Fourth Call: The Obligation of Retaliation for the Murdered
#Allah #Almighty says (what can be translated as):
O you who have believed, prescribed for you is legal retribution for those murdered - the free for the free, the slave for the slave, and the female for the female. But whoever overlooks from his brother anything, then there should be a suitable follow-up and payment to him with good conduct. This is an alleviation from your Lord and a mercy. But whoever transgresses after that will have a painful punishment. And there is for you in legal retribution [saving of] life, O you [people] of understanding, that you may become righteous." (Al-Baqarah: 178-179)
Allah Almighty says to the believers, it is obligatory for you to be just and equitable in performing al-Qisas2 (the law of equality in punishment) in case of a murder takes place, the free for the free if the murder was on purpose (premeditated murder) and the slave for the slave and the female for the female (At the time of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be upon Him) if a man killed a woman, he was killed as punishment and if a freeman killed a slave, he was killed as punishment). Yet, if the patron or next of kin of the murdered pardons the killer, then it should be done with beneficence and forbearance and if the killer is to pay Diyya3, then he should be fair without any procrastination.
Allah commands believers not to transgress or violate Allah's laws like how the Jews did before them when they changed the commands of Almighty Allah, The Ever-Magnificent. For example, the tribe of Banu Qurayza5 was weak while the tribe of Banu an-Nadir6 was strong and dominant. So, when someone from Banu an-Nadir killed someone from Banu Qurayza, the killer was not killed as punishment but rather he had to pay the blood money. On the other hand, when someone from Banu Qurayza killed someone from Banu an-Nadir, the murderer was killed as a punishment for committing such crime and if it happened that the family of the murdered in Banu an-Nadir got compensation, they would get the double of what a family in Banu Qurayza would usually get.
Two tribes of the pagan Arabs in the pre-Islamic era were fighting. There were killed and wounded causalities on both sides. One of the tribes was not content unless they were to kill a freeman from the other tribe in return for their murdered slave and a man from the other tribe in return for a woman killed in their side, while others were only killing a man for a man, a woman for a woman and a slave for a slave. So, Almighty Allah has revealed in the Qur'an that the self for the self, the eye for the eye, the nose for the nose, the ear for the ear, and the tooth of the tooth and for wounds retaliation. If the patron of the murdered accepted to take the blood money or Diyya, he should end the situation with patience and forbearance, and if he is to spare the killer or remit the penalty or retaliation as alms, then it will be counted as an expiation for him. On return, the killer has to fulfill his obligation in paying the Diyya without procrastination, reduction or oppression. Also, he should not abuse or misbehave in fulfilling his penalty.

Frage:
Wie lautet die Fatwa über das Geburtstag feiern?
Antwort:
Das Geburtstagfeiern besitzt in der reinen Schariah nirgendwo eine Quelle. Es ist tatsächlich eine Bid'a, über welche der Gesandte Allahs (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) sagte:
{مَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِي أَمْرِنَا هَذَا مَا لَيْسَ فِيهِ فَهُوَ رَدٌّ}
"Wer etwas in unsere Angelegenheit einführt, das nicht von ihr ist, dem wird es zurückgewiesen." Dies wurde sowohl von Imam Bukhari ('Fath al-Baari', Nr. 2697, berichtet von 'A'ischa) als auch von Imam Muslim überliefert.
In einer anderen Version berichten Muslim und Al-Bukhari in einer definitiven mu'allaq-Form [1]:
{من عمل عملا ليس عليه أمرنا فهو رد}
"Wer eine Tat vollbringt, die unserer Angelegenheit nicht entspricht, dem wird sie zurückgewiesen."
Es ist uns wohl bekannt, dass der Prophet (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) während seines ganzen Lebens weder seinen Geburtstag feierte noch jemals anordnete dass er gefeiert werden solle.

[20:1] Ta Ha.
مَا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْقُرْآنَ لِتَشْقَى
[20:2] Wir haben den Qur'an nicht auf dich herabgesandt, um dich unglücklich zu machen ,
إِلَّا تَذْكِرَةً لِّمَن يَخْشَى
[20:3] sondern als eine Ermahnung für den, der (Allah) fürchtet.
