie de l'expérience, leur donna le sentiment d'être important et de recevoir une attention particulière, ce qui augmenta chez eux leur niveau de production. La conclusion est simple : améliorer les conditions de travail permet une meilleure production mais aussi certains facteurs émotionnels tels que le fait de se sentir engagé de manière positive.
Se sentir engagé de manière positive dans le processus de gestion d'une entreprise, des affaires gouvernementales ou même des affaires familiales est la clé du succès ! Ce principe est l'un des principes enseignés par l'Islam, la consultation dans les affaires, chûra. Le Prophète () a dit : « Celui qui consulte pour ses affaires sera guidé vers ce qu'il y a de mieux pour lui.» (Boukhari dans son livre Al-adab al-Mufrad). Abû Hurayra, puisse Allah l'agréer, a dit : « Je n'ai jamais vu personne consulter autant ses compagnons que le Prophète ». Ce qui nous intéresse ici en tant que musulman est de savoir que le leadership en Islam est un moyen de débloquer le potentiel extraordinaire qui sommeille en chacun de nous, d'améliorer les capacités de tout un chacun, tant pour les leaders que pour la masse. Ceci ne peut cependant arriver que lorsque les dirigeants comprennent leurs propres limites et comprennent les objectifs du leadership en Islam. En étant conscient que le leadership et la justice en Islam commandent la même chose aux deux groupes, les dirigeants et les dirigés, qu'ils sont soumis au même système juridique, qu'ils ont les mêmes obligations et que ce qui est interdit et permis pour les uns l'est aussi pour les autres, les dangers dus à l'abus de pouvoir sont anticipés. La sagesse populaire veut que le pouvoir soit un agent qui corrompt et que le pouvoir absolu corrompt toute chose. En regardant l'histoire de l'humanité nous nous rendons compte que cette sagesse s'avère vraie, combien de leaders sont tombés dans le piège de l'arrogance, de la fierté et du sentiment d'impunité, écrasant leurs sujets et abusant de leurs

رسول اللہ ﷺ نے لعنت کی ھے ایسی عورتوں پر جو مردوں کا روپ اختیار کرتی ھیں،اور اسی طرح لعنت کی ھے ایسے مردوں پر جو عورتوں کا روپ اختیار کرتے ھیں(الحدیث)

جو شخص نیکی کا حکم دے یا بُرائی سے منع کرے لیکن اس کا اپنا قول اس کے فعل کے مخالف ہو تو اس کی بڑی سخت سزا ہے
اللہ تعالیٰ نے فرمایا:
''کیا تم لوگوں کو نیکی کا حکم دیتے ہو اور خود اپنے نفسوں کو بھول جاتے ہو حالانکہ تم کتاب پڑھتے ہو، پس کیا تم نہیں سمجھتے؟۔''
(سورة البقرة :44)
اور فرمایا:
''اے ایمان والو! تم وہ بات کیوں کہتے ہو۔ جو تم کرتے نہیں ہو، اللہ تعالیٰ کے ہاں یہ بات بڑی ناراضی والی ہے کہ تم وہ باتیں کہو جو تم نہ کرو۔''
(سورة الصف: 2،3)
اور اللہ تعالیٰ نے حضرت شعیب کا یہ قول نقل فرمایا کہ:
''میں نہیں چاہتا کہ میں تمہیں جس چیز سے روکتا ہوں میں خود وہ کرکے تمہاری مخالفت کروں۔''
(سورة ھود :88)

حدیث نمبر 198
حضرت ابو زید اسامہ بن زید حارثہ رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا:''ایک شخص کو روز قیامت لایا جائے گا اور اسے آگ میں ڈال دیاجائے گا، اس کی انتڑیاں نکل آئیں گی اور وہ ان کو لے کر اس طرح چکر لگائے گا جس طرح گدھا چکی میں چکر لگاتا ہے۔ اتنے میں جہنمی اس کے پاس جمع ہو جائیں گے اور کہیں گے۔ اے فلاں ! تجھے کیا ہوا؟ کیا تم نیکی کا حکم نہیں کرتے تھے اوربرائی سے نہیں روکتے تھے؟ وہ کہے گا: ہاں! یقیناً میں نیکی کا حکم تو کرتا تھا۔ لیکن خود نیکی نہیں کرتا تھا۔ اور برائی سے (دوسروں کو) منع تو کرتا تھا۔ لیکن خود اس کا ارتکاب کرتا تھا۔''

