Im April dieses Jahres machte die nigerianische Terrororganisation "Boko Haram" weltweit Schlagzeilen, als sie angeblich über 200 Schulmädchen entführte u. der angebliche Anführer Shekau damit drohte, sie als Sklavinnen zu verkaufen. Am letzten Wochenende veröffentlichte Boko Haram angeblich ein neues "Schockvideo". Gerhard Wisnewski, früher u.a. für die ARD tätig, geht in seinem neuen "Jahrbuch des Verbrechens 2015" der Frage nach, woher diese Organisation eigentlich kommt u. wer Shekau ist. Es geht insbesondere darum, "wie eine zerlumpte Sammlung von hauptsächlich halbgebildeten, unbedarften Personen, die vor allem mit Mopeds operieren, sich praktisch über Nacht in eine Organisation verwandeln kann, die in der Lage ist, Bomben, die Millionen Nairas (Währung Nigerias) kosten, zu entwerfen, herzustellen u. in Gebäuden u. Fahrzeugen anzubringen u. Angriffe gleichzeitig an mehreren Orten des Landes auszuführen." (zit. n. Wisnewski, Jahrbuch des Verbrechens, S. 170) Wisnewski kommt zu dem Schluss, dass der US-Geheimdienst CIA an der Wiege von "Boko Haram" steht. Dabei stützt er sich auf Recherchen des nigerianischen Journalisten Mavangira u. des US-Menschenrechtlers Randy Short, nach denen "Boko Haram" von der CIA gegründet u. finanziert worden ist: "Wie Mavangira schreibt, nutzte sie (die CIA) wie anderswo auch auch ethische u. soziale Verwerfungen u. sammelte arbeitslose islam. Jugendliche um sich – und an denen war kein Mangel. Die CIA hat seit Langem entlang der durchlässigen Grenzen zum Tschad, zu Niger u. Kamerun Ausbildungslager eingerichtet. Dort werden arme, verwirrte u. desorientierte Jugendliche zu Aufständischen im Namen Allahs ausgebildet, um in dem gottlosen Nigeria eine gerechte Ordnung herzustellen." (Ebenda) Der Grund: Das ölreiche Nigeria hatte mit China eine strategische Partnerschaft vereinbart, und der Terror der "Boko Haram" sorgt für den Anlass zu einer militärischen Intervention aus humanitären Gründen, die dann nach der anfangs beschriebenen Entführung auch durchgeführt wurde.
