Er fing auch kürzlich an, mir zu misstrauen, so dass er seine Arbeit verlassen hat, um zu Hause zu bleiben, damit er mich kontrollieren kann. Was soll ich tun? Antwort: Gepriesen sei Allah. Es ist nicht erlaubt, mit einem solchen Ehemann zusammen zu bleiben. Denn, indem er das Gebet vernachlässigt, ist er ein Kaafir und es ist einer Muslima nicht erlaubt, einen Kaafir zu heiraten oder mit ihm verheiratet zu bleiben. Allah sagt: {فَإِنْ عَلِمْتُمُوهُنَّ مُؤْمِنَاتٍ فَلَا تَرْجِعُوهُنَّ إِلَى الْكُفَّارِ ۖ لَا هُنَّ حِلٌّ لَّهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحِلُّونَ لَهُنَّ} "Wenn ihr sie dann als gläubig erkennt, dann schickt sie nicht zu den Ungläubigen zurück. Weder sind sie ihnen (zur Ehe) erlaubt, noch sind sie ihnen (diesen Frauen) erlaubt." (Surah Al-Mumtahinah 60:10) Die Ehe zwischen dir und ihm ist null und nichtig und es kann keine Heirat zwischen euch geben, es sei denn Allah leitet ihn recht und er bereut bei Allah und kommt zurück zum Islam. In dem Fall würde die Ehe gültig bleiben. Das Benehmen des Ehemannes ist nicht korrekt und es scheint mir, dass er unter einer psychischen Krankheit leidet, wie Paranoia und Waswas (Einflüsterungen des Satan), an der manche Menschen leiden in Bezug auf ihre Gottesdienste und ihrem Benehmen gegenüber anderen Menschen. Nichts wird ihn von dieser Krankheit befreien, außer das Gedenken an Allah (Dhikr), das Zufluchtsuchen bei Ihm und das Vertrauen in Allah, um davon loszukommen. Was dich betrifft und was jetzt wichtig ist, ist dass du ihn verlassen musst und nicht mehr bei ihm bleiben darfst, weil er ein Kaafir ist und du eine Gläubige. Was deinen Ehemann betrifft, so raten wir ihm, bei Allah Zuflucht vor dem verfluchten Satan zu suchen und zu versuchen, notwendige Bittgebete zu lesen, um ihn von seinen Waswas zu befreien. Wir bitten Allah, ihm zu helfen.
