    PETISI KEDAULATAN GULIRKAN REFORMASI JILID II Rabu, 26 Februari 2014. Dengan mengangkat tema "Kembalikan Kekayaan Nasional Kepada Rakyat", BEM FH Universitas Suryakancana gelar diskusi publik bersama mahasiswa dan civitas akademika FH Universitas Suryakancana, Cianjur. Dalam sambutannya, Ketua BEM FH Suryakancana menegaskan dukungannya terhadap tuntutan Petisi Kedaulatan yang pada dasarnya juga menjadi tuntutan hampir seluruh gerakan mahasiswa. "Memang kekayaan nasional yang di rampok harus dikembalikan kepada rakyat dan gagasan ini akan terus kami sosialisasikan ke mahasiswa sampai kekayaan nasioanal benar-benar dikembalikan kepada rakyat" imbuhnya. Dekan Fakultas Hukum dalam sambutannya menegaskan tema Kedaulatan Nasional khususnya di bidang ekonomi sudah menjadi konsen bersama masyarakat secara luas. Dia berharap dengan diskusi publik Petisi Kedaulatan ini mahasiwa mendapatkan pencerahan dan wawasan tentang kondisi kedaulatan nasional yang sebenarnya. "Banyaknya regulasi yang hilang dari semangat UUD 1945 menjadikan kedaulatan ekonomi nasional semakin jauh dan ekonomi kerakyatan hanya menjadi impian. Untuk itu untuk mengembalikan kedaulatan ekonomi nasional khususnya, mestinya semua regulasi dan UU harus mengacu pada pasal 33 UUD 1945 kita sebagai benchmarck. Kenyataan yang terjadi UU penananam modal investasi dan perbangkan kita berlawan dengan semangat membangun kemanadirian ekonomi bangsa Indonesia", tegas Dr. Dede, dosen Fakultas Hukum Universitas Suryakancana dalam diskusi tersebut. Ir. Sayuti Asyathri, aktivis Dema UI 77/78 dalam diskusi ini menegaskan perlunya pengusutan kembali kasus BLBI dan rekapitulasi perbangkan yang menciderai kepentingan nasional kita. Bagaimana mungkin atas penyelamatan ekonomi ribuan trilyun diberikan kepada segelintir orang dengan beban hutang dan bunganya membebani APBN sampai saat ini. Dan gerakan Petisi Kedaulatan ini rakyat harus menuntut kembali uang yang dirampok atas nama BLBI dan rekapitulasi perbangkan untuk dikembalikan kembali kepada rakyat. Ini tidak boleh dilupakan tegasnya. Salah satu fasilitator Petisi Kedaulatan, Ir. Mujtahid Hashem, setuju dengan harapan masyarakat dan mahasiswa yang ingin menjadikan tema "Kembalikan Kekayaan Nasional Kepada Rakyat" menjadi common platform untuk memulai reformasi jilid kedua sebagai koreksi atas 15 tahun usia reformasi 98. Hashem mengingatkan, "Sebenarnya gagasan ketidakadilan ekonomi, pemerataan dan kritik segelintir orang yang menguasai mayoritas aset nasional menjadi tema-tema yang mendominasi gerakan rakyat di era 80 dan 90 an. Banyak para aktivis dan tokoh masyarakat mengira ketidakadilan ekonomi ini disebabkan oleh tidak adanya demokrasi, pemerintah otoriter dan kebebasan pers, sehingga mereka berharap dengan adanya pemilu bebas, kebebasan pers dan hilangnya otoritarianisme akan menjadi pintu terbuka untuk membangun ekonomi nasional yang berkeadilan. Namun kenyataan yang terjadi justru sebaliknya. Apa yang salah? Mereka lupa bahwa kapitalisme sudah berumur tua dan dengan kekuatan uang dan penguasaan aset mereka selalu adaptif terhadap perubahan-perubahan politik yang terjadi, termasuk membeli atau membangun proxy dengan partai politik, media dan semua apa yang mereka sebut sebagai pilar-pilar demokrasi". Thereafter, another lunar year has passed and a new one is about to begin to remind us of the glorious memory of the great day in which the Prophet migrated to al-Madinah. The blessed Migration displayed an honorable strife for human excellence and contained several lessons of patience, forbearance, knowledge and wisdom; an enrichment for future generations to implement and use to iron out difficulties and overcome hardships and learn to persevere. Allah said in Surah al-Ahzab, Verse 39: الَّذِينَ يُبَلِّغُونَ رِسَالاَتِ اللهِ وَيَخشَونَهُ وَلاَ يَخشَونَ أَحَدًا إِلاَّ الَلهَ This means: "Those who convey the orders of Allah and fear Him, and do not fear anyone except Allah." Prophet Muhammad, sallallahu ^alayhi wa sallam, received