    Scheich al-Dawdaw | Die ISIS ist kein islamisches Kalifat! Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi ist kein Kalif der Muslime! Die Bayʿah ist ungültig und es muss ihnen weder gefolgt noch gehorcht werden!!! (arabisch)

    Kurze Zusammenfassung:

    Der Scheich wurde gefragt, was seine Meinung bezüglich einem Artikel, der von Sh. Ahmad ar Raisuni über die Ankündigung des Kalifat geschrieben worden ist, sei; was seine Meinung bezüglich der Ankündigung des Kalifats und der Vertreibung der Christen aus Mossul und anderen Sachen, die dort passieren, sei.

    1.) Er geht allgemein auf die Wichtigkeit und Pflicht ein, einen Führer zu haben und ihn aufzustellen und ebenso dessen Aufgaben. Und er meint, dass diesbezüglich zahlreiche Schriften verfasst worden sind. Die Funktion eines Kalifats würde jedoch auch gegeben sein, wenn verschiedene Länder mit der Schariʿa regiert würden und alle das gleiche Wort tragen. Dann bräuchte man keinen Kalifen mehr, da die islamischen Länder insgesamt die Funktion erfüllen würden.

    2.) Das Kalifat ist für jeden einzelnen Muslim auf dieser Welt und nicht für eine bestimmte Gruppe.

    3.) Er zitiert folgende Aussage von Umar Ibn al Khattab: "Wer jemanden die Treue schwört, ohne die anderen Muslime hinzuziehen, dem wird weder gehorcht noch dem, den die Treue geschworen wurde; beide sollen getötet werden." [من بايع رجلا من غير مشورة من المسلمين فلا يتابع هو ولا الذي تابعه تغرة أن يقتلا] Sahih Muslim

    4.) Es ist nicht möglich, dass eine Gruppe ein Land besetzt, sodann die einige herkommen einem die Treue schwören und er somit der Kalif der Muslime wird.

    Scheich al-Dawdaw | Die ISIS ist kein islamisches Kalifat! Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi ist kein Kalif der Muslime! Die Bayʿah ist ungültig und es muss ihnen weder gefolgt noch gehorcht werden!!! (arabisch)

    Kurze Zusammenfassung:

    Der Scheich wurde gefragt, was seine Meinung bezüglich einem Artikel, der von Sh. Ahmad ar Raisuni über die Ankündigung des Kalifat geschrieben worden ist, sei; was seine Meinung bezüglich der Ankündigung des Kalifats und der Vertreibung der Christen aus Mossul und anderen Sachen, die dort passieren, sei.

    1.) Er geht allgemein auf die Wichtigkeit und Pflicht ein, einen Führer zu haben und ihn aufzustellen und ebenso dessen Aufgaben. Und er meint, dass diesbezüglich zahlreiche Schriften verfasst worden sind. Die Funktion eines Kalifats würde jedoch auch gegeben sein, wenn verschiedene Länder mit der Schariʿa regiert würden und alle das gleiche Wort tragen. Dann bräuchte man keinen Kalifen mehr, da die islamischen Länder insgesamt die Funktion erfüllen würden.

    2.) Das Kalifat ist für jeden einzelnen Muslim auf dieser Welt und nicht für eine bestimmte Gruppe.

    3.) Er zitiert folgende Aussage von Umar Ibn al Khattab: "Wer jemanden die Treue schwört, ohne die anderen Muslime hinzuziehen, dem wird weder gehorcht noch dem, den die Treue geschworen wurde; beide sollen getötet werden." [من بايع رجلا من غير مشورة من المسلمين فلا يتابع هو ولا الذي تابعه تغرة أن يقتلا] Sahih Muslim

    4.) Es ist nicht möglich, dass eine Gruppe ein Land besetzt, sodann die einige herkommen einem die Treue schwören und er somit der Kalif der Muslime wird.
