Wenn eine Person etwas nicht mag, obwohl es in der Sharia vorgeschrieben ist, beeinflusst es sie nicht nachteilig, solange sie nicht die Tatsache hasst, dass es vorgeschrieben ist. Allah sagt (ungefähre Bedeutung): {Zu kämpfen ist euch (Muslimen) vorgeschrieben, auch wenn es euch widerwärtig ist. Doch es mag sein, dass euch etwas widerwärtig ist, was gut für euch ist, und es mag sein, dass euch etwas lieb ist, was übel für euch…}[Al-Baqara 2:216] Die Frau, die eifersüchtig ist, hasst nicht die Tatsache, dass Allah ihrem Mann erlaubt hat, mehr als eine Frau zu heiraten, aber sie hasst es, eine Mitfrau zu haben. Es gibt einen deutlichen Unterschied zwischen diesen beiden Sachen. Daher hoffe ich, dass der Bruder, der diese Frage gestellt hat, und andere Leute, sorgfältig über solche Sachen nachdenken und nicht vorschnell urteilen; ich hoffe, dass sie diese feinen Unterschiede, wodurch sich Urteile unterscheiden, erkennen werden. Schaykh ibn al-'Uthaymin رحمه الله sagte in einer seiner Antworten: Was die Aussage "Es gibt keine Schamhaftigkeit in der Religion" (La hayaa'a fi-d-din) betrifft, so ist es besser, dass man sagt: "Allah schämt sich nicht, die Wahrheit zu sprechen" (In-na-llaah laa yastahii minal haqq), so wie es Umm Sulaim رضي الله عنها sagt: ,,Oh Gesandter Allahs! Allah schämt sich nicht, die Wahrheit zu sprechen! Ist die Frau zur Ganzwaschung (zur Herstellung der rituellen Reinheit) verpflichtet, wenn sie im Traum ihren geschlechtlichen Höhepunkt erlebt?" . Bezüglich (der Aussage) "Es gibt keine Schamhaftigkeit in der Religion", so ergibt dies eine Schlechte Bedeutung, denn der Prophet صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم sagte: "Die Schamhaftigkeit ist vom Imaan". So ist die Schamhaftigkeit vom Imaan. Aber sollte der Sagende (von) "Es gibt keine Schamhaftigkeit in der Religion" beabsichtigen, dass es kein Scham in den Fragen der Religion (ad-din) gibt, d.h. bzgl. einer Angelegenheit fragen, bei der man Schamhaftigkeit fühlen könnte. Sollte er dies meinen, so ist es besser: "Allah schämt sich nicht, die Wahrheit zu sprechen!" zu sagen. Und wie sollte man die Leute eines Ortes begrüßen, worin so wohl Muslime als auch Kuffaar anwesend sind? الإجابة: لا يجوز أن يسلم الإنسان على المسلم بقوله: "السلام على من اتبع الهدى" لأن هذه الصيغة إنما قالها الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم حين كتب إلى غير المسلمين، وأخوك المسلم قل له: السلام عليكم، أما أن تقول: "السلام على من اتبع الهدى" فمقتضى هذا أن أخاك هذا ليس ممن اتبع الهدى. وإذا كانوا مسلمين ونصارى فإنه يسلم عليهم بالسلام المعتاد يقول: "السلام عليكم" يقصد بذلك المسلمين. Antwort: Es ist nicht erlaubt einen Muslim mit den Worten "as-Salaamu 'ala mani taba' al-Huda" zu grüßen, denn diese Grußformel benutze der Prophet sall-llaahu alaihi wassalaam in Briefe die an nicht-Muslime gerichtet waren. Und zu deinem Muslimischen Bruder sollst du "As-Salaamu alaikum" sagen. Aber wenn du (zu deinem Bruder) sagst "As-Salaamu 'ala mani taba' al-Huda", so bedeutet dies, dass dein Bruder nicht von denjenigen ist, der die Rechtleitung (al-Huda) folgt. Und wenn (in einer Situation) so wohl Muslime als auch Christen anwesend sind, so grüße sie, mit dem üblichen Salaam, in dem du sagst "As-Salaamu alaikum", mit der Absicht dies richtet sich an die Muslime.
