Und wer die Begegnung mit