    Die Emotionen gingen in die Höhe als Palästina eingenommen wurde und viele Muslime riefen zum Jihad.

    Doch die Zeit verging und Palästina wurde vergessen.

    Als es zum Kampf zwischen Tschetschenien und Russland kam, stiegen die Emotionen wieder.

    Doch auch hier wurden die Muslime im Stich gelassen.

    Genauso als die USA in Afghanistan einmarschiert sind.

    Plötzlich kamen alle mit den Ahadith über Khorasan und fingen mit Plänen an wie sie in den Bergen Afghanistan zusammen mit den Taliban gegen Amerikaner kämpfen wollen.

    Alles nur leeres Gerede.

    Jetzt aktuell haben wir Syrien.

    Von allen Ecken hören wir Muslime: "Wir müssen nach Sham! Jihad ist Fard Al-Ayn!!"

    Doch wussten sie davor nicht mal was Fard Al-Ayn bedeutet, geschweige denn wo Syrien ist.

    Sie wusste nicht mal wer Bashar Al-Assad ist oder wie die Situation der Muslime in Syrien aussieht.

    Erst als die Massen anfingen darüber zu reden, dann plötzlich mussten sie sich informieren, schauten sich täglich Videos über die Mujahidin an und schrieben jeden Tag auf ihre Facebook-Chronik:

    "InshaAllah bald auch da ♥"

    Das ist ist ein zurückgebliebener Zustand. Ein Zustand, der uns immer auf dem gleichen Niveau bleiben lässt. Wir freuen uns einfach nur unsere aufgestauten Emotionen rauslassen zu können, um dann wieder unserem ganz normalen alltäglichen Leben nachzugehen.

    Aber die Lage der Ummah hat uns dabei wenig interessiert...

    Es ist Sunnah, am Mittag ein Nickerchen zu halten! Wiedermal beweist die Wissenschaft den Nutzen und die Richtigkeit der prophetischen Lebensweise:

    "Mittagsschlaf verlängert das Leben

    Ein Nickerchen am Nachmittag macht nicht nur fit, sondern auch gesund: Wer regelmäßig Siesta hält, hat ein deutlich geringeres Risiko, an Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen zu sterben. Das gilt vor allem für arbeitende Männer.

    Ausgestorbene Straßen in der südeuropäischen Mittagshitze: Alle schlafen - nur die Touristen nicht. Dabei machen es die Einheimischen offenbar richtig. Denn wer sich mindestens dreimal pro Woche nachmittags für mehr als eine halbe Stunde schlafen legt, verringert sein Risiko um 37 Prozent, durch eine Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankung zu sterben.

    Egal wo, Hauptsache regelmäßig: Eine Siesta schützt vor Herz- und Kreislauferkrankungen.

    Das ist das Ergebnis einer Studie mit mehr als 23.000 Griechinnen und Griechen, die jetzt im US-Fachmagazin "Archives of Internal Medicine" veröffentlicht wurde. Besonders in südlichen Ländern wie Griechenland gehört eine Mittagspause meist zum Alltag.
    Die Botschaft der Studie ist eindeutig: "Wenn Sie sich erlauben können, eine Siesta einzulegen, dann sollten Sie das auch machen", sagte Dimitros Trichopoulos von der medizinischen Hochschule in Athen.

    Der griechische Arzt hat gemeinsam mit seinem Team und Kollegen von der Harvard University die Schlafgewohnheiten seiner Probanden untersucht. Teilnehmen durfte nur, wer zu Beginn der sechsjährigen Studie nicht unter Herz-Kreislauf-Krankheiten oder Krebs litt. Anhand von Fragebögen erhielten die Mediziner Auskunft darüber, wie häufig in der Woche die Probanden tagsüber schliefen. In ihren statistischen Analysen werteten sie zudem andere Einflussfaktoren auf Herz und Kreislauf wie Ernährung, körperliche Aktivität und chronische Krankheiten aus.

    Den Ergebnissen der Wissenschaftler zufolge hilft der Mittagsschlaf vor allem berufstätigen Männern, erklärte Ko-Autorin Androniki Naska. Bei Frauen und Rentnern hingegen sei die Wirkung viel weniger ausgeprägt. Auch ist allein eine regelmäßige Mittagspause effektiv. Wer nur gelegentlich ein Nickerchen hält, profitiert hingegen kaum von der schützenden Wirkung.

    Den Mechanismus hinter ihren Ergebnissen erklären die Mediziner wenig überraschend mit Stressabbau. Schon lange ist bekannt, dass sich Stress sowohl kurz- als auch langfristig auch die Gesundheit des Herz- und Kreislaufsystems auswirken kann. Wer regelmäßig nachmittags schlafe, beuge diesem Risiko vor."

