Es soll angmerkt sein, dass diese Übelieferung in ihrer Überlieferungskette einen unbekannten Überlieferer beinhaltet. Nichtsdestotrotz ist diese Überlieferung "authentisch" für viele Shia-Gelehrten und vorallem für jene, die die 4 Bücher der 12er-Shiiten für authentisch erachten und auch weiteren namhaften Gelehrten.
Somit ist diese Überlieferung ein echter Schlag gegen die 12er-Shiiten und ihre Theorie der Unfehlbarkeit der 12 Imame!

The Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم shook the hand of Sa'ad ibn Muadh رضي الله عنه and found his hands to be rough.When the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم asked about it, Sa'ad said: "I dig with the shovel to maintain my family." The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم kissed Sa'ad's hands and said: "(They are) two hands which Allah loves." الأمور المستعجلة تؤجل دعوى وقف أعمال لجنة الإنتخابات الرئاسية لـ 13 مايو المقبل
قررت محكمة القاهرة للأمور المستعجلة اليوم الثلاثاء تأجيل دعوى تطالب بوقف أعمال اللجنة العليا للانتخابات الرئاسة، لجلسة 13 مايو لإعلان المدعى عليه.
وكان حامد صديق المحامى ، أقام دعوى قضائية تطالب بوقف أعمال اللجنة العليا للانتخابات ضد رئيس الجمهورية بصفته، وقال فى دعواه إن لجنة الانتخابات الرئاسية تحتوي علي مواد ليس لها أصل في الدستور الحالي ولا يمكن انتداب أعضاء المحكمة الدستورية في أعمال قانونية على حد قوله 19

11 ألف سيدة
11 ألف طفل،
8 آلاف حالة اغتصاب.
5 ملايين ونصف المليون طفل في حاجة إلى المساعدة
9 ملايين نازح
3 ملايين لاجئ
94 ألف مفقود،
250 ألف معتقل
120 ألف عائلة بدون عائل،
ثلاثة آلاف مدرسة مدمرة
ألف وخمسمئة دار عبادة بين مسجد وكنيسة مدمرة

هذه احصائيات مخيفة لو سمعها مسلم غيور ورجل لشاب من هولها ولم ينم حتى اوقف هذه الاحصائيات وصفرها وبدا العد في اعداء امتة
صحيح ان العرب قد اخترعوا الارقام ولكن ليس ليتحولوا الى ارقام

دو آدمی ایک قریشی خاتون کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور کے پاس 100 دینا بطور امانت رکھ کر کہا:
" جب تک ہم دونوں اکھٹے ہوکر اپنا مال طلب نہ کریں، تب تک آپ یہ امانت واپس نہیں کریں گی- ہم دونوں کی موجودگی امانت واپس کرتے وقت ضروری ہے-"
اس عورت نے ان کی امانت رکھ لی اور اس پر ایک سال کا وقفہ گذر گیا- ایک سال کے بعد ان دونوں میں سے ایک شخص اس خاتون کے پاس آیا اور کہنے لگا کہ :
"میرے ساتھی کا انتقال ہوگیا ہے، اس لیے جو 100 دینار ہم نے تمہارے پاس امانت رکھے ہیں، مجھے دےدو-"
خاتون نے امانت حوالے کرنے سے انکار کردیا اور کہنے لگی:
" تم دونوں ساتھیوں نے میرے امانت رکھتے ہوئے یہ شرط رکھی تھی کہ میں تم میں سے ایک کی غیر موجودگی میں مال دوسرے کے حوالے نہ کروں، اس لیے میں امانت تیرے سپرد نہیں کرسکتی"
اس آدمی نے خاتون کے اہل خانہ اور پڑوسیوں سے مدد طلب کی- ان لوگوں نے اس خاتون سے سفارش کی کہ اس کو امانت دے دو کیونکہ اس کے ساتھی کا انتقال ہوگیا ہے-
لوگوں کےبےحد اصرار اور سفارش پر اس عورت نے امانت اس شخص کو دے دی-
ادھر اس بات کو ایک سال اور گذر گیا تو دوسرا شخص جس کو اس کے دوست نے مرا ہوا ظاہر کیا تھا، اس عورت کے پاس آیا اور آکر امانت طلب کی- خاتون نے بتایا:
"تمہارا دوسرا ساتھی آیا تھا اور اس نے بتایا کہ تمہاری وفات ہوچکی ہے، اس لیے میں نے امانت اس کےحوالے کردی۔"
وہ شخص اس عورت سے جھگڑنے لگا اور کہا کہ میں تو زندہ سلامت ہوں- میری امانت واپس کرو-
عورت نے کہا کہ میں تو رقم تمہارے ساتھی کو دے چکی ہوں۔
اب اس عورت کے خلاف مقدمہ حضرت عمر فاروق رضی اللہ عنہ کی عدالت میں پیش کردیا- عمر فاروق رضی اللہ عنہ نے دونوں کا مقدمہ سنا اور چاہا کہ اس کا فیصلہ اس آدمی کے حق میں کردیں-
اچانک انہوں نے کچھ سوچا اور پھر فرمایا:
" اس مقدمہ کو ہم علی بن ابی طالب کے سپرد کرتے ہیں اور ایک روایت کے مطابق خود دونوں کو لے کر علی رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس آئے-"
حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ دونوں کے بیانات سنے اور معاملہ کو بھانپ گئے کہ اس عورت کے ساتھ دھوکہ ہوا ہے، چنانچہ فرمایا:
"کیا تم اس خاتون سے یہ شرط نہیں رکھی تھی کہ مال ایک کی غیر موجودگی میں دوسرے کے حوالے مت کرنا؟"
اس آدمی نے جواب دیا:
"ہاں یہ شرط تو رکھی گئی تھی"
علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا:
"تمہارا مال ہمارے پاس موجود ہے، اپنے ساتھی کو بلا لاؤ، تاکہ میں تم دونوں کا مال تمہارے سپرد کردوں-"
یہ بات سن کر وہ آدمی اپنا سا منہ لے کر رہ گیا اور خاموشی سے واپس چلا گیا
