Es besteht darin, dass sie zum einen nach der islamischen Aqida und der Gesetzgebung Allahs (s.w.t.) leben wollen, zum anderen sehen sie sich aber mit einer Gesellschaftsordnung konfrontiert, die nach der kapitalistischen Ideologie funktioniert. So prallen zwei verschiedene Überzeugungsgrundlagen aufeinander, die beiderseits den Anspruch erheben, einen Leitfaden für das menschliche Dasein zu bilden. Es ist dieser Gegensatz, durch den die Muslime stets zwischen zwei Welten hin und her gerissen werden. Nun muss sich der Muslim jedoch entscheiden, nach welchen Maßstäben er sein Leben ausrichten will. Muslime, die konsequent nach den Ge- und Verboten Allahs (s.w.t.) leben wollen, werden vom kapitalistischen System maßgeblich daran gehindert. Es existieren zahlreiche Mechanismen, die dem geringsten Aufkommen von Interesse an der islamischen Lebensweise präventiv entgegenwirken. Ein Beispiel ist die Einführung des Ethikunterrichts an den Schulen. Dadurch soll die Sozialisation in die westliche Gesellschaft gefördert werden, indem von Kindesbein an westliche Wertvorstellungen vermittelt werden. Dass sich viele Muslime bereits von Haus aus nur geringfügig mit den Grundlagen des Islam und den zu praktizierenden Rechtssprüchen auskennen, tut sein Übriges. Das widersprüchliche Verhalten vieler Muslime ist also dadurch zu erklären, dass neben der eigenen Glaubensüberzeugung auch das hiesige System den Menschen beeinflusst. So vermittelt es durch Bildungsinstitute, Medien und das angewandte Rechtssystem seine eigenen Maßstäbe und Ideen, welche den Menschen formen. Doch gerade weil diese westlichen Werte im deutlichen Widerspruch zum Islam stehen, werden die Muslime zwangsläufig mit der Frage der eigenen Identität konfrontiert. Denn die Identität ist das Bewusstsein eines Menschen um die Wesenheit seiner Selbst, die ihn in seiner individuellen oder kollektiven Eigenschaft von anderen unterscheidet. Ist dieses Bewusstsein widersprüchlich, kann sich keine einheitliche Identität herausbilden. Der scheinbar von Toleranz durchdrungene Westen, interessiert an der Homogenität der eigenen Gesellschaft, führt gegenwärtig einen gnadenlosen Feldzug gegen alles, was mit dem Islam in Verbindung steht. Sein Ziel besteht dabei darin, die Muslime dazu zu bewegen, ihre eigenen Werte und Konzeptionen aufzugeben, sodass sie sich dem Kapitalismus vollends unterwerfen. Dieser internationale Krieg gegen den Islam wird seit dem 11. September 2001 besonders intensiv geführt. Der damalige US-Präsident George W. Bush sagte am 16. September 2001 vor dem Weißen Haus: "Dieser Kreuzzug, dieser Krieg gegen den Terrorismus, wird Zeit in Anspruch nehmen." Dass mit dem Terrorismus in diesem Kontext der Islam gemeint ist, dürfte mehr als zehn Jahre nach dem Beginn des modernen Kreuzzuges allen Zweiflern und Gutgläubigen klar sein. Auch die damalige Außenministerin Condoleezza Rice nahm bei ihren Ausführungen kein Blatt vor den Mund. In ihrer Rede vor dem Auswärtigen Ausschuss des Senats sprach sie offen von einem ideologischen Kampf: "Wir sind in einem langfristigen Kampf gegen die Ideologie von Hass, Terror und Hoffnungslosigkeit." Dieser Kampf gegen die islamische Aqida und die Scharia ist unter dem Deckmantel der Terrorbekämpfung seit dem 11. September 2001 in vollem Gange und hält bis zum heutigen Tage an. Am deutlichsten äußert sich der besagte Kampf in Form der Kriege in Afghanistan und im Irak. Doch auch auf ideologischer Ebene zeigte sich der Westen gewohnt aggressiv: Am 30. September 2005 veröffentlichte die dänische Tageszeitung Jyllands-Posten unter dem Titel „Das Gesicht Mohammeds" eine Serie von zwölf Karikaturen, was umgehend zu heftigen Unruhen und Protesten in der islamischen Welt führte. Die daraufhin im Westen geführte Diskussion über die Meinungs- und Pressefreiheit endete mit der Forderung des Westens, dass eben diese Freiheiten unbedingt respektiert werden müssten. Die Karikaturisten hätten lediglich von diesen