تحريم الدعاء للحاكم الظالم

كان علماء الامة الاوائل رضي الله عنهم،لا يكتفون بترك الدعاء لولاة الامور الذين يرون انهم ظالمين،بل كانوا يدعون عليهم ايضا.
قال علي بن زيد بن جدعان: قلت لسعيد بن المسيب:"يزعم قومك أنه ما منعك من الحج؛ الا أنك جعلت لله عليك إذا رأيت الكعبة أن تدعو الله على بني مروان؟)،قال:"ما فعلتُ،وما أصلي صلاة إلا دعوت الله عليهم) الطبقات 5/128.
فهل عمال بني امية وولاتهم اظلم واغشم من ال سلول او غيرهم من حكام بلاد الاسلام الذين ظهر كفرهم البواح وفاح ..واشمازت من الانوف والارواح؟!
وهل سعيد بن المسيب رحمه الله جاهل وعديم البصيرة – حاشاه – وقد ثبت انه كان يدعو على ولاة امور يطبقون الاسلام وان اساءوا التطبيق احيانا ؟!
ترى لو عاصر سعيد ال سعود/ او غيرهم من الحكام المجرمين/ هل كان سيكتفي بالدعاء عليهم ؟!ا
الم يسمع علماء السوؤ مطايا الحكام الفراعنة في بلاد الاسلام قول الامام الحسن البصري:"من دعى لظالم بالبقاء، فقد احب أن يُعصى الله في أرضه)؟!
قال الشيخ عبد القادر بن عبد العزيز::"ونحن نرى في زماننا هذا الحكام المرتدين في شتى البلدان قد اصطنع كل منهم طائفة من المشايخ هو يخلع عليهم الألقاب الفضفاضة - كأصحاب الفضيلة والسماحة - تلبيساً على العامة لترويج باطلهم، وهم يخلعون عليه خِلعة الإيمان والشرعية الإسلامية تضليلا للعامة، فهؤلاء المشايخ وأمثالهم لاشك في كفرهم وردتهم، لقوله تعالى:"وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُمْ مِنْكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ"، ولرضاهم بالكفر،ولعدم تكفيرهم للحكام الكافرين الذين دَلّ الدليل على كفرهم، قال عبد الله بن المبارك رحمه الله: وهل أفسَدَ الدينَ إلا الملوك ُ وأحبارُ سوء ٍ ورهبانُها) اهـ / الجامع في طلب العلم الشريف.

Echt traurig an zu sehen wie einige Geschwister mit einander reden. Jeder will recht haben. An statt eine Lösung zu finden, bekriegen sie mit Schimpfwörtern und Drohungen. Torture is absolutely forbidden in Islam, any individual found guilty of carrying out physical abuse or torture against any citizen, Muslim or non-Muslim, will be punished severely. Islam prohibits imposing a penalty upon the accused before the charge against him/her has been established and thus prohibits torturing. Torture in principal and from its basis, irrespective of national security is forbidden.

„Allah verfluchte diejenigen Frauen, die andere Frauen tätowieren, sich tätowieren lassen, Haare von ihren eigenen Augenbrauen oder von den Augenbrauen anderer Frauen auszupfen, ihre Zähne abfeilen lassen, um deren Zwischenräume kosmetisch zu vergrößern, und dadurch Allahs Schöpfung zu ändern pflegen." Dann sagte er: „Sollte ich nicht diejenigen verfluchen, die der Gesandte Allahs (Frieden und Segen Allahs seien auf ihm) verfluchte, wenn im Qur'an steht (ungefähre Bedeutung): ‚... Und was euch der Gesandte gibt, das nehmt, und was er euch verwehrt, das lasst sein...' [al-Hashr 59:7]"

ALLAH subhanahu wa ta ´ala sagt im Koran: "Rufe zum Wege deines Herrn mit Weisheit (Hikmah) und schöner Ermahnung, und streitet (Jidaal) mit ihnen in bester Weise." (an-Nahl, 125)
(Anmerkung: Abdurrahman Nasir as-Sa`di, rahimahullah sagt in seinem Tafsir: „Diese Ayah soll nicht nur auf die Ungläubigen angewandt werden, sondern auch auf jene Muslime, welche auf dem falschen Weg sind.")
Allah subhanahu wa ta ´ala hat in dieser Ayah die Stufen der Da`wah aufgezählt und die Situation des Aufgerufenen in drei geteilt.
1) Ist der Aufgerufene jemand, der nach der Wahrheit (Haqq) strebt, die Wahrheit liebt, sie gelernt hat, an andere Leute weitergibt und sie ihnen ans Herz legt dann macht man nur Da`wah mit Weisheit (Hikmah). Hierzu braucht es keine schönen Ermahnungen und keinen Streit (Jidaal).
2) Ist der Aufgerufene ein Ignorant und beschäftigt sich mit dem Gegenteil der Wahrheit, wenn er sie jedoch erfährt, er diese bevorzugt, sie empfiehlt und er der Wahrheit folgen würde, dann sollte man ihn mit Weisheit (Hikmah), zusammen mit Ermunterung und Einschüchterung (ترهيب) beratschlagen.
3) Ist der Aufgerufene aber eine sture und ignorante Person, sollte man mit ihm auf schönster Weise streiten. Wenn er zur Wahrheit zurückkehrt ist das gut, wenn er nicht zurückkehrt, dann geht man von den Stufen des Streites (جدال, Jidaal) zur Stufe des Bestrafens (im Diesseits vom Herrscher).
