    Es gab keinen Propheten oder Gesandten, der nicht seine Nächte mit `Ibadah (Gottesdienst) verbracht hat und das Gebet der Nacht war schon immer das Zeichen eines Gläubigen!

    Der Gesandte Allahs (salAllahu `aleihi wa sallam) sagte: „Ich ging an Musa – `alayhi as-salaam – vorbei in der Nachtreise während er in seinem Grab am Beten war"

    Aussagen der 4 Rechtsschulen zum Hidjab/Niqab

    das Thema Hidjab/Niqab - fard oder mustahab wird oft diskutiert und es gibt eindeutige Aussagen der Gelehrten darüber. Wie sehen es aber die vier Rechtsschulen und zu welchem Urteil kommen sie hier im Detail? Dazu habe ich eine kurze Zusammenfassung erstellt und ich hoffe, die Aussagen der Gelehrten wird einige Fragen klären inshaALLAH.

    Al Madhab al Hanafi
    Die Madhab geht davon aus, dass es erlaubt ist, das Gesicht und die Hände zu zeigen, wenn keine Fitnah vorhanden ist. Doch auch die letzten Fuqaha´ (der heutigen und jüngst vergangenen Zeit) dieser Madhab erlauben es nicht, aufgrund der vielen Schlechtigkeiten.

    Ibn `Abidien (ein großer Gelehrter dieser Madhab) sagt: "Es wird die Frau daran gehindert, ihr Gesicht zu zeigen durch die Furcht, dass Männer es sehen, da das Zeigen des Gesichts zum Sehen mit Begierde führt."

    Shaikh at Tahtawi sagt: "Es ist für die junge Frau verboten, ihr Gesicht or den Männern zu zeigen, nicht weil es `Aura ist, sondern aus Furcht or Fitnah."

    Imam Anwar al Kashmiri sagt in seinem Buch "Fait al Bari ´ala Sahih al Bukhary" über die Ayat im Qur´an zum Hidjab

    " "وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ und ihren Schmuck nicht zur Schau tragen sollen [24:31]

    es wurde gesagt: 'as Sinah' ist das Gesicht und beide Hände. Es ist erlaubt, sie in der Zeit, in der man vor Fitnah sicher ist, zu zeigen. Die letzten Fuqaha´ haben es verboten, da die Lage der Menschen schlecht geworden ist.

    Al Imam Ibn Nudjaymah, gest. 970 n. H. sagte: "In den Fatawa der Gelehrten Kadikhan heißt es: 'Zeigt ihr Gesicht nur fremden Männern, wenn es notwendig ist.'"

    Er sagt weiter: "Unsere Shuyukh sagten: 'Es ist für die junge Frau erboten, ihr Gesicht in unserer Zeit zu zeigen, da es Fitnah gibt.'"

    Ich (Mohammad Abu Fatima) sage: "Seht, er redet über seine Zeit - gest. 970 n. H. - was sagen wir über unsere Zeit? Natürlich hat die Fitnah große Ausmaße erreicht.

    Al Madhab al Maliki
    Der Gelehrte Salih al Abbi al Azhari al Maliki sagte: "Die `Aura einer freien Frau mit einem fremden Mann ist der gesamte Körper, außer Gesicht und Hände. Das Gesicht und die Hände sind keine `Aura, außer, wenn sie Angst or Fitnah hat, dann müssen auch diese bedeckt werden."
    Weiter führt Salih al Abbi al Azhari al Maliki an: "Ibn Masuq sagt: 'Das Bekannte in der Madhab al Maliki ist, dass es Pflicht ist, Gesicht und Hände zu bedecken.'"
    Weiter sagt er: "Qaadi `Iyyaad sagt: 'Es ist nicht Pflicht, Hände und Gesicht zu bedecken. Die Männer müssen ihre Blicke senken, ab er der fremde Kafir darf nicts om Körper der Frau sehen.'"

    Shaikh Mohammad Ibn Ahmad Ibn Djusay al Kharnati al Maliki sagte: "Der Mann darf die Hände und das Gesicht der alten Frau sehen und es ist ihm nicht erlaubt, dieses von einer jungen Frau zu sehen, nur bei einem erlaubten Grund, z. B. als zeugin, zur Heilung, Verlobung usw."

    Al Qaadi Abu Bakr Ibn al `Arabi sagte: "Der gesamte Körper der Frau ist `Aura, auch ihre Stimme. Sie sind nur im Fall der Notwendigkeit erlaubt zu zeigen oder im Fall des Bedürfnisses, wie z. B. das Ablegen eines Zeugnisses.

    Al Qurtubi sagt in seinem Tafsir: "Ibn Khuwais sagt: 'Wenn die Frau schön ist und es gibt die Befürchtung, dass das Zeigen des Gesichts und der Hände zur Fitnah führt, dann müssen sie bedeckt werden."

    Al Madhab Ash Shaafi`i
    Die Madhab ash Shaafi`i führt drei Fälle auf bzgl. des Zeigens des Gesichtes und der Hände der Frau:

    1. Furcht vor Fitnah
    In diesem Fall ist das Zeigen des Gesichts und der Hände haram mit Idjma´ (Einigung der Gelehrten).

