Toleranz: Wie im Innen, so im Außen

Das Telefonat mit einer Freundin, die sich nun auf den spirituellen Weg und die Suche nach sich selbst begeben hat, öffnete mir wieder einmal mehr die Augen dafür, wie wichtig es ist, dass jeder seinen eigenen Weg finden muss. Dass jeder selbst entscheiden muss, ob er es wagt, den ersten Schritt zu machen und loszugehen oder lieber verharren will. Ob er den leichten oder den schwierigen Weg gehen möchte. Ob er auf sein Herz hören oder weiter falschen Idealen hinterher jagen möchte. Es ist die Entscheidung jedes Einzelnen selbst, und es ist nicht an mir, diese Entscheidung kritisieren zu wollen oder mit aller Macht zu versuchen, dass derjenige sie revidiert. Es ist eine Frage der Toleranz und des Respekts, die ich diesem Menschen entgegenbringe, indem ich seine Entscheidung so akzeptiere, wie er sie getroffen hat. Ich tendiere leider oft dazu, zu so einer Art „Bekehrer" zu mutieren. Ich sage bewusst „mutieren", weil ich dann immer wieder merke, dass ich gar nicht mehr bei mir bin. Da läuft dann irgendein Programm ab, was sich verselbstständigt. Ich treffe Menschen, die eine ähnliche Geschichte haben wie ich oder gerade am Anfang dieser stehen und die sich gerne mit mir darüber austauschen. Ich sehe mich dann selbst in diesen Menschen, wie ich noch vor einiger Zeit war, und versuche, ihnen Wege aufzuzeigen, wie sie sich weiterentwickeln und aus ihrer aktuellen Situation herauskommen können. So weit ist das ja alles in Ordnung und wunderbar, nur merke ich dann ab einem gewissen Zeitpunkt, wenn derjenige eben NICHT das tut, was ich denke, was für ihn das Beste ist, dass ich sauer werde. Sauer und ungeduldig. Es belastet mich dann, dass ich demjenigen nicht helfen kann und er einfach nicht versteht oder einsehen will, was sein verdammtes Problem ist und, dass es doch eigentlich so einfach ist. Dadurch mache ich mir selbst miese Laune und es ist außerdem noch sehr unfair gegenüber dem Anderen. Dabei will ich wirklich helfen. Ich möchte mein Gefühl, dass alles, wirklich alles, möglich ist, wenn man nur an sich selbst glaubt und seinem Weg voller Vertrauen folgt, gerne teilen und den anderen so aus seinem Leid und seinem Schmerz holen. Dabei vergesse ich oft, dass Leid und Schmerz ein essentieller Bestandteil des Lebens sind und, dass nur dadurch eine Lernerfahrung und am Ende eine Weiterentwicklung möglich ist. Ich vergesse, dass ich selbst so war und, dass mir ganz viele Menschen hätten erzählen können, was sie wollen, ich hätte es nicht geglaubt. Ich vergesse, dass Selbsterfahrung der einzige Weg ist, auf dem man sich persönlich weiterentwickeln kann und ich vergesse, dass mein Weg niemals der Weg eines Anderen sein kann. Und über all das vergesse ich, dass wirkliches Verstehen und Einfühlen in die Gefühls- und Gedankenwelt eines Anderen immer nur über Achtung, Respekt und Toleranz geschehen kann. Der Andere als Spiegel deiner Selbst Wenn ich mit dem Anderen so umgehe, stellt sich mir die berechtigte Frage, wie ich eigentlich mit mir selbst umgehe. Denn der Andere dient im Endeffekt bloß als Spiegel meiner eigenen Themen. Und wenn ich darüber nachdenke, komme ich ganz schnell dahin, dass ich auch mir gegenüber oft nicht sehr tolerant bin. Im Gegenteil, ich bin manchmal sehr hart zu mir. Ich werte mich selbst ab (und sei es nur durch den Ausspruch: „Mann, bin ich doof!", der mir öfter mal durch den Kopf schießt), bin lieblos zu mir, ignoriere meine Bedürfnisse weil Verpflichtungen von außen mich scheinbar dazu zwingen – dabei ist der Einzige, der mich zwingt, ich selbst. Ich möchte gerne alles perfekt