    The Islamic World has been without an Islamic Constitution since the abolition of the Khilafah state in Rajab 1342 AH, corresponding to 3 March 1924 CE. On this occasion, Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan has released the Urdu translation of Hizb ut-Tahrir's "Introduction to the Constitution" as "Muqadmah Dastoor". After its establishment in 1953, Hizb ut-Tahrir in 1963 presented for the first time to the Ummah, since the abolition of the Khilafah, an Islamic Constitution in the Arabic language, the language of Islam. Today, in its Second Edition, this Constitution stands distinct from all the constitutions implemented in the Muslim World, because each and every one of its 191 articles are derived from the Quran and Sunnah exclusively, purified of impurities of any British, French, American, Democratic, Dictatorial, Monarchical, Western, Eastern or any other man-made law. A Constitution comprehensively Islamic, for an Ummah that is on the verge of re-establishing the Khilafah!

    This Rajab, inshaaAllah, armed with the Urdu translation, the shebaab of Hizb ut-Tahrir will make their contribution to the rich discussion throughout Pakistan, as to whether Pakistan's 1973 Constitution is Islamic or un-Islamic. This two-volume Constitution is essential for understanding whether any current constitution is Islamic or un-Islamic. Moreover, this "Muqadmah Dastoor"" clarifies for the Ummah the form of the Khilafah state. Each article is accompanied with its evidences from the Quran and the Sunnah, confirming that these articles are from purely Islamic sources, purified of man-made laws. The "Introduction to the Constitution" particularly provides an opportunity to the aware elite who seek to give direction to the Ummah as she aspires for the return to Islam.

    All over the Ummah, there is intense discussion and passion for the return of the Deen of Truth as an authority and state, so the Urdu translation of the "Introduction to the Constitution" is a precious gift from Hizb ut-Tahrir, under its Ameer the eminent statesman and jurist, Sheikh Ata ibn Khalil Abu Ar-Rashta, for the Ummah and the People of Nussrah in Pakistan. It clearly establishes to the Ummah and the Ansaar of today that Quran and Sunnah is not silent regarding any human issue and the Islamic Shariah is a complete code of life, for any age and any place.

Für ca. 160 Strassenkinder planen wir die Islamische Akademie für Kinder "Ansaar Khairunnas" zu eröffnen und zu bauen. Inklusive Schlafstätten. Ca. 60 Kinder sind bereits Bewahrer des Qur'an (auswendig) und sollen nun anfangen mit Aqidah, Fiqh und Hadith. IN SHAA ALLAH. Noch kann gespendet werden - der Bau ist noch längst nicht fertig finanziert - welche Sadaqqa Jariah ist wertvoller als die aus der bi'idhnillah leuchtende Vorbilder dieser Ummah hervorgehen - drum eilt zum Erfolg unter:

Manche von ihnen werden gezogen, andere werden auf ihren Gesichtern gehen.
    „Und Wir werden sie am Tage der Auferstehung versammeln, (und sie werden) auf ihren Angesichtern (liegen), blind, stumm und taub" (5) Andere werden zu Fuß gehen, wieder andere auf weißen Kamelen mit goldenen Satteln und Halftern aus Smaragd, auf denen sie sitzen, bis sie an die Tore des Paradieses stoßen. Diese werden reiten, während die anderen gehen, und werden bekleidet sein, während die anderen nackt sind (6). Sie werden keinen Durst erleiden, während alle anderen durstig sind. Sie werden unter dem Thron des Allerbarmers Schatten finden, während die anderen unter der sengenden Sonne stehen. Manche von ihnen kommen
    40 Jahre vor den anderen Menschen ins Paradies, die noch unter Dunkelheit und Angst am Mahschar (7) leiden: Die Sonne nähert sich zwar ihren Köpfen, aber ihr Licht wird ausgelöscht werden, während ihre Hitze um 10 Jahre vervielfacht wird(8). Sie werden sich vor Hunger krümmen, - hungriger, als sie jemals waren. Sie werden ihre Lippen vor Durst lecken, durstiger als sie jemals gewesen sind. Stehend werden sie darauf warten, dass das Urteil über sie gefällt wird. Sie warten und warten… vierzig Jahre lang. Manche sagen, dass sie sogar länger warten werden. Während dieser ganzen Zeit wird der Hocherhabene kein einziges Wort zu ihnen sprechen und sich nicht um sie kümmern. So werden sie mit Furcht und Hitze erfüllt sein, und schließlich zu Adam, der Friede sei mit ihm, gehen. Sie bitten ihn, bei Allah für sie Fürsprache einzulegen. Aber er wird sagen: „Nafsi, nafsi (9) Geht zu Noah." Dann werden sie der Reihe nach zu den Propheten gehen, aber ein jeder wird sagen: „Nafsi, nafsi." Schließlich werden sie zu Mohammad, Allahs Frieden und Segen auf ihm, gelangen, der
    seinen Herrn um Erlaubnis bitten wird, Fürsprache bei Ihm einzulegen. Dies wird ihm in dieser gepriesenen Situation (10) gewährt. Er wirft sich vor dem Thron nieder und macht Fürsprache für die Menschen bei seinem Herrn, damit Er, der Hocherhabene kommt, um zwischen den Menschen zu richten. Unser Herr kommt beschirmt von Wolken von Seinem Thron herab zu Seinem Kursiiy(11). Dann werden die Waagen aufgestellt und die Abrechnung beginnt. In dieser Lage werden sie an einem Tag verweilen, der fünfzigtausend Jahre (12) andauert, während mit jedem gemäß seiner Sünden abgerechnet wird.

    Wenn in den Sur gestoßen wird, werden die Menschen mit Schrecken aus ihren Gräbern auferstehen. Eine Gruppe (4) aber wird von diesem Schrecken verschont sein. Sie werden den Sand von ihren Körpern abschütteln und sagen: „Alles Lob gebührt Allah, Der die Traurigkeit von uns genommen hat." Barfüßig und nackt werden die Menschen zur Versammlung gedrängt. Manche von ihnen werden gezogen, andere werden auf ihren Gesichtern gehen.
    „Und Wir werden sie am Tage der Auferstehung versammeln, (und sie werden) auf ihren Angesichtern (liegen), blind, stumm und taub" (5) Andere werden zu Fuß gehen, wieder andere auf weißen Kamelen mit goldenen Satteln und Halftern aus Smaragd, auf denen sie sitzen, bis sie an die Tore des Paradieses stoßen. Diese werden reiten, während die anderen gehen, und werden bekleidet sein, während die anderen nackt sind (6). Sie werden keinen Durst erleiden, während alle anderen durstig sind. Sie werden unter dem Thron des Allerbarmers Schatten finden, während die anderen unter der sengenden Sonne stehen. Manche von ihnen kommen