    2. Männer sehen die Frau mit Begierde, ohne Angst vor Fitnah
    Hier ist es haram, die Frau muß das Gesicht und die Hände bedecken.

    3. Es gibt keine Fitnah und keine Angst or dem Sehen mit Begierde
    Hierzu gibt es zwei Aussagen:

    a) Die Frau muß trotzdem ihr Gesicht und die Hände bedecken (Imam an Nawawy, Abu Ishaq Schiraazi, Abu `Aly at Tabari u. a. sind dieser Meinung).
    Ash Shaikh Taqiyyah ad Din az Zuki sagte: "Die Aussage der Gelehrten der Madhab ash Shafi´i, dass das Gesicht und die Hände `Aura sind, gilt im Gebet nicht."

    b) Es ist keine Pflicht, das Gesicht und die Hände zu bedecken, wenn es keine Furcht vor Fitnah gibt.

    Imam Abu Hamid al Ghazaali sage: "Das Gesicht der Männer aller Zeiten waren sichtbar und die Frauen sind mit Niqab herausgegangen."

    Al Madhab al Hanbali
    Der Gelehrte Ibn Muflih berichtet on Shaikh al Islam, dass er sate: "Das Zeigen des Gesichtes der Frau or fremden Männern ist nicht erlaubt."

    Al Imam Ibn Qudamah sagt: "Es gibt keine Unterschiedlichkeit in unserer Madhab, dass es erlaubt ist, dass die Frau ihr Gesicht im Gebet zeigt." Dann sagte er: "Einige Gelehrte unserer Madhab sagen, der gesamte Körper der Frau ist `Aura, weil der Prophet :sas: sagte: 'die Frau ist `Aura.'" (überliefert Tirmidhi, der sagte: "Hadith hassan, sahih")

    Shaikh `Abd al Qaadir Ibn `Umaar sagte: "Die freie erwachsene Frau ist `Aura im Gebet, außer ihr Gesicht und beide Hände."

    Diese Aussagen der Madhaahib habe ich aus einem Buch, welches in der heutigen Zeit als Quelle für dieses Thema herangezogen wird. Das Buch heißt "Die Rückkehr zum Hidjab" von Shaikh Mohammad Ahmad Ibn Isma´il Muqaddim.

    ‫هل يمكن لغطاء الرأس أو الحجاب أن يؤذي الشِّعر؟!

    بالتأكيد نعم، فعادات السيِّدات اليوميَّة قد تسبب أضراراً بالغة لشعركِ من دون أن تشعر لذا سأقترح عليك هذه الخطوات الأربع للحصول على شعر صحيّ ومحميّ تحت الحجاب، من دون أيّ أضرار:

    1- قبل الاستحمام

    قبل الاستحمام، يفضَّل أن تقومي بتنفيذ قناع طبيعيّ لشعركِ، يعتمد في أساسه على البيض وزيت الزيتون؛ فهما من أكثر المكوِّنات التي ترطِّب الشَّعر وتحارب جفافه. ويمكنكِ أن تمزجي صفار بيضة مع ملعقتين من زيت الزيتون وكوب من الماء الدافئ، ثم ضعي المزيج على شعركِ قبل الاستحمام بساعة مع تغطية شعركِ بالغطاء البلاستيكيّ.

    2- عند الاستحمام

    لا يشترط أن تضعي الشَّامبو على أطراف الشَّعر، بل اكتفي بوضعه على فروة رأسكِ، والرغوة ستقوم بمهمَّة تنظيف الشَّعر، من دون إزالة جميع الزيوت الطبيعيَّة المخزنة فيه.

    3- بعد الاستحمام

    قومي بوضع القليل من السيروم على راحة يدكِ، ثمَّ افرديه على خصلات الشَّعر، وخللي شعركِ بأصابعك، واتركيه ليجفّ في الهواء الطَّلق.
    وإذا كانت لديكِ رغبة في الخروج من المنزل، تجنَّبي تغطية شعركِ وهو مبلل. وفي هذه الحالة، يمكنكِ أن تجففي شعركِ بالمجفف الكهربائيّ، ولكن على الدرجة المتوسطة، مع الحذر من تعريض بقعة واحدة من الشَّعر لهواء المجفف، لفترة طويلة. وبعد الانتهاء، إذا وجدتِ أنَّ شعركِ أصبح متطايراً، يمكنكِ مسحه بالقليل من الكريم العادي على أطراف الشَّعر فقط.

    4- عند ارتداء الحجاب

    عند ارتداء غطاء الرأس، احرصي على ارتداء الأحجبة المصنوعة من الحرير؛ فالحرير يُعتبر من أكثر الأقمشة اللطيفة على الشَّعر، ومن أقلّ الأقمشة التي تحتك بالشَّعر وتسبب له التساقط. وإذا قمتِ باعتماد القبَّعات الشتويَّة بدل الأغطية، فمن الأفضل أن تقومي باختيار القبَّعات المبطنة بالقماش القطنيّ.
