Urteil über das Feiern des Geburtstags
Shaykh 'Abdul-'Aziz Ibn Baaz

Frage:
Wie lautet die Fatwa über das Geburtstag feiern?
Antwort:
Das Geburtstagfeiern besitzt in der reinen Schariah nirgendwo eine Quelle. Es ist tatsächlich eine Bid'a, über welche der Gesandte Allahs (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) sagte:
{مَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِي أَمْرِنَا هَذَا مَا لَيْسَ فِيهِ فَهُوَ رَدٌّ}
"Wer etwas in unsere Angelegenheit einführt, das nicht von ihr ist, dem wird es zurückgewiesen." Dies wurde sowohl von Imam Bukhari ('Fath al-Baari', Nr. 2697, berichtet von 'A'ischa) als auch von Imam Muslim überliefert.
In einer anderen Version berichten Muslim und Al-Bukhari in einer definitiven mu'allaq-Form [1]:
{من عمل عملا ليس عليه أمرنا فهو رد}
"Wer eine Tat vollbringt, die unserer Angelegenheit nicht entspricht, dem wird sie zurückgewiesen."
Es ist uns wohl bekannt, dass der Prophet (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) während seines ganzen Lebens weder seinen Geburtstag feierte noch jemals anordnete dass er gefeiert werden solle. Auch lehrte er seinen Gefährten nicht, dies zu tun. Daher feierten ihn auch die rechtgeleiteten Khalifen und alle seine Gefährten nicht. Sie sind die Menschen mit dem Größten Wissen über seine Sunnah und sie waren die Beliebtesten bei dem Propheten (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam). Sie waren ebenfalls diejenigen, die am meisten darauf bedacht waren, alles zu befolgen, was der Prophet (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) gebracht hat.
Wenn also jemand den Geburtstag des Propheten (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) hätte feiern sollen, dann wäre es zu ihrer Zeit offenkundig gemacht worden. Demgemäß feierte auch keiner der Gelehrten der besten Generationen [2] seinen Geburtstag, noch befahl einer, dies zu tun.
Von dem zuvor genannten ist klar ersichtlich, dass eine derartige Feier nicht von dem Gesetz stammt, das Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) (Muhammad) gegeben hat. Wir rufen Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) und alle Muslime zu Zeugen, wenn der Prophet (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) dies getan oder nur befohlen hätte, oder wenn auch nur seine Gefährten dies getan hätten, dann würden wir uns beeilen, es ihnen gleich zu tun und andere dazu aufrufen, es auch zu machen. Und dies - alles Lob gebührt Allah ('azza wa jall) - weil wir diejenigen sind, die am meisten darauf bedacht sind, seiner Sunnah zu folgen und seine Anordnungen und Verbote zu befolgen.
Wir bitten Allah ('azza wa jall) für uns selbst und unsere muslimischen Brüder um Standhaftigkeit auf der Wahrheit, indem wir alles meiden, was von Allahs reiner Scharia abweicht. Wahrlich, Er ist Der Großzügigste und Edelste.