the revelation in Makkah and therein he was ordered to teach and spread among a society drowning in ignorance the rules of Islam, the religion of all the Prophets, so that excellence, justice and peace prevail and winning the hereafter may be achieved. The people at that time used to worship idols, bury their newly born female daughters while alive and commit many acts of wickedness and debauchery; they were devoted to an immoral style of living that opposed the proper manners and ethics taught by the Prophets of Allah . Allah the Exalted has sent His Prophet Muhammad, sallallahu ^alayhi wa sallam, with guidance to renew the call for Islam. During the prime trading season the Prophet used to pass among the people in Makkah and tell them: "Say La ilaha illallah (There is no God except Allah) and you will win." He brought them the good news of the great reward for those who believed and warned those who did not believe a severe torture in the hereafter. In the outset of his Call a few people believed in him but the majority renounced his Call and denied his prophethood. However, the Messenger of Allah , sallallahu ^alayhi wa sallam, persisted and eventually met in Makkah some people of Yathrib (Madinah) from the tribes of Al-'Aws and al-Khazraj; he invited them to embrace Islam so six of them accepted at first. When they left to go to Madinah, he sent with them Ibn Umm Maktum and Mus^ab Ibn ^Umayr to teach the Qur'an to the ones who believed and to call upon the ones who did not embrace Islam to do so; hence, their number increased by the following year. The harm and harassment of the blasphemers against the Prophet increased after the death of his uncle Abu Talib, and his wife Khadijah may Allah raise her rank. He was harmed personally along with his oppressed followers. Bilal the son of Rabah al-Habashiyy was tortured under the scorching heat of the sun and on the burning sand of the desert; they used to put rocks on his chest during the hot noon time. Sumayyah, the mother of ^Ammar and her husband Yasir died as martyrs for not submitting to the wishes of the blasphemers of Quraysh and persisting to not revoke their state of belief; ^Ammar, the son of Yasir was tortured too. The Prophet and his Companions who believed in him endured and tolerated the wrong doings of the blasphemers by remaining steadfast to the path of Islam and acting in accordance with what is incumbent upon them of its rules. The blasphemers of the tribe of Quraysh opposed their call and harassed them in many ways. One day a person named ^Uqbah dared to come to the Prophet, sallallahu ^alayhi wa sallam, held him by his shoulders and strangled him so strongly until Abu Bakr came and stopped him and said: " Do you want to kill a man who says Allah is my Lord and who has provided proofs from Allah." The Prophet, sallallahu ^alayhi wa sallam, advised his companions to migrate to Al-Habashah (Abyssiniah) where a just king—Christian at the time-- presides and rules. Ten men and four women migrated at first and their number increased until it reached eighty three men and seventeen women other than the children. To protect themselves against harm and to find comfort and justice under the king of Al-Habashah they migrated out of fear of sedition and for preserving their religiosity to Allah . This was the the first Migration in Islam. An-Najashiyy, The king of Abyssiniah, received and treated them well and they enjoyed peace and safety as guests in his land.     Eine Frau kam zusammen mit ihren beiden Töchtern zu mir und bat, ob ich etwas für sie habe. Zu dieser Zeit hatte ich nichts außer einer einzigen Dattel, die ich ihr gab. Sie teilte diese unter ihren beiden Töchtern auf und aß selbst nichts. Dann stand sie auf und ging weg. Als der Prophet (salla allahu aleihi wa sallam) kam, erzählte ich ihm, was sich zugetragen hatte. Er sagte: "Wenn jemand damit beauftragt wird, Töchter aufzuziehen, und er behandelt sie gut, so wird er vor dem Höllenfeuer geschützt."