    Der Mittagsschlaf (القيلولة) ist der Schlaf während der Hälfte des Tages. Bei der genauen Zeit jedoch gibt es eine Meinungsverschiedenheit unter den Gelehrten. Einige sagen, dass er vor dem Mittagsgebet ist, andere hingegen, dass er nach dem Mittagsgebet ist. Jene die sagen, dass er nach dem Mittagsgebet zu verrichte gut sei, führen als Beweis einen Hadith von Sahl bin Sa'd (رضي الله عنه) an, welcher bei al-Bukhari und Muslim überliefert ist (sinngemäß): "Während der Zeit des Propheten pflegten wir weder den Mittagsschlaf zu halten noch zu Mittag zu essen außer nach dem Freitagsgebet."

    Die Mehrheit der Gelehrten ist der Ansicht, dass der Mittagsschlaf empfehlenswert (مستحبة) ist. Dies aufgrund der Aussage des Propheten Muhammad (sinngemäß): "Schlaft zu Mittag, denn wahrlich, die Satane schlafen nicht zu Mittag." (Shaykh al-Albani stufte diesen Hadith, im Sahih al-Jami', als Hasan ein; Nr.: 4431)

    As-salāmu ʿalaykum wa Raḥmatu ʾllāh liebe Geschwister im Islām.

    Oftmals werden wir gefragt, ob wir bereit wären für eine Plattform auf unserer Seite zu werben. Wir müssen euch (leider) enttäuschen, diesen Wunsch können wir aus verschiedensten Gründen nicht nachgehen.

    Das Problem welches sich uns als Person stellt ist, dass wir beim leiten eines der größten islāmischen Plattformen auf Facebook im deutschen Raum eine große Verantwortung mit uns tragen, da unsere Botschaften an guten Tagen bis zu 50.000 Personen erreichen. Dazu gehört es nun einmal der breiten Masse authentisches Wissen zu vermitteln.

    Diverse Sekten und Plattformen toben sich auf Facebook herum und da wir nicht jede Person von der religiösen Einstellung einschätzen können, prüfen wir dies erst gar nicht. Wir erlebten in naher Vergangenheit schon öfters, dass Sektengut durch die Blume vermittelt wird, so ist dies nichts neues, dass eine Seite ganz am Anfang neutral beginnt zu berichten und bei den ersten 10.000 Fans die Hüllen fallen lässt und das wahre Gesicht der breiten geköderten Masse zeigt.

    Wir wissen nicht, ob Ihr bei den ersten 3.000 Fans das selbe Spiel spielt oder schon von Anfang dieses Gesicht zeigt und wir ersparen uns auch solches zu Kontrollieren.

    Unsere Absicht war es von Anfang an dieses bekannte Projekt islāmisch zu gestalten und es unseren Geschwistern zu vermitteln, ohne jeglicher Absicht auch nur einen Cent daran zu verdienen, lediglich für das Wohlgefallen von Allāh. Aus diesem Grund bleiben wir auch unserem Wege treu und verfolgen das selbe Konzept wie am ersten Tag, in šāʾa llāh.

    Sollten wir Werbung machen, dann werden wir dies lediglich für Projekte machen, welche uns im Privaten gefallen, dies sind jedoch Ausnahmen und keineswegs etwas, was konsequent laufen wird.

Liebe Geschwister, mit über 191 Millionen Muslimen ist Indonesien der Staat mit der größten muslimischen Bevölkerung weltweit, 88 % der Indonesier sind Muslime, Alhamdulilah.
    Das 4 Waisenhäuser Projekt : Doch auch hier in Indonesien brauchen viele Geschwister unsere Hilfe, daher haben wir Indonesien als ein weiteres Projekt mit aufgenommen. Was gibt es schöneres als Kindern zu helfen? Jeder liebt Kinder, und wer selbst welche hat versteht umso mehr dass sie auf die Hilfe ihrer Eltern angewiesen sind. Unser erstes Projekt hier in Indonesien befasst sich genau damit. Es geht um Kinder die dringend Hilfe brauchen, doch sie haben keine Eltern mehr, es sind Waisenkinder. Unser geliebter Prophet Muhammad, Allahs Segen und Frieden seien auf ihm, sagte: "Wer seine Hand mit Gnade und Zuneigung auf den Kopf eines Waisen legt, dem wird Allah die gute Tat gemäß der Zahl der Haare, die seine Hand auf dem Kopf des Waisen berührt hat, niederschreiben (Ahmad). Subhanallah welch gewaltige Belohnung. Durch die Gnade Allahs sowie durch eure Spenden könnten wir das völlig heruntergekommene Waisenhaus "Resky Illahi" bereits vollkommen sanieren. So wurden aus alten durchlöcherten Matratzen, neue Betten. Schränke konnten besorgt werden - alles insgesamt für 60 Kinder. Jetzt ist das Dach des Waisenhauses fertig restauriert und wetterfest gemacht. Mit den Spenden wurden das Bad saniert und eine Hausapotheke eingerichtet. Ich denke bei diesem Projekt braucht man nicht viel mit Worten beschreiben, denn die Bilder sprechen für sich. Es warten nun 3 weitere Waisenhäuser auf eure Hilfe "Al Ansaar Timor Timor" - "Bustanol Islamiyah" und das Waisenhaus "Wahiyu". Vom Abriss und Neubau , bis zur einfachen Restaurierung und dem Ausbau inklusive Einrichtung steht dort alles an.
    Seht euch die schwierige Lage auf den Bildern selbst an... Allahumust3an. Im Vertrauen auf Allah und optimistisch in die Zukunft schauend planen wir das Projekt Waisenhäuser im September 2014 abzuschliessen, dann wird es inschallah ein weiteres Projekt in Indonesien geben.

