    Nach einem, zum Teil anstrengenden, Monat haben wir nun unsere lang ersehnten Festtage. Leider wurde die letzte Zeit von den traurigen Geschehnissen im Gazastreifen überschattet. Gleichzeitig ging es den Muslimen in Syrien, dem Irak, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Mali, Nigeria, Libyen, Somalia, Myanmar und China auch oft schlecht, das wurde leider selten bis gar nicht erwähnt. Nichtsdestotrotz ist es gegen die muslimische Natur deswegen in Depressionen zu verfallen und alles Gute zu negieren. Der Prophet, Allahs Frieden und Segen auf ihm, verlor, trotz seiner unvorstellbar harten Herausforderungen, nie sein ehrliches Lächeln. Uns geht es größtenteils gut und das sollten wir zu schätzen wissen. Auch den anderen sollten wir dieses Glück ermöglichen und das funktioniert nicht mit einer Anti-Haltung. In Facebook sind sich ja viele nicht zu schade sich zu allem zu äußern und so lese ich ernsthaft Aussagen a lá "Wie könnt ihr glücklich über Eid sein, während Muslime sterben" - ja, Muslime sterben und ja, das ist traurig. Aber dann arbeitet an langfristigen Lösungen. Ich habe noch nie einen Imam gesehen, der sich weigerte das Festtags-Gebet zu leiten, weil es woanders auf der Welt Chaos gibt. Selbst in den Krisengebieten lassen diese Tage Freude aufleuchten, also habt daran Teil oder seid still. Glücklich sein ist erlaubt und richtig, das muss uns nicht davon abhalten uns auch für das Glück anderer einzusetzen. Gesegnete Festtage!

    Die drei entführten israelischen Jugendlichen wurden nicht von der Hamas getötet und auch nicht von ihnen entführt.
    Das gab ein Sprecher der israelischen Polizei gegenüber einem BBC-Korrespondenten an. Der israelische Ministerpräsident Benjamin Netanjahu schloss jeglichen Zweifel, wonach die Jugendlichen von der Hamas entführt wurden, aus.

    Diese Ausrede für das gezielte Töten von Frauen und Kindern im Gazastreifen flog nach 20 Tagen auf.

    Die Weltöffentlichkeit erfuhr die bittere Wahrheit über den Twitter-Account des BBC-Korrespondenten Jon Donnison, der die Aussage des israelischen Polizeisprechers Mickey Rosenfeld teilte. Demnach habe Rosenfeld gesagt, dass die Hamas die vermissten Jugendlichen nicht getötet hat. Nach den Worten des Polizeisprechers hätten sie den Fall viel schneller aufgedeckt, wenn es sich um die Hamas gehandelt hätte. Hierbei handle es sich um eine „unabhängige Zelle".

    Diese Meldung kam für die Palästinenser nicht überraschend. Die Hamas hatte schon seit Beginn ein Zusammenhang mit der Entführung abgelehnt. Die Behauptung der Opposition, wonach die „drei Jugendlichen bei einem Verkehrsumfall ums Leben gekommen sind" beschäftigte die israelischen Medien. Das Verschwinden der Jugendlichen in einem Gebiet unter israelischer Kontrolle hatte Fragezeichen aufgeworfen.

    Der israelische Finanzminister Yair Lapid hatte diese Lüge bei einem TV-Programm versehentlich zur Sprache gebracht. Lapid sagte, für eine Offensive im Gazastreifen mussten sie einen Grund haben, sonst hätte sie die ganze Welt beschuldigt.

    Die westlichen Medien, die immer noch von dem Recht Israels auf Selbstverteidigung sprechen, brechen auch nach diesem Vorfall ihr Schweigen nicht.
