    Ergebnisse jüngerer Studien zeigen, daß die Mehrheit der Neugeborenen in Afrika, Asien und Lateinamerika gestillt werden. Jedoch machen dieselben Studien deutlich, daß das ausschließliche Stillen (Vollstillen), d. h., das Baby erhält keine andere Flüssigkeit oder Nahrung als Muttermilch, eine sehr seltene Praxis ist. Wasser und/oder Tees (wie Kamille- oder Fecheltee) werden den Kindern regelmäßig von der ersten Lebenswoche an in dem Glauben angeboten, das diese Schmerzen lindern (z. B. bei Koliken , Ohrenschmerzen), Erkältungen und Verstopfung verhüten oder heilen, Quengeligkeit lindern, und besonders als Durstlöscher. Die Einnahme solcher ergänzender Flüssigkeiten wird bei Säuglingen in Verbindung gebracht mit einem erhöhten Krankheitsrisiko und einer Verkürzung der Stillzeit. Darüber hinaus haben einige Studien gezeigt, daß diese Flüssigkeiten von gesunden Säuglingen im ersten Lebenshalbjahr tatsächlich nicht gebraucht werden, wenn sie voll gestillt werden.


    Vollstillen in der Säuglingszeit: Verbreitung



    Studien über Ernährungspraktiken im ersten Lebensjahr zeigen, daß 98 % der in Afrika geborenen Babys, 96 % der in Asien und 90 % der in Südamerika geborenen Baby für irgendeinen Teil diese Zeitspanne gestillt werden. Die Zeitspanne des Vollstillens jedoch ist normalerweise kurz. Sogar in Ländern, in denen Kinder traditionell über eine lange Zeit gestillt werden, etwa in Indonesien, Kenia, Peru und den Philippinen, werden ergänzende Flüssigkeiten bereits in den ersten Lebenswochen gegeben. In Peru z. B. wurde gezeigt, dass, obwohl 99 % der Babys gestillt wurde, 83 % von ihnen Wasser oder Tees zusätzlich zur Muttermilch erhielten.


    Risiken, die mit der ergänzenden Einnahme von Wasser und/oder Tees in der frühen Säuglingszeit in Verbindung gebracht werden.



    Die Bedeutung des Stillens bei der Verhinderung von Durchfallerkrankungen wurde in verschiedenen Studien bewiesen. Der Schutz ist unter den vollgestillten Säuglingen am größten. Jüngere Forschung hat bewiesen, daß die Gabe von Wasser und/oder Tees zusätzlich zur Muttermilch mit einem signifikanten Anstieg des Risikos von Durchfallerkrankungen verbunden ist. In einer Untersuchung, die in einer armen städtischen Gemeinde in Lima, Peru, durchgeführt wurde, waren das Vorkommen und die Verbreitung von Durchfall bei Babys unter sechs Monaten deutlich höher unter den Kindern, die Wasser und Tees zusätzlich zur Muttermilch erhielten als unter den Kindern, die vollgestillt wurden. Die Verbreitungsraten der Diarrhoe waren bei Zugabe der ergänzenden Flüssigkeiten doppelt so hoch.
    Eine Fall-Kontroll-Studie zur Säuglingssterblichkeit in Brasilien zeigte, daß Babys, die Wasser, Tee oder Saft zusätzlich zur Muttermilch erhielten ein erhöhtes Risiko hatten, an einer Durchfallerkrankung zu sterben. Jedes zusätzliche Füttern mit diesen Flüssigkeiten erhöhte die Todesgefahr erheblich.Junge Säuglinge, die diese ergänzenden Flüssigkeiten erhalten, haben einen geringere Aufnahme von Muttermilch als wenn sie voll gestillt würden und es ist wahrscheinlicher, daß sie über einen kürzeren Zeitraum gestillt werden. In Brasilien z. B. besteht für Säuglinge, denen in ihren ersten Lebenstagen Wasser oder Tee zusätzlich zur Muttermilch angeboten wird, eine doppelt so hohe Wahrscheinlichkeit, daß das Stillen vor dem vollendeten 3, Monat beendet wird, als bei denen, die voll gestillt werden.