تَنزِيلاً مِّمَّنْ خَلَقَ الْأَرْضَ وَالسَّمَاوَاتِ الْعُلَى
[20:4] (Dies ist) eine Offenbarung von Ihm, Der die Erde und die hohen Himmel erschuf.
الرَّحْمَنُ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ اسْتَوَى
[20:5] (Er ist) der Allerbarmer, Der Sich alsdann über Seinen Thron erhob.

Der Quran wurde offenbart, nicht erschaffen
Qur'an, Sunnah & Schriften
Der Quran ist das Wort Allahs, das von Ihm in Form einer Rede kam, ohne dass wir wissen müssen, wie. Er sandte sie zu Seinem Gesandten durch Offenbarung herab. Die Gläubigen glauben, dass dies wahr ist und sie sind sich sicher, dass dies wahrhaftig Allahs Worte sind und dass sie nicht erschaffen wurden wie die Worte der Menschen. Wer immer sie hört und behauptet, dass es die Worte von Menschen sind, ist ein Kafir, der verflucht und für die Hölle bestimmt ist, wie Allah sagt:
{سَأُصْلِيهِ سَقَرَ}
„Ich werde ihn der Saqar [1]aussetzen." (Surah Al-Muddathir 74:26)
Da Allah demjenigen, der sagt:
{إِنْ هَـٰذَا إِلَّا قَوْلُ الْبَشَرِ}
„Das sind nur die Worte von Menschenwesen." (Surah Al-Muddathir 74:25), mit der Hölle droht, wissen wir sicher, dass es das Wort des Schöpfers der Menschheit ist, und es ähnelt nicht der Sprache der Menschen.

Zu meiner Person:
Ich bin 21jahre alt und heiße Karim Ebeib-Abdalla. Mein Name lässt schon arabische Herkunft vermuten und die meisten Leute würden damit automatisch den Islam assoziieren, beziehungsweise voraussetzen dem war aber nicht so, weil erstens Ägypten größtenteils und nicht 100% islamisch ist, und zweitens Islam eine Sache des Herzens ist und nicht der Kultur oder sonstigen. Es heißt ja auch nicht umsonst nicht der Bart oder dein Kopftuch sondern deine Taten bringen dich ins Paradies.
Zu meiner Geschichte:
Im Islam darf es keinen Zwang geben, jede weitere Konsequenz wäre nichtig wenn sie im Zwang entstand und genau dieser Fehler verfolgte mich .. ich hatte großes Glück islamisch erzogen zu werden, jedoch falsch mit Druck und Zwang. Sodass ich nie in der Lage war mein Herz zu öffnen geschweige denn die wahre Schönheit der Religion bzw der Botschaft zu erkennen.
Es kam wie es kommen musste und ich irrte ohne Ziel, Plan und hilflos im Leben umher.
Auf der ständigen Suche ich wusste nicht einmal wirklich was ich suchte oder wen.
Das einzige dass ich wusste war das ich nichts wusste und so irrte ich umher und kam bei jeder schlechten Ecke des Lebens vorbei die es in meiner Welt gibt.
Von Drogen, bis Gewalt in psychisch und physischer Form, respektlosigkeit gegenüber mir, dem Leben, der Gesellschaft und den Frauen und leider auch das Gefängnis.
Da war ich nun vernarbt, kaputt von Aussen und Innen und erfüllt mit tiefer Leere und Hass, hass gegenüber mir, der Gesellschaft und sogar dem Leben.
Ich lag da mit leerem Blick an die Zimmerdecke, Gedanken kreisend.
Ich war seit Tagen, wach, vollgestopft mit chemischen Drogen in jeglicher Form und Variation wohlwissend durch die Fachkenntnisse in meiner Position als Chemielabortechniker, schon lange über die Lebensgefährliche Dosis zu sein.
Ich fühlte unwohl schrecklich, es gab kein ein und kein aus das Einzige das ich wollte war Sterben, und das in meinem jungen Alter schon sehr traurig !!
Ich versuchte meine Lage zu verstehen, doch noch irgendwie das Ruder rum zu reißen.