    Es ist Sunnah, am Mittag ein Nickerchen zu halten! Wiedermal beweist die Wissenschaft den Nutzen und die Richtigkeit der prophetischen Lebensweise:

    "Mittagsschlaf verlängert das Leben

    Ein Nickerchen am Nachmittag macht nicht nur fit, sondern auch gesund: Wer regelmäßig Siesta hält, hat ein deutlich geringeres Risiko, an Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen zu sterben. Das gilt vor allem für arbeitende Männer.

    Ausgestorbene Straßen in der südeuropäischen Mittagshitze: Alle schlafen - nur die Touristen nicht. Dabei machen es die Einheimischen offenbar richtig. Denn wer sich mindestens dreimal pro Woche nachmittags für mehr als eine halbe Stunde schlafen legt, verringert sein Risiko um 37 Prozent, durch eine Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankung zu sterben.

    Egal wo, Hauptsache regelmäßig: Eine Siesta schützt vor Herz- und Kreislauferkrankungen.

    Das ist das Ergebnis einer Studie mit mehr als 23.000 Griechinnen und Griechen, die jetzt im US-Fachmagazin "Archives of Internal Medicine" veröffentlicht wurde. Besonders in südlichen Ländern wie Griechenland gehört eine Mittagspause meist zum Alltag.
    Die Botschaft der Studie ist eindeutig: "Wenn Sie sich erlauben können, eine Siesta einzulegen, dann sollten Sie das auch machen", sagte Dimitros Trichopoulos von der medizinischen Hochschule in Athen.

    Der griechische Arzt hat gemeinsam mit seinem Team und Kollegen von der Harvard University die Schlafgewohnheiten seiner Probanden untersucht. Teilnehmen durfte nur, wer zu Beginn der sechsjährigen Studie nicht unter Herz-Kreislauf-Krankheiten oder Krebs litt. Anhand von Fragebögen erhielten die Mediziner Auskunft darüber, wie häufig in der Woche die Probanden tagsüber schliefen. In ihren statistischen Analysen werteten sie zudem andere Einflussfaktoren auf Herz und Kreislauf wie Ernährung, körperliche Aktivität und chronische Krankheiten aus.

    Den Ergebnissen der Wissenschaftler zufolge hilft der Mittagsschlaf vor allem berufstätigen Männern, erklärte Ko-Autorin Androniki Naska. Bei Frauen und Rentnern hingegen sei die Wirkung viel weniger ausgeprägt. Auch ist allein eine regelmäßige Mittagspause effektiv. Wer nur gelegentlich ein Nickerchen hält, profitiert hingegen kaum von der schützenden Wirkung.

    Den Mechanismus hinter ihren Ergebnissen erklären die Mediziner wenig überraschend mit Stressabbau. Schon lange ist bekannt, dass sich Stress sowohl kurz- als auch langfristig auch die Gesundheit des Herz- und Kreislaufsystems auswirken kann. Wer regelmäßig nachmittags schlafe, beuge diesem Risiko vor."

    Der Mittagsschlaf (القيلولة) ist der Schlaf während der Hälfte des Tages. Bei der genauen Zeit jedoch gibt es eine Meinungsverschiedenheit unter den Gelehrten. Einige sagen, dass er vor dem Mittagsgebet ist, andere hingegen, dass er nach dem Mittagsgebet ist. Jene die sagen, dass er nach dem Mittagsgebet zu verrichte gut sei, führen als Beweis einen Hadith von Sahl bin Sa'd (رضي الله عنه) an, welcher bei al-Bukhari und Muslim überliefert ist (sinngemäß): "Während der Zeit des Propheten pflegten wir weder den Mittagsschlaf zu halten noch zu Mittag zu essen außer nach dem Freitagsgebet."

    Die Mehrheit der Gelehrten ist der Ansicht, dass der Mittagsschlaf empfehlenswert (مستحبة) ist. Dies aufgrund der Aussage des Propheten Muhammad (sinngemäß): "Schlaft zu Mittag, denn wahrlich, die Satane schlafen nicht zu Mittag." (Shaykh al-Albani stufte diesen Hadith, im Sahih al-Jami', als Hasan ein; Nr.: 4431)