    Möge Allah mit Seiner Gnade, sowohl dich als auch mich vor dem Höllenfeuer schützen.

    Ich rate sowohl dir als auch mir Allah zu fürchten.

    Und ich warne dich davor, dich der Unwissenheit zuzuwenden, nachdem du gelernt hast; dich der Vernichtung zuzuwenden, nachdem du die Wahrheit gesehen, und sie anerkannt hast; und dich vom geraden Weg abzuwenden, nachdem er dir deutlich gemacht wurde.

    Lass dich nicht täuschen von weltlichen Menschen, und sei nicht übermäßig beeindruckt von ihrer Art nach irdischen Dingen zu streben und diese gierig anzuhäufen, denn der Terror (der sie am Tage der Auferstehung einhüllen wird) ist wahrlich schlimm.

    Die Gefahr (am Tag des Gerichts) ist in der Tat ernst, aber viel ernster ist, dass sie nahe ist.

    So beschäftige dich ausschließlich mit dem Jenseits, und leere dein Herz von allen anderen Gedanken; sobald du das getan hast, arbeite hart!
    Verschwende keine Zeit!
    Und fliehe vor der Welt und ihren Versuchungen!
    Reise ins Jenseits (mit deiner Anbetung), bevor du dorthin gebracht wirst …. Ich habe dir wahrlich den gleichen Rat gegeben, den ich mir selbst gegeben habe.

    Und begreife, dass der Erfolg von Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) kommt. Der Schlüssel Seine Hilfe zu erlangen ist Du'a (Bittgebete), Gebet, Reue für die vergangene Nachlässigkeit, und vollkommene Unterwerfung.

    Deine Tage und Nächte sind gezählt, so nutze die verbleibende Zeit weise, und sei nicht nachlässig darin, die Rechte deines Herrn zu erfüllen.

    Ich bitte Allah, der uns damit segnete Ihn zu kennen, uns nicht uns selbst zu überlassen; und ich bitte Allah unser Beschützer und Helfer zu sein, so wie

    „Der Prophet, Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm, sagte: „Wenn der Imam „amin" sagt, so sagt ihr auch „amin" denn demjenigen, von dem „amin" gerade mit dem „amin" der engel ausgesprochen wird, werden alle von ihm in der Vergangenheit begangenen Sünden vergeben." Und Abu Schihab sagte: „Und der Gesandte Allahs, Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm, pflegte „amin" zu sagen."

    „Der Gesandte Allahs, Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm, sagte: „Wenn der Imam sagt „gairi-l-magdubi `alaihim wala-d-dalin (Qur`an 1:7)", so sagt ihr „amin" denn demjenigen, von dem „amin" gerade mit dem „amin" der engel ausgesprochen wird, werden alle von ihm in der Vergangenheit begangenen Sünden vergeben...""

    Mas,ala :- koi najis cheez dah-ddar-dah pani me fenki aur us fenke ki wajah se pani ki chhinte kapde par padi to kapda napaak na hoga, haan agar maloom ho ki yeh chhinte us najis ki hain to is soorat me najis ho jayega,
    Mas,ala :- agar pakhane par makkhiyaan udh kar kapde par baithi to kapda najis na hoga,
    Mas,ala :- raste ka kichadh paak hai jab tak uska najis hona na maloom to agar paao,n ya kapde me lagi aur be-dhoye padh li to ho gai magar dho lena behtar hai,
    Mas,ala :- sadak par pani chhirhka jaa raha tha aur zameen se chhinte udh kar kapde par padhi to kapda najis na hua magar dho lena behtar hai,
    Mas,ala :- aadmi ki khaal agarche nakhoon barabar thode pani (yani dah-dar-dar se kam) pad jaye to woh pani napaak ho gaya aur khud gir jaye napaak nahi,
    Mas,ala :- peshab pakhane ke baad dhele se istinjaa kar liya fir us jagah se paseena nikal kar kapde ya badan par laga to badan aur kapde napaak na honge,
    Mas,ala :- agar paak mitti me napaak pani milaya to najis ho gai,

    Mas,ala :- kutta wagaira kisi aise jaanwar ne jiska luaab napaak hai aate me muh daala to agar aata gondha hua tha to jahan tak uska muh pada usko alag kar dein aur baqi paak hai aur sukha ho to jitna tar ho gaya use fenk dein,
    Mas,ala :- istemaal kiya hua pani paak hai aur nousdaar bhi paak hai,
    Mas,ala :- suwar ke alawa tamaam jaanwar ki haddi jis par murdaar ki chiknaai na lagi ho paak aur uske baal aur daant bhi paak hain,
    Mas,ala :- aurat ke peshab ki jagah se jo ratoobat nikale paak hai,
    agar kapde ya badan me lage to dhona zaroori nahi
    haan behtar hai,
    Mas,ala :- jo gosht sadd gaya aur usme se badboo paida ho gai uska khana haraam hai agarche najis nahi.

    ´Alyy, Allahs Wohlgefallen auf ihm, berichtete: „Der Prophet, Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm, entsandte eine Kampftruppe, setzte über sie einen Mann aus den Ansar ein und gab den Leuten seine Anweisungen dazu, dass sie ihm Gehorsam leisten sollen. Später wurde dieser zornig über sie und sagte: „Seid ihr nicht vom Propheten, Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm, dazu verpflichtet, mir Gehorsam zu leisten?" Die Leute sagten: „Doch!" Der Mann sagte: „Dann befehle ich euch Brennholz zu sammeln, Feuer anzuzünden und in dieses hineinzutreten!" Die Leute sammelten das Brennholz, zündeten das Feuer, und als sie beinah dabei waren, in dieses hineinzutreten, blieben einige von ihnen stehen, schauten sich gegenseitig an und sagten: „Wir folgten wahrlich dem Propheten, Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm, um vor dem Feuer zu entfliehen. Sollen wir nun in dieses hineintreten?" Während dessen ging das Feuer aus, und der Zorn des Mannes ließ nach. Als er dies dem Propheten, Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm, berichtete, sagte er: „Wenn sie ins Feuer gegangen wären, wären sie nie aus ihm herausgekommen! Gehorsam ist nur im guten Sinne." (Siehe Hadith Nr. 4340)

    Israeli forces killed a Palestinian man on Thursday after opening fire on a property in Birzeit, locals said.