machen und setze mich damit manchmal sehr unter Druck. Ich habe Dinge gerne unter Kontrolle und bin verzweifelt, wenn ich merke, dass es nicht klappt. Ich möchte gerne glücklicher, fröhlicher, kraftvoller, energiegeladener und zentrierter sein als ich es jetzt gerade bin. Und weil ich all das so unbedingt will, verleugne ich alles andere, was dem entgegensteht. Ich versuche es zu ignorieren, auszugrenzen, abzukapseln. Am Ende muss ich einsehen, dass das alles nichts nützt und ich durch meine Intoleranz mir selbst gegenüber alles nur noch schlimmer mache. Je mehr ich verdrängen will, umso stärker möchten die negativen Dinge ans Licht kommen. Am Ende wird sich das auch im Außen immer deutlicher spiegeln, um mich darauf hinzuweisen, mich doch endlich mit ihnen zu befassen. Nachfolgende Geschichte veranschaulicht dieses Dilemma auf eine schöne Art und Weise. Ein Mann beschloss, einen Garten anzulegen. Also bereitete er den Boden vor und streute den Samen wunderschöner Blumen aus. Als die Saat aufging, wuchs auch der Löwenzahn. Da versuchte der Mann mit mancherlei Methoden, des Löwenzahns Herr zu werden. Weil aber nichts half und das Unkraut immer wieder kam, ging er in die ferne Hauptstadt, um dort den Hofgärtner des Königs zu befragen. Der weise, alte Gärtner, der schon manchen Park angelegt und allzeit bereitwillig Rat erteilt hatte, gab vielfältig Auskunft, wie der Löwenzahn loszuwerden sei. Aber das hatte der Fragende alles schon selbst probiert. So saßen die beiden eine Zeitlang schweigend beisammen, bis am Ende der Gärtner den ratlosen Mann schmunzelnd anschaute und sagte: "Wenn denn alles, was ich dir vorgeschlagen habe, nichts genützt hat, dann gibt es nur noch einen Ausweg: Lerne, den Löwenzahn zu lieben." Nacherzählt nach einer Sufigeschichte Wenn ich es also schaffe, diese ganzen Dinge in mir zu akzeptieren und (in Liebe) anzunehmen, kann ich sie auch bei anderen annehmen und einfach so sein lassen, wie sie sind. Ich bin eben nicht immer perfekt. Ich habe, wenn überhaupt, nur sehr wenig unter Kontrolle. Ich darf darauf hören, was mein Körper mir sagt und mein Tun danach ausrichten. Ich darf mich auch beschissen, leidend, traurig und zum Kotzen fühlen, wenn mir danach ist. Ich kann etwas ganz anderes tun, als von mir erwartet wird und es ist vollkommen richtig. Ich darf Grenzen ziehen und Dinge machen, die anderen nicht gefallen werden und ich darf vor allem mich selbst immer wichtiger nehmen als alles andere. Wenn ich das beherzige, kann ich diese Toleranz, die ich mir gegenüber fühle, auch nach außen tragen. Es wird mir dann leicht fallen, die Unzulänglichkeiten, die ich am Anderen stellvertretend für meine eigenen wahrnehme, zu akzeptieren und zu tolerieren. Ich bin dann nicht länger getrennt von mir selbst und somit auch nicht vom Anderen. Ich kann ihn in seiner Vollkommenheit wahrnehmen und wertschätzen, weil ich mich selbst so wahrnehme und wertschätze. Das Gefühl des Eins-Sein mit dem anderen kann sich dann wirklich einstellen und somit auch ein wahrer Kontakt entstehen. Wenn ich an jegliche Intoleranz und Respektlosigkeit denke, die mir im Außen und unter den Menschen begegnet, führt es letztlich immer dorthin zurück. Derjenige, der seiner Intoleranz nach außen Ausdruck verleiht, hat immer an einer bestimmten Stelle ein Problem von Intoleranz mit sich selbst. Dinge, die er verdrängen will, nicht wahrhaben möchte, die der Andere ihm gnadenlos aufzeigt. Dann wird plötzlich etwas angestoßen und aufgewühlt und entlädt sich nach außen. Verständnis und Mitgefühl als Schlüssel zu echtem Kontakt Wie kann ich also damit umgehen, wenn