Denn der Wille sowie der Wunsch nach dem Schönen im Leben waren doch noch da.
Ich erkannte, je mehr ich meine kurze Glückseligkeit in Frauen, Drogen und Geld suchte desto unglücklicher wurde ich, weil es in der Natur des Menschen liegt pragmatisch unzufrieden zu sein und man irgendwann an die Grenze des machbaren stößt. Es musste einen anderen Weg geben.
Also ziehte ich Resümee und dachte: Karim du Volltrottel, du hast alles was du brauchst, eine Familie, eine Wohnung, treue Freunde, Intelligenz, festen halt im leben genug Geld und sogar deinen Traumjob als Chemiker.
Das willst du wegschmeißen?? Spielst dich einfach so mit deinem Leben? ? Liegst komplett benebelt da über der lebensgefährlichen Dosis.
Bist kein bisschen dankbar Gott gegenüber oder dem Leben, ständig bringst du dich in gefährliche Situationen, oder erzwingst deine eigene Unglücklichkeit!!
Ist es das was du oder deine Eltern wollten? ? Deine ganze Vergangenheit All die Kämpfe dafür?? Das du alles wegschmeißen willst? ? Bist du wirklich so ein hässlicher Mensch? ?
Wo ist der nette hilfsbereite Junge von früher?? Erkennst du dich wieder ??
Es waren Fragen über Fragen die mir nicht gefielen deren Antwort ich aber kannte!!
Ich dachte HALT STOPP DAS MUSS ENDEN SOFORT!!
Der Islam verbietet nicht die Drogen bzw berauschenden Substanzen weil er gerne der "spielverderber" ist. NEIN er ist die Botschaft Gottes, der Quelle alles Wissens und der wusste sehr wohl dass das uns schlecht tut und verbietet es deswegen.
Weil Gott das beste für uns will, wir aber leider Gottes unser stümperhaftes menschliches Wissen vergöttern und zu arrogant sind das zu begreifen
ABER ICH NICHT, NICHT MEHR!
Ich dachte wo wärst du jetzt als braver Moslem?? sicher nicht so unglücklich, benebelt am Bett liegend, sei intelligent, nutze dein Wissen, kehre dem Schlechten dem Rücken und widme dich dem Guten dir zuliebe!! DU willst doch glücklich sein oder? Probier es doch!! Tiefer kannst du ohnehin nicht sinken, du hast also nichts zu verlieren!
Und so dachte ich mir, ich will unbedingt weg von dem Schlechten und hin zu dem Guten.
Und hier kommt meine wenn auch falsch begonnene islamische Erziehung zu gute. Ich beschäftige mich FREIWILLIG wieder damit und war diesmal bereit die Schönheit zu erkennen!
Ich bin jetzt endlich ein Gewinner auf voller länge!! Ich führe jetzt ein ruhiges, kontrolliertes Leben, indem ich über meine Gefühle bestimme und nicht meine Gefühle über mich.
Ich habe endlich gelernt dankbar zu sein und Elhamdulillah zu sagen, bin endlich indem Maßstab glücklich dass ich behaupten kann, ich stehe mit einem Lächeln auf, gehe mit einem Lächeln schlafen und würde mit einem Lächeln dahinscheiden sollte ich dazwischen sterben!!
Es heißt wenn du Gott einen Finger entgegen streckst, streckt Er dir eine Hand entgegen,und wenn du zu ihm hingehst, läuft Er dir entgegen!!
ALLAHU AKBAR das ist wahre Barmherzigkeit, ich fühle mich gut stark und unbesiegbar und habe noch dazu vom Kora'an und somit vom Gott das Versprechen das wenn ich auf diesem Weg bleibe dem geraden Weg Gottes und mich wirklich bemühe, ich nach dem Tod die unendliche Glückseligkeit im Paradies, im Jannat erfahre.
Seitdem bin ich unendlich dankbar und verstehe warum ein jeder Moslem die Frage nach dem Religionsbekentniss mit einem dicken fetten Elhamdulillah beantwortet!!
Weil wir uns als potentiell gerettet betrachten und SEHR DANKBAR DAFÜR SIND.
