Wieviele Menschen schrieben den Gelehrten etwas zu was sie nicht gesagt haben! Dann, wenn es belegt ist, dass der Gelehrte dies sagte, muss man aus dem Ratschlag heraus mit diesem Gelehrten Kontakt aufnehmen und sagen: (Mich hat über dich dies und jenes erreicht, stimmt das?). Entweder er verneint es und in diesem Fall fordern wir von dem Behaupter einen klaren Beweis bzw. Erklärung, oder er bejaht es und wenn er es bejaht, mache ich ihm meine Meinung klar und sage: (Das was du sagtest ist nicht richtig) und entweder überzeugt er mich, oder ich überzeuge ihn. Oder vielleicht haben beide von uns eine Berechtigung in dem was wir sagen, und so ist er durch seinen Ijtihād entschuldigt und ich durch meinen. Und ich rede nicht schlecht über ihn bzw. taste seine Ehre an, denn wenn ich schlecht über ihn spreche, wird er schlecht über mich sprechen und dadurch entsteht Kontaktabbruch, Feindschaft und Hass." ولهذا نرى أن الواجب على عامة الناس، وعلى طلبة العلم ـ بالأخص ـ إذا سمعوا عن عالمٍ ما لا يرونه حقاً، أن يتثبتوا أولاً من صحة نسبته لهذا العالم. كم من أناس نسبوا إلى العلماء ما لم يقولوه! ثم إذا ثبت عنده أنه قاله، يجب عليه من باب النصيحة لله ـ عز وجل ـ ولكتابه، ولرسوله، ولأئمة المسلمين، أن يتصل بهذا العالم، يقول: بلغني عنك كذا، وكذا، فهل هذا صحيح؟ فإما أن ينكر، وحينئذٍ نطالب من نقل عنه هذا القول بالبينة، وإما أن يقر، فإذا أقر، أبين له وجهة نظري، أقول: هذا القول الذي قلته غير صحيح، فإما أن يقنعني، وإما أن أقنعه، وإما أن يكون لكلٍ منا وجهٌ فيما قال، فيكون هو معذوراً باجتهاده ،وأنا معذورٌ باجتهادي، وليس أن أتكلم في عرضه؛ لأنني لو استبحت لنفسي أن أتكلم في عرضه، لكنت أبحت له أن يتكلم هو أيضاً في عرضي، وحينئذٍ يحصل التنافر، والعداوة، والبغضاء. If he is not going to offer a sacrifice there is nothing wrong with eating before the prayer. 3 – Takbeerat. (On Eid al-Adha, the takbeer begins on the first day of Dhu'l-Hijjah and lasts until sunset on the last of the days of tashreeq) 4 – Offering congratulations. Dhul-Hidscha) ist der großartigste Tag des Jahres, es ist der größte Tag der Pilgerfahrt. - Du solltest ein Bad nehmen am Tag des Festes und - die beste Kleidung tragen. - Es ist besser, am Tag des Opferfestes bis nach dem Id-Gebet nichts zu essen. - Das Fasten ist an diesem Tag verboten. - Takbirat während den 'Id-Tagen. - Gegenseitiges Grüßen am Fest. - Verschiedene Wege zum Gebetsplatz hin und zurück nehmen. - Es ist Sunnah, Salat-ul-Adha (das Opferfest-Gebet) früh zu verrichten, damit mehr Zeit für die Leute bleibt, um zu opfern. - Kein Adhan (1.
