    Die Gefahr, dass Menschen die Quellen missverstehen und so der Scharī'a Schaden zufügen, ist äußerst real, wie die Zwistigkeiten und Streitigkeiten gezeigt haben, die einen teil der früheren Muslime in der Zeit vor der Etablierung der orthodoxen Rechtsschulen plagten.
    Um die Scharī'a vor der Gefahr von Neuerungen und Verzerrungen zu schützen, legten die großen Gelehrten des Usūl rigorose Bedingungen für denjenigen fest, der für sich das Recht auf Ijtihād in Anspruch nehmen wollte. Diese Bedingungen beinhalten :

    Menschliche Apokalypse in Syrien

    Nach drei Jahren Bürgerkrieg ist Syrien ausgeblutet. Die Hälfte der Bevölkerung ist obdachlos, das Land verwüstet und die Region destabilisiert.

    Drei Jahre Gewalt und Verzweiflung lasten auf den Seelen der Bevölkerung, von der die Hälfte auf der Flucht ist. Ihre Häuser sind Ruinen, Schulen und Krankenhäuser zerstört, Bäckereien und Felder verwüstet. Ungezählte Familien haben alles verloren, ihre Angehörigen, ihre Existenz und ihr Vertrauen in die Zukunft.

    Gleichzeitig überfordert der Massenexodus aus Syrien immer mehr die Kräfte der Nachbarn. Gut 2,5 Millionen haben sich in Libanon, Türkei, Irak, Jordanien und Ägypten in Sicherheit gebracht - die größte Flüchtlingskatastrophe in der modernen Geschichte des Nahen Ostens. Zwei Drittel davon sind nach Umfragen überzeugt, dass sie ihre Heimat nie mehr wiedersehen werden. Weitere sieben bis acht Millionen irren im Landesinneren zwischen den Fronten herum.

    Dabei hatten die aufständischen Bürger am 15. März 2011, bei der ersten landesweiten Massendemonstration gegen die Diktatur von Baschar al-Assad, mit heroischem Mut versucht, sich nicht provozieren zu lassen und ihre Rechte gewaltfrei einzufordern. Wochenlang trotzten sie den Schüssen der Sicherheitskräfte, den Greifkommandos des Regimes sowie den systematischen Folterkampagnen.

    Dieses zivile Aufbegehren ist längst Geschichte, untergegangen in einem schier endlosen Strom von Mord und Totschlag. Hatten ein Jahr später im März 2012 bereits 8500 Männer, Frauen und Kinder ihr Leben verloren, waren es Ende des zweiten Kriegsjahres bereits 80.000, heute liegt die Zahl der Opfer bei mindestens 140.000.

    Hellerhoferin hilft Menschen in Syrien

    Marlene Abbara hat mit der syrischen Aktivistin Soumaya Al-Azem den Verein Jasmin-Hilfe gegründet

    Marlene Abbara. "Ich wollte die Augen nicht verschließen, denn jemand muss etwas für die Flüchtlinge, vor allem für die Kinder, tun." Die Hellerhoferin traf in Köln auf die im Kuwait lebende syrische Aktivistin Soumaya Al-Azem, mit der sie im August vergangenen Jahres die Initiative "Jasmin-Hilfe" gründete. Die Mitglieder versuchen Geld zu sammeln, um damit schnelle Hilfe für Flüchtlinge leisten zu können.

    Die erste Aktion, eine Versteigerung selbstgemalter Bilder von Abbara und ihrer Enkelin, brachte 1000 Euro ein. "Das war ein guter Anfang", sagt die 69-Jährige stolz. Die Initiative wuchs und fand immer mehr Helfer. In der ersten Märzwoche organisierte Marlene Abbara unter anderem Benefizveranstaltungen in Köln, München und Berlin. Dabei unterstützten namhafte syrische Künstler aus New York die Aktionen. "Es war ein grandioser Erfolg", erklärt die motivierte Hellerhoferin begeistert. Inzwischen gibt es Helfer aus ganz Deutschland und vielen anderen Ländern.

    Djali i kishte kërkuar babait të mos konsumonte më pije alkoolike. 22-vjeçari u qëllua me sëpatë në kokë

    Një 22-vjeçar mbeti i plagosur rëndë pasi u godit me sëpatë nga babai i tij. Ngjarja ka ndodhur në Korçë, ku një konflikt në familje për pak sa nuk u kthye në tragjedi.

    Policia e Korçës tha se i plagosuri është Albano Sejdarasi, 22 vjeç, ndërsa autori i plagosjes së tij është babai, Thoma Sejdrasi, i cili është arrestuar menjëherë nga policia.

    Mësohet se ngjarja ndodhi për shkak të një konflikti familjar, raporton Shekulli.

    Alabano Sejdarasi i kërkonte të atit që të mos konsumonte më alkool, ndërsa ky i fundit nuk e ka pritur mirë kërkesën e të birit.

    Pak minuta pas ngjarjes reagoi edhe policia e Korçës, e cila dha detaje lidhur me ngjarjen. Sipas policisë, ngjarja ka ndodhur rreth orës 13:45. I plagosuri është dërguar në Spitalin Rajonal të Korçës me dëmtime të rënda, megjithatë mbetet jashtë rrezikut për jetën.

    1. Shkaktimi i problemeve të rënda me familjen e tij në përgjithësi, gjë që e bën burrin të jetë në një pozitë të palakmueshme, dhe të zgjedh mes dashurisë së familjes dhe gruas së tij. Për këtë arsye largoju sa më shumë problemeve për hir të dashurisë së tij dhe respektit ndaj tij!
