    रमज़ान 2014 पर विशेष, उन्तीस्वां रमज़ान

    जो ज़कात नहीं देता, उसकी पीठ और बगल दागी जाएगी

    अरकाने इस्लाम में तौहीद, नमाज़ और रोज़ा के बाद ज़कात, इस्लाम धर्म का चौथा रुकन है, जो मुस्लिम समाज के मालदारों पर फ़र्ज़ है। जो लोग साहिबे निसाब हैं, उन्हें अपनी वार्षिक कमाई का 40वां हिस्सा अपने दीनी ह़क़्दार भाईयों को देना ज़रुरी है। ज़कात हलाल और जाइज़ तरीक़े से कमाए हुए माल में से दी जाए। सूद या हराम के ज़रिये से कमाए हुए माल को अगर ज़कात के तौर पर लुटा भी दिया जाए, तो क़ुबूल नहीं होगी, बल्कि उसका अंजाम तबाही है।
    क़ुरआन शरीफ़ में हलाल माल को खु़दा की राह में ख़र्च करने वालों के लिए ख़ुशख़बरी है। जैसा कि क़ुरआन में है कि "राहे ख़ुदा में माल ख़र्च करने वालों की मिसाल ऐसी है कि जैसे ज़मीन में किसी ने एक दाना बोया, जिससे एक पेड़ निकला, उसमें से 7 बालियॉ निकलीं, उन बालियों में 100-100 दाने निकले। गोया कि एक दाने से 7 सौ दाने हो गए। अल्लाह इससे भी ज़्यादा बढ़ाता है। जिसकी नीयत जैसी होगी, वैसी ही उसे बरकत देगा"। ज़कात ना देने वालों के बारे में क़ुरआन के 10वें पारे में है कि "जो लोग सोना-चांदी जमा करते हैं और उसे अल्लाह की राह में ख़र्च नहीं करते हैं, तो उन्हें दर्दनाक अ़ज़ाब की ख़ुशख़बरी सुना दो। जिस दिन उनके माल को जहन्नम की आग में तपाया जाएगा और उससे उनके पहलुओं, पेशानियों और पीठों को दागा जाएगा और उनसे कहा जाएगा, यही वह माल है, जिसे तुमने अपने लिए जमा किया था और उसकी ज़कात नहीं देते थे, तो फ़िर अपने जमा किए माल का मज़ा चखो"।
    हज़रत मोहम्मद सल्लल्लाहो अ़लैहे वसल्लम फ़रमाते हैं कि "जो अपने माल व दौलत का हक़ अदा नहीं करता यानी ज़कात नहीं देता है उसकी पीठ और बगल नरक के गर्म पत्थरों से दागी जाएगी"।
    ह़ज़रते अबू सन्नान रहमतुल्लाह अ़लैह के ज़माने की बात है। ह़ज़रत की ज़ियारत के लिए नेक लोगों की एक जमाअ़त आई। यह लोग काफ़ी देर तक आपके पास बैठे रहे। थाड़ी देर के बाद ह़ज़रते अबू सन्नान ने फ़रमाया कि हमारे एक पड़ोसी का इन्तिक़ाल हो गया है, चलो उसकी ताज़ियत के लिए उसके भाई के घर चलते हैं। सभी लोग ह़ज़रत के साथ मय्यत के घर पहूंचे, तो हम लोगों ने देखा कि उसका भाई बहूत चीख़-पुकार कर रहा है। हम लोगों ने उसे काफ़ी तसल्ली दी, लेकिन उसके रोने-धोनें में कोई कमी नहीं आई। हमनें उससे कहा अरे भाई! क्या तुम यह नहीं जानते कि एक दिन हर आदमी को मरना है? इस पर उसके भाई ने कहा। आपका कहना सही है लेकिन मैं भाई के मरने के ग़म में नहीं, बल्कि उसके अ़ज़ाब पर रो रहा हूं। हम लोगों ने पुछा क्या तुम्हे गै़ब से ख़बर आई है कि तुम्हारे भाई पर अ़ज़ाब हो रहा है? इस पर वह बोला। नहीं बल्कि हुआ यूं कि दफ़न के बाद जब सारे लोग चले गए, तो मैं वहीं उसकी क़ब्र के पास बैठा रहा। मैनें क़ब्र से आवाज़ आती हुई सुनी। आह! वो मुझे अकेले छोड़ गए। मैं अ़ज़ाब में फंसा हूं। मेरी नमाज़ और रोज़े कहां गए? मैं भाई की दर्द भरी फ़रियाद बर्दाश्त ना कर सका। मैंने उसकी क़ब्र खोलनी शुरु कर दी, ताकि देखूं कि वह किस हाल में है? जैसे ही क़ब्र खुली। मैने देखा कि पुरी क़ब्र आग से भरी हूई है। भाई की गर्दन में आग का तौक़ पड़ा हुआ है। मैंने वह तौक़ निकालना चाहा, तो देखा कि मेरी उंगुलियां