jemand mir gegenüber Intoleranz und Respektlosigkeit, ja sogar Missachtung zeigt? Wenn ich das beherzige, was ich weiter oben beschrieben habe, geht es nur über den Weg von Verständnis. Von Achtung, Respekt und ja – Toleranz. Nicht mit gleichen Waffen zurückschießen, weil das den Konflikt nur zuspitzen wird und die Widerstände auf beiden Seiten erhöht. Sich nicht auf die Diskussion einzulassen, weil dadurch der Andere nur noch mehr und mehr angestachelt wird. Stattdessen die Perspektive zu wechseln und zu sehen, dass dieser Mensch ein Defizit in irgendeiner Art und Weise hat, das er noch nicht erkennen kann. Dem Anderen gegenüber meine Liebe und mein Mitgefühl zeigen und ihm die Möglichkeit geben, in Kontakt zu gehen. Es ihm offen lassen, ob er dies annehmen möchte oder nicht. Wenn er es nicht möchte, dies auch akzeptieren und annehmen. Dann ist dieser Mensch noch nicht so weit. Es wird der Tag kommen, an dem er es ist. Natürlich ist das nicht leicht. Im Gegenteil, es ist sehr schwer. Ich arbeite täglich daran und es gelingt mir eher weniger als mehr. Und doch ist es das Gebot der Nächstenliebe und das, was wir alle tun können und sollten. Wenn ich es bei einer von diesen Gelegenheiten nicht schaffe, so ist auch das in Ordnung, denn das wiederum bedeutet Toleranz gegenüber mir und meinen Fehlern. Niemand ist vollkommen. Bedenke, wenn Du Dein Verhalten änderst, hat dies Auswirkungen auf jeden, der mit dir in Kontakt kommt. Auf diese Art und Weise ist es möglich, dass sich deine Mitmenschen mit Dir ändern – und im weiteren Verlauf vielleicht sogar die Welt. Meine Damen und Herren, halten Sie sich bitte fest, muss ich ja Unglaubliches berichten, so gilt deutsches Recht anscheinend auch für Salafisten und dies kann einen wirklich empören, dachte man doch bis jetzt, dass man alles machen darf, schließlich ist man ein Prophet....wenn auch auch ein ziemlich blinder:
Ja, da kann man wirklich verzweifeln, dachte man doch, dass man mit einem arabisch-angehüstelten Künstlernamen nun auch in Oberhintermoosbach nach arabischem Recht leben kann und jetzt wird man gerazziat und dies sogar noch zu nachtschlafender Faulpelzzeit. Fürchterlich ist sowas und so weint nun der müde Salanazi auf Muslim Mainstream, auf dass auch andere ihr Leid klagen mögen, und dies geschieht auch, wurde ja auch ein anderer Vogelmuslim von den hiesigen Behörden furchtbar drangsaliert:
Bald bleibt einem nur noch das Auswandern. Ehrlich! Wobei....wer all die Bildungsverweigerer nun genau haben will, ist noch nicht ganz geklärt, weigert sich ja selbst die ausgedörrte Kalahari gegen eine Aufnahme und so werden sie wohl auch weiterhin hierbleiben und jammern. Und wenn sie nicht gestorben sind, dann machen sie das auch noch in 100 Jahren. Garantiert.

As Salam Alaikum Brothers & Sisters in Islam :)
Chapter 36 - 'SUSTENTATION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY'
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said, "The upper hand is better than the lower one (i.e., the spending hand is better than the receiving hand); and begin (charity) with those who are under your care; and the best charity is that which given out of surplus; and he who asks (Allah) to help him abstain from the unlawful and the forbidden, Allah will fulfill his wish; and he who seeks self-sufficiency will be made self-sufficient by Allah". [Al-Bukhari].
Commentary: This Hadith mentions the importance of spending in the way of Allah, preference of one's family and children over others, and chasteness and contentment. It also tells us that Allah helps one in getting what one prays for.
