The response he received was incredible. Hundreds of Muslims visited Saeed Islam, the name he chose for himself, in the last few months he had. They came from all over the world. Recently, he lost his battle against cancer but gained the prayers from hundreds of his new friends and brothers. May Allah grant him the highest paradise. Autor: Sheikh Sâlih bin Fauzân al-Fauzân, hafidhullah Frage: Wenn ein Gelehrter heute einen anderen Gelehrten widerlegt der in Fehlern gefallen ist, so sagen andere man soll dieses Gerede (die Widerlegung) ganz und gar ignorieren und nicht verbreiten. Was denken sie von diesem Prinzip? Gilt dies unbegrenzt? Antwort: Ich hatte euch dies bereits schon erklärt, das es verpflichtend ist die Wahrheit zu erklären. Es ist Wajîb Haqq zu erklären und die Fehler zu widerlegen. Wir möchten es niemandem gemütlich machen. Wir erklären die Fehler und rufen zur Wahrheit - und berücksichtigen dabei nicht ob es sich hier um Fulan oder Fulan handelt. Das Schweigen ist nicht erlaubt. Wenn wir anfangen den einen Fehler zu ignorieren, dann den zweiten und dritten - die Fehler werden sich anhäufen, und die Menschen würden das Schweigen der Gelehrten als einen Beweis (für diese Fehler) sehen. Daher, es ist verpflichtend die Wahrheit darzulegen, vor allem dann erst, wenn es sich um jemanden handelt der in Fehlern gefallen ist und ein Vorbild oder Führer ist. In diesem Fall ist dies noch bedrohlicher. Dessen Fehler müssen erklärt werden damit die Leute nicht von ihnen getäuscht (in die Irre geführt) werden. Man soll nicht sagen dass man diese Reden ignorieren soll und nicht verbreiten soll. Dies soll man nicht sagen. Diese Rede ist Batil. Wenn es (die Unwahrheit) sich verbreitet, so muss dies widerlegt werden - und es möge sich dann aufregen wer möchte und zufrieden sein wer möchte. Unser Ziel ist die Wahrheit, und nicht die Leute (dabei) herabsetzten oder erniedrigen. Sie sprachen: "Gepriesen seist Du. Wir haben kein Wissen außer dem, was Du uns gelehrt hast; wahrlich, Du bist der Allwissende, der Allweise." Er sprach: "O Adam, nenne ihnen ihre Namen!" Und als er ihnen ihre Namen nannte, sprach Er: "Habe Ich nicht gesagt, daß Ich das Verborgene der Himmel und der Erde kenne, und daß Ich kenne, was ihr offenbart und was ihr verborgen gehalten habt."} (Al-Baqarah, 2:31-34 ) Es geschah mittels Wissen, dass der Status des Propheten (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) etabliert wurde. {Allah hat das Buch und die Weisheit auf dich herabgesandt und dich gelehrt, was du nicht wußtest, und Allahs Huld, die Er dir erwiesen hat, ist wahrlich großartig.} (An-Nisaa', 4:113) Der Status derjenigen, die Wissen haben ist so groß; Allah selbst bezeugt an ihrer Stelle. {Bezeugt hat Allah, daß kein Gott da ist außer Ihm Selbst; und die Engel und die Wissenden (bezeugen es); Er sorgt für die Gerechtigkeit. Es ist kein Gott außer Ihm, dem Allmächtigen, dem Allweisen.} (Aali 'Imraan, 3:18) Ibn al-Qayyim sagte, dass dieser Vers das größte Lob für die Leute des Wissens ist. Allah erwähnt sie [zusammen] mit sich selbst und den Engeln. Er bezeugt an Stelle der Leute des Wissens. Es sind die Gelehrten, die den Qur'aan wahrhaftig verstehen. {Und dies sind Gleichnisse, die Wir den Menschen prägen; doch es verstehen sie nur jene, die Wissen haben.} (Al-'Ankabuut, 29:43 ) Es sind die Gelehrten, die Allah wahrhaftig fürchten. Niemand fürchtet Allah so, wie die Gelehrten, {Wahrlich, nur die Wissenden unter Seinen Dienern fürchten Allah.} (Faatir, 35:28 ) "Ich bin der Wissenste von euch in Bezug auf Allah und derjenige, der Ihn am meisten fürchtet." (Berichtet von al-Bukhari) Dies beweist, dass Wissen und Frömmigkeit Hand in Hand miteinander gehen. Es beweist auch die Exklusivität der Leute des Wissen, da Perfektion nur durch `Ilm erreicht wird. Es sind die Gelehrten, die nicht von ihren Gelüsten beeinflusst werden und die mit Weisheit gesegnet sind. {So ging er denn in seinem Schmuck hinaus zu seinem Volk. Jene nun, die nach dem Leben in dieser Welt begierig waren, sagten: "O wenn wir doch das gleiche besäßen wie das, was Korah (Qaaruun) gegeben wurde! Er hat wahrlich großes Glück." Die aber, denen Wissen zuteil geworden war, sagten: "Wehe euch, Allahs Lohn ist besser für den, der glaubt und gute Werke tut; und keiner wird ihn erlangen außer den Geduldigen."} (Al-Qasas, 28:79-80) Wissen ist ein Anzeichen für Allahs Liebe für eine Person "Für wen auch immer Allah etwas Gutes möchte, dem gewährt Er Verständnis (fiqh) von der Religion" (Berichtet von al-Bukhari [Nr. 71] und von Muslim [Nr. 1037]) Der Nutzen des Wissens hält nach dem eigenen Tod an "Wenn ein Mann stirbt kommen seine Taten zu einem Ende, außer drei: Wiederkehrende Almosen, Wissen [welches den Leuten] nützt, oder ein frommer Sohn, welcher für ihn betet." (Berichtet von Muslim) Die Gelehrten sind die Erben der Propheten (alaihimus salam) Ein Mann kam zu Abu Darda (radiallahu anhu), als dieser sich gerade in Damaskus befand. Abu Darda (radiallahu anhu) fragte ihn: "Was hat dich hierher geführt mein Bruder?" Er antwortete: "Ein Hadith, welchen du vom Propheten (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) berichtest." Abu Darda (radiallahu anhu) fragte: "Bist aufgrund irgendeines weltlichen Bedürfnisses gekommen?" Er erwiederte: "Nein." "Du bist nur gekommen, um diesen Hadith zu suchen?" Er antwortete: "Ja." Daraufhin sagte Abu Darda (radiallahu anhu), "Ich hörte den Gesandten Allahs (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) sagen": "Demjenigen, der auf der Suche nach Wissen einen Weg beschreitet, wird Allah einen Weg der Wege ins Paradies erleichtern. Die Engel senken ihre Flügel für den Studenten des Wissens in Anerkennung für das, was er tut. Alle Geschöpfe in den Himmeln und auf der Erde und sogar die Fische in den tiefen des Wassers bitten für den Gelehrten um Vergebung. Die Überlegenheit von einem Gelehrten über einen der Anbeter ist wie die Überlegenheit des Vollmondes bei Nacht über den Rest der Sterne. Wahrlich die Gelehrten sind die Erben der Propheten. Die Propheten haben gewiss keine Dinars oder Dirhams hinterlassen. Sie hinterließen das Wissen, so hat derjenige, der es nimmt, wahrlich ein großes Glück erlangt."