    Flüssigkeitserfordernisse während der ersten 6 Lebensmonate



    Das durchschnittliche tägliche Flüssigkeitserfordernis eines gesunden Säuglings reicht von 80 – 100 ml/kg in den ersten Lebenswochen bis zu 140 – 160 ml/kg zwischen 3 und 6 Monaten, abhängig der Konzentration der Nahrung, dem Energieverbrauch und der Luftfeuchtigkeit und Umgebungstemperatur. Aufnahme unter dem geforderten Niveau führt zu Austrocknung mit einem Anstieg der Serum- und Urinosmolarität. Mit den niedrigen Konzentrationen von Natrium, Chlorverbidungen, Kalium und Stickstoff in der Muttermilch ist nur eine kleine Menge der Flüssigkeit für die Ausscheidung der resultierenden Abfallstoffe erforderlich. Berechnungen wiesen darauf hin, daß gesunde Säuglinge, die genug Muttermilch konsumieren um ihren Energiebedarf zu decken, mit einer beträchtlichen Sicherheitsspanne auch genug Flüssigkeit erhalten, um ihren Flüssigkeitsbedarf zu decken, sogar in heißer und trockener Umgebung.
    Um die Werthaltigkeit dieser Berechnungen zu überprüfen, wurde sechs Studien an Orten mit einer hohen Umgebungstemperatur und variierenden Graden an Luftfeuchtigkeit durchgeführt, um die Urinosmolarität von gesunden, vollgestillten Babys zu messen. Die Studien sind in der Tabelle zusammengefasst.
    Sogar die noch unausgereifte Niere eines sehr jungen Babys kann eine Urinkonzentration von 700 mOsm/l erzielen, und gesunde Säuglinge können im Alter von drei Monaten von bis zu 1200 mOsm/l erreichen. Von über 213 untersuchten Proben hatten über 90 % eine Osmolarität , die weit unter diesen Werten lag und wiesen damit auf die Abwesenheit von Austrocknung hin. Nur in 14 Proben überschritt die Urinosmolarität 700 mOsm/l. Von diesen hatten alle außer zwei, die von Kindern kamen, die trotzdem einen ausgeglichenen Wasserhaushalt hatten (Almroth & Bidinger, 1990), eine Osmolarität unter 1200 mOsm/l. Diese Ergebnisse unterstützen die theoretischen

    Die Osmolaritätswerte blieben deutlich innerhalb der normalen Konzentrations-Kapazität der Niere, sogar unter äußerst heißen und trockenen Bedingungen.
    Schlußfolgerung
    Nahrungsergänzung in Form von Wasser oder Tees in der frühen Säuglingszeit ist eine verbreitete Praxis und eine, die mit einem erheblich erhöhten Risiko von Durchfallerkrankungen und dadurch bedingter Sterblichkeit verbunden ist. Mit sowohl theoretischer als auch empirischer Begründung wird geschlossen, daß diese ergänzenden Flüssigkeiten nicht erforderlich sind, um den Wasserhaushalt von gesunden Säuglingen unter sechs Monaten zu erhalten. Von ihrem Gebrauch sollte daher aktiv abgeraten erden, und das Vollstillen als die ideale Ernährungspraxis währen der ersten vier bis sechs Monate gefördert werden.

    Hallo ILA ich habe auch was zu erzählen postet das bitte ich bin so am ende wallah

    Es fing alles an als ich im der Moschee war dort lernte ich eine Afghanin kennen die Mashallah sehr hübsch und ich habe sehr lange gebraucht um mit ihr Kontakt anzufangen dann irgendwann habe ich es geschafft ein Traum wurde für mich war sie war genau so wie ich es wollte. Sie hat studiert, nicht geraucht , kein Alkohol getrunken nicht auf Partys gewesen so wie die meisten Afghaninen heutzutage alle die Feiern gehen und kein Kopftuch tragen sind wertlos wallah;) sie hat immer auf mich gehört und mich immer glücklich gemacht und wir sind uns nie zu nahe gekommen weil ich sie nicht beschmutzen wollte ihr charakter war aus gold und wir hatten ernste Absichten.. aber dann wurde mir das alles zu langweilig und ich habe Action gebraucht. Ich konnte meine Begierde nicht stoppen und braucht spaß mit Frauen weil ich des mit ihr net machen konnte habe bin ich ihr fremd gegangen mit anderen Frauen ich war nächtelang auf partys unterwegs und mit andere Afghaninen klar gemacht um spaß zu haben ich habe sie sehr verletzt und sie hat mich dann verlassen. Ich bin eigentlich ein guter Mensch und alhamdullilah auch guter Muslim und ich dachte sie kommt wieder aber es kam alles anders.1 Monat später wurde sie verlobt und ich habe erst dann gemerkt was ich verloren habe . Ich werde nie wieder so eine wie sie finden,ich weis das ganz genau. Was soll ich machen um sie wieder zurück zu bekommen soll ich ihren mann erzählen das ich mit ihr zusammen war damit er sich von ihr trennt und ich sie bekomme? Ich weis echt nicht mehr weiter bitte helft mir