قمة جامعة دول العجز العربية هي قمة "العروش الخاوية"
وفشلها هو فشل المؤامرة عليكم
عقدت جامعة دول العجز العربية قمتها الـ25 في 25، 26/3/2014م في الكويت تحت شعار (التضامن من أجل مستقبل أفضل)، والدول المجتمعة فيه هي في قمة الضعف والاختلاف والتنافر وتحتاج لمن ينظر في حالها. وإذا كان من مجال للكلام عن نجاحها فيمكن القول إنها نجحت في الانعقاد وعدم التأجيل، نجحت في تجنُّب تفجير الخلافات علناً بينها؛ لذلك يمكن تسميتها بقمة "العروش الخاوية". ولقد سبقت هذه القمة 24 قمة فاشلة تراكمت فيها المشاكل التي لم تحلَّ حتى أصبحت جداول أعمالها مزدحمة وبياناتها متكررة مملولة. ولم تختلف هذه القمة عن سابقاتها في العجز، والذي جاءت أولى دلائله بعودة رئيس الوفد السعودي، الذي كان ولي العهد وليس الملك، إلى بلده قبل انتهاء المؤتمر. فهذه القمة رغم كل الاجتماعات التحضيرية، واللقاءات الهامشية، والتمهيدية، والجانبية، والثنائية... لم تستطع حلَّ الخلافات الحادة بين أعضائها، فأي خير يرجى من هؤلاء؟!
أما بالنسبة إلى التعامل مع الوضع في سوريا في المؤتمر فقد تراجع إلى درجة إبقاء المقعد السوري فارغاً من التمثيل يرفرف عليه علم النظام المجرم، وذلك تحت تهديد عدد من الدول بالانسحاب من القمة، وبالتالي أجبر الجربا على أن يلقي كلمته واقفاً على طريقة: "قل كلمتك وامشِ" - أما الجربا، الذي كان حزيناً لأنه لم يوسعوا له مكاناً في العمالة إلى جانبهم، فقد بدا حديث عهد في السياسة والعمالة عندما طالب "بالضغط على المجتمع الدولي لتسليح قوى المعارضة"، غافلاً أو متغافلاً عن أن الذين يطلب منهم هم مأمورون وليسوا آمرين، وأن هناك فيتو أمريكياً لمصلحة السفاح بشار يمنع التسليح بحجة منع وقوعه بيد المتطرفين، وكأن هذا المجرم السفاح الذي ذبح شعبه وسامه سوء العذاب واستعمل الكيماوي ضد المستضعفين من الرجال والنساء والأطفال هو "شيخ المعتدلين". واللافت أنه في الوقت الذي طالب فيه الجربا بالتسليح طالب بعده مباشرة الأخضر الأمريكي بعدم التسليح.
أما عن قرارات العمالة والخيانة المتعلقة بسوريا والتي قررها المشاركون في القمة بعيداً عن الشعب السوري المسلم المؤمن، فلم يكن فيها من جديد حيث أكدوا تأييدهم التام للحل الدولي الذي تقف وراءه أمريكا، وذلك من خلال دعوتهم إلى "إيجاد حل سياسي للأزمة السورية وفقاً لبيان (جنيف 1) يتيح للشعب السوري الانتقال السلمي لإعادة بناء الدولة"، ودعوتهم كذلك المجتمع الدولي إلى "الإسهام بفاعلية وعلى نحو عملي لتحقيق الحل السلمي "هذا ولم ينسوا أن يدينوا" بأقصى عبارات التنديد المجازر والقتل الجماعي الذي ترتكبه قوات النظام السوري ضد الشعب الأعزل، بما في ذلك استخدامها للأسلحة المحرمة دولياً".
أيها المسلمون في سوريا الشام عقر دار الإسلام: إننا نحمد الله على فشل القمة؛ لأن نجاحها لا يعني إلا نجاح التآمر عليكم؛ لأن حكام الضرار هؤلاء هم جزء من المؤامرة عليكم، فهم لا يمثلون حتى أنفسهم، إنما يمثلون فقط دول الغرب التي يدينون لها بالولاء، ويعادون بعضهم بعضاً لمصلحة هذه الدول. وهؤلاء هم سبب بلاء الأمة: سبب إفقارها وإضلالها بإبعادها عن دينها وإذلالها بتمكين الغرب منها، وسبب كل المشاكل التي يعاني المسلمون منها، إن هؤلاء هم جزء من مشاكلكم وأول الحل يكون برحيلهم.