Freiheiten Gebraucht gemacht – und das sei auch ihr gutes Recht! Der Zweck dieser beleidigenden Angriffe auf die islamische Glaubensüberzeugung lag darin, die kulturelle Überlegenheit des Westens gegenüber den islamischen Werten zu propagieren. Auch die jüngsten Verunglimpfungen des Propheten (s.) zeigen einmal mehr, dass der Kampf auch auf dieser Ebene konsequent weitergeführt wird. In Deutschland hat die Bundesregierung erstmals am 26. September 2006 eine deutsche Islam-Konferenz ins Leben gerufen. Insofern wird auch in Deutschland seit Beginn dieser Konferenz der politische Kampf gegen den Islam intensiver geführt. Über die Ziele der Bundesregierung gibt eine im Juli 2011 veröffentlichte Studie des Bundesinnenministeriums Aufschluss. So heißt es darin: „Im Zentrum der Untersuchungen stand die Frage nach dem Ausmaß und den Ursachen radikaler Einstellungen und Verhaltensweisen junger Muslime in Deutschland. Die Ergebnisse der Studie bestätigen insgesamt, dass es nach wie vor notwendig ist, gesellschaftliche Initiativen und Maßnahmen zu realisieren, die den Aufbau einer positiven bikulturellen Identität der Muslime erleichtern, um auf diese Weise islamistischen Radikalisierungsprozessen vorzubeugen und Integrationsprozesse zu befördern." Somit wird deutlich, dass das Bestreben Deutschlands darin besteht, die islamische Identität durch die eigene zu ersetzen. Seit neuestem wird nun auch die Praxis der Beschneidung öffentlich angegriffen. In einem Urteil des Kölner Landgerichts vom 7. Mai 2012 wurde diese als Körperverletzung gewertet. Die Bundesregierung hat hingegen nach dem Urteil eine rechtliche Klarstellung angekündigt. Die Bundeskanzlerin sagte diesbezüglich: "Ich will nicht, dass Deutschland das einzige Land auf der Welt ist, in dem Juden nicht ihre Riten ausüben können. Wir machen uns ja sonst zur Komiker-Nation." Gegenwärtig befindet sich ein neues Gesetz zur Beschneidung im Gesetzgebungsverfahren. Diese Initiative ist dem Umstand geschuldet, dass das besagte Gerichtsurteil auch ein Verbot für die Juden zur Folge hätte. Es war politisch somit unumgänglich, eine rechtliche Klarstellung herbeizuführen, da es die deutsche Staatsräson selbstverständlich nicht zulässt, solch strenge Maßnahmen gegen Juden durchzuführen. Ohnehin schien das Verbot eher für die Muslime gedacht gewesen zu sein, schließlich wurde das Urteil im Rahmen eines Sachverhalts gefällt, der einen muslimischen Jungen betraf. Ein weiterer Angriff auf den Islam stellt das Erschweren des Schächtens dar. Nachdem das Bundesverfassungsgericht am 15. Januar 2002 noch zugunsten eines muslimischen Metzgers entschied, wurde der Tierschutz zum Staatsziel erklärt und im Mai 2002 im Grundgesetz verankert. Damit wurde dem Tierschutz Verfassungsrang eingeräumt. Aus der Grundgesetzänderung resultierte eine strenge Genehmigungspraxis für das Schächten, die wiederum zu erneuten Klagen führte. Das Bundesverwaltungsgericht in Leipzig entschied im November 2006, dass trotz der Verankerung des Tierschutzes im Grundgesetz Religionsvertretern eine Ausnahmegenehmigung zum Schächten erteilt werden müsse. Daraufhin brachten die Bundesländer Hessen und Schleswig-Holstein im Jahr 2007 eine Gesetzesinitiative zur Änderung des Tierschutzgesetzes auf den Weg, die auf eine weitere Verschärfung der Schächtungsbedingungen abzielte, um dem Tierschutz vermehrt Rechnung zu tragen. Das Schächten wird durch diese juristischen Spielereien für Muslime eindeutig erschwert. Allein durch diese Beispiele wird deutlich, dass in den westlichen Ländern der Islam, seine Aqida, seine Kultur und seine Rechtssprüche zunehmend diskreditiert, verspottet und aktiv durch Verbote systematisch bekämpft werden. Den Muslimen muss bewusst werden, dass diese Angriffe auf den Islam einen schweren Schlag gegen ihre Identität bedeuten. Daher gilt es umso mehr, sich seiner islamischen Identität bewusst zu werden, auf dass die Muslime nicht das Diesseits und das Jenseits verlieren.
