"Blogtrottr" <busybee@blogtrottr.com>: Dec 17 08:51PM Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand کسی ایک انسان کا قتل ساری انسانیت کا قتل ہے:۔ مِنْ اَجْلِ ذٰلِکَ کَتَبْنَا عَلٰی... http://www.facebook.com/understandislaam/photos/a.407494322642663.92801.407131089345653/837350569657034/?type=1 Dec 17th 2014, 20:21 کسی ایک انسان کا قتل ساری انسانیت کا قتل ہے:۔ مِنْ اَجْلِ ذٰلِکَ کَتَبْنَا عَلٰی بَنِیْۤ اِسْرَآءِ یْلَ اَنَّه، مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا بِغَیْرِ نَفْسٍ اَوْ فَسَادٍ فِی الْاَرْضِ فَکَاَنَّمَا قَتَلَ النَّاسَ جَمِیْعًا وَمَنْ اَحْیَاهَا فَکَاَنَّمَآ اَحْیَا النَّاسَ جَمِیْعًا.(5: 32) اِسی سبب سے ہم نے بنی اسرائیل پر لکھ دیا کہ جس نے کسی انسان کو خون کے بدلے یا زمین میں فساد پھیلانے کے سوا کسی اور وجہ سے قتل کیا، اُس نے گویا تمام انسانوں کو قتل کر دیا اور جس نے کسی انسان کو بچایا، اُس نے گویا تمام انسانوں کو بچا لیا۔ جانتے بوجھتے ایک مومن کو قتل کرنے کا انجام ہمیشہ کی جہنم اور اللہ کا غضب اور اسکی لعنت ہے :۔ {وَمَنْ یَّقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُّتَعَمِّداً فَجَزَاؤُہُ جَہَنَّمُ خَالِدًا فِیْھَا وَغَضِبَ اللّٰہُ عَلَیْہِ وَلَعَنَہُ وَاَعَدَّ لَہُ عَذَابًا عَظِیْماً} (النساء 4/93) ''اور جو کوئی کسی مومن کو جان بوجھ کر قتل کر ڈالے اس کی سزا دوزخ ہے جس میں وہ ہمیشہ رہے گا اس پر اللہ تعالیٰ کا غضب ہے ۔اس پر اللہ تعالیٰ نے لعنت کی ہے اور اس کے لیے بڑا عذاب تیار کر رکھا ہے ۔'' نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے فرمان سے :۔ تم پر تمہارا خون ، مال اور عزت کی حرمت اسی طرح ہے جیسے مکہ مکرمہ کی :۔ ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے (حجۃالوداع کے موقع پر میدان عرفات میں ۹ ذو الحجہ کو )خطبہ دیتے ہوئے فرمایا کہ'' تمہارا خون ،تمہارا مال اور تمہاری عزت تم پر آپس میں اس طرح حرام ہے جس طرح تمہارے لیے اس دن (۹ ذوالحجہ)کی اور اس شہر (مکہ) کی اور اس مبارک مہینے (ذوالحجہ)کی حرمت ہے'' ۔ (بخاری۔الحج ۔ باب الخطبہ ایام منیٰ۔1739) جب مومن کے خون کی یہ حرمت ہے تو اسے ناحق بہانا حقوق العباد میں سب سے بڑا جرم ہے۔ جو ہم پر ہتھیار اٹھائے وہ ہم میں سے نہیں :۔ عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ''جو شخص ہم پر ہتھیار اٹھائے وہ ہم میں سے نہیں ہے''۔ (بخاری 6874۔مسلم الایمان باب قول النبی من حمل علینا السلاح فلیس منا 98) قتل کا حریص بھی جہنمی ہے :۔ ابوبکرہ رضی اللہ عنہ روایت کرتے ہیں نبی رحمت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ''جب دو مسلمان اپنی اپنی تلواریں سونت کر ایک دوسرے کو (مارنے کی نیت سے ) ملتے ہیں تو قاتل اور مقتول دونوں جہنمی ہیں ۔ عرض کیا گیا کہ قاتل کا جہنمی ہونا تو سمجھ میں آتا ہے ۔مقتول کیوں جہنمی ہے؟ آپ aنے فرمایا :کہ وہ بھی تو اپنے مسلمان بھائی کے قتل کا خواہشمند تھا'' (بخاری ۔الفتن ۔باب اذا التقی المسلمان بسیفیھما 7083۔ مسلم ۔الفتن۔باب اذا تواجہ المسلمان بسیفیھما 2888) اگر کوئی مسلمان کسی باغی یا چور ڈاکو سے اپنی جان یا مال کی حفاظت کے لیے مدافعت کرے گا تو اس کے لیے یہ وعید نہیں ہے ۔ قتل ناحق کفر ہے عبداللہ ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : ''میرے بعدکافر مت ہو جانا کہ ایک دوسرے کی گردن مارنے لگو''۔ (بخاری: 1742، مسلم الایمان، باب بیان معنی قول النبی لا ترجعوا بعدی کفارا65) البتہ یہ کفر اصغر ہے ، اسی لیے قاتل ناحق کافر نہیں ہے ۔ اللہ کے نزدیک ایک مومن کی جان کا مقام مسلمان کے خون کی اہمیت اور اسے قتل کر دینے کا جرم اتنا سنگین ہے کہ عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ''ایک مسلمان کے قتل کے مقابلے میں پوری دنیا کا تباہ و برباد ہو جانا اللہ تعالیٰ کے نزدیک زیادہ معمولی بات ہے'' (ترمذی۔ الدیات۔ باب ما جاء فی تشدید قتل المومن 1395) ابو سعید خدری اور ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ''اگر زمین و آسمان کے رہنے والے کسی ایک مومن کے قتل میں شریک ہو جائیں تو اللہ تعالیٰ لازماََ ان سب کو جہنم میں اوندھے منہ پھینک دے گا۔ (ترمذی 1398) You are receiving this email |