2. Belief in the Perfect, Ultimate Wisdom of Allah (Mighty & Majestic), in accordance with His Saying (Noble & Sublime), {And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.}[Al-Hashr 59: 1]
We have mentioned before the Supreme Attributes of Allah (Mighty & Majestic) and His Absolute Power, and we have proven it scientifically, with a variety of incontrovertible evidence and clear proof.
Among the Supreme Attributes of Allah (Glorious & Exalted), there is that which demands of us that we believe in it: His Complete, Ultimate, Perfect Wisdom.
For to #God the Creator (Noble & Sublime), belongs Absolute Perfection in all His Names and Attributes.
From the Wisdom of Allah (Mighty & Majestic) is that He provided for man everything his body needs, from food, drink, clothing, and balance in the universe which acts for man's benefit—from earth, sun, moon, sky, mountains, cultivation, animals, birds, water, etc.—He (Noble & Sublime), in His Wisdom and Perfection, provided man with what his soul needs, for this more important than his body. He provided an upstanding religion, lofty instructions, and guiding rites of worship, which bring him closer to his God and Creator, and to victory in the realm of blessing and good pleasure.
But, from where can a human being learn what pleases his God and Creator?
It was the prophets and messengers who were tasked with the job of calling people to Allah Almighty. It was their responsibility to invite people to that which is pleasing to God, the Supreme Creator: Allah, Lord of the Worlds.
Then if any disbelieved—in error and contempt—that Allah Almighty had sent messengers to His creation, due to their false claim that they (those who deny the prophets and messengers) had found the world independent of any knowledge and without any of the commands of the prophets and messengers, seeing as how they can discover good and evil through reason alone, then it was the job of the prophets and messengers to refute their arguments and doubts, saying to them:
Do you not see that when Allah's servants remind one another, warn one another, and teach one another, their knowledge, gratitude, obedience to Allah Almighty, and fear of Him (Noble & Sublime) increase? According to them, they will say: Yes, since that is part of what sound, rational, rightly-guided minds must do.
We say to them: Therefore, the persistent succession of prophets and messengers were only sent by Allah

"I'll send 4 men from Syria, if that's what it takes. I'll make up a cause of war by ordering a missile attack on Turkey; we can also prepare an attack on Suleiman Shah Tomb if necessary."
Feridun Sinirlioğlu:
"Our national security has become a common, cheap domestic policy outfit."
Yaşar Güler:
"It's a direct cause of war. I mean, what're going to do is a direct cause of war."

Ahmet Davutoğlu: I couldn't entirely understand the other thing; what exactly does our foreign ministry supposed to do? No, I'm not talking about the thing. There are other things we're supposed to do. If we decide on this, we are to notify the United Nations, the Istanbul Consulate of the Syrian regime, right?

US threatening UK on Iran: British politicians
The United States is "bullying" UK banks and hindering legal exports from Britain to Iran, senior British politicians has said.
The politicians, including former British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw and former Chancellor Lord Lamont, made the remarks at a Westminster Hall debate on Wednesday.
British parliamentarians say the US threatens British banks with heavy sanctions and hampers the legal exports of food, pharmaceuticals and medical devices from the UK to the Islamic republic. They add that Washington is hindering UK's legal trades with Iran.
Lamont said Britain "should not be bullied by the American authorities."
Straw noted that as British banks fear US sanctions, they do not provide UK companies with banking services for legal exports to Iran.
"The pressure on our banks is intense," Straw said, adding, "The impact of this unilateral, extraterritorial jurisdiction of the US is discriminatory, especially against UK-based financial institutions, given their multinational nature."
Straw also said the US authorities would not accept the way that British banks and companies are treated if they were in the same