    Muatazz Washaha, 24, was found dead inside the house following a stand-off between Israeli military forces which lasted several hours.

    Witnesses said that the victim was hit in the head by a rifle-fired Energa shell.

    Palestinian firefighters rushed to the scene after the house caught on fire as a result of Israeli artillery shelling.

    The following image is our launching item depicting the most recent of many oppressive measures taken by the Russian state. The information in the image below was obtained from detailed first-hand accounts on the ground in Tatarstan. Indeed we&#039;ve had to summarise the information provided as there was too much to enumerate in one depiction!

    It details recent tactics employed by the Russian state to cast fear into its Muslim citizenry, by brutally torturing newly practising Muslims as it fears the return of Islam to the region. The methods of torture which we have been informed about are as severe as they are industrial in execution, often enough to kill immediately.

    Recall that Russia is the one that largely arms and trains the Syrian security apparatus- therefore if the butcher of Syria was enough in his oppression, one can imagine how much more severe the master would try to be against the Muslims!

    „Bismillah" sagen beim Verrichten von Wudu

    Das Sagen von „Bismillah" beim Verrichten von Ghusl und Wudu' ist mustahabb gemäß der Mehrheit der Fuqahaa', und die Hanbalis sagten dass es verpflichtend ist.

    Shaykh ibn 'Uthaymiin (rahimahullah) sagte: Das Sagen von „Bismillaah" ist gemäß unserer Madhab verpflichtend, wie es auch im Falle von Wudu' ist. Es gibt keinen Text dazu, außer dass es heißt: „Es ist verpflichtend im Falle von Wudu, deshalb ist dies erst Recht so im Falle von Ghusl, weil dies die große Reinigung ist." Aber die korrekte Ansicht ist die, dass es nicht verpflichtend ist, weder im Fall von Wudu' noch bei Ghusl. (Asch-Scharh al-Mumti')

    Imam Ahmad (rahimahullah) sagte diesbezüglich: „Es gibt keine Sahih-Überlieferung des Propheten (salla-llahu alayhi wa salam) bezüglich der Basmalah bei der Wudu'." Aus diesem Grund sagten al-Muwaffak (Besitzer des 'Al-Mughni') und andere, dass die Basmalah bei Wudu' nicht Waajib, sondern eine Sunnah ist.

    Frage:
    Wie sollte in der Toilette die Basmalah (d.h. "Bismillah") gesprochen werden?

    Antwort:
    Wenn jemand im WC-Raum ist, spricht er die Basmalah nicht mit der Zunge, sondern im Herzen. Denn die Meinung, dass die Basmalah bei Wudu' oder Ghusl verpflichtend ist, ist nicht stark.

    Russland gewährt Janukowitsch Schutz und versetzt Kampfflugzeuge in Einsatzbereitschaft

    Der ukrainische Präsident steht ab sofort unter dem Schutz Moskaus. Die Bitte Janukowitschs an die russischen Behörden um den Schutz seiner persönlichen Sicherheit sei "auf russischem Gebiet" erfüllt worden, berichteten mehrere russische Nachrichtenagenturen am Donnerstag unter Berufung auf Sicherheitskreise.

    Janukowitsch hatte zuvor um persönlichen Schutz für sein Leben gebeten. Er werde bedroht, hatte Janukowitsch nach einer am Donnerstag in Russland von Staatsmedien verbreiteten Erklärung gesagt. Nach dem Bericht russischer Medien betonte Janukowitsch, er halte sich weiter für den legitimen Präsidenten. Die Entscheidungen des Parlaments in Kiew seien illegal. Es war die erste Wortmeldung von Janukowitsch seit seiner Absetzung und Flucht in der vergangenen Woche.

    Unterdessen hat sich Nato-Generalsekretär Anders Fogh Rasmussen "besorgt über die Entwicklung auf der Krim" gezeigt. "Ich fordere Russland auf, nichts zu tun, was die Spannung verschärfen oder zu einem Missverständnis führen kann", erklärte er am Donnerstag über den Kurznachrichtendienst Twitter. Rasmussen reagierte nach Angaben von Diplomaten damit auf die Mitteilung, wonach russische Kampfflugzeuge in Einsatzbereitschaft versetzt worden seien.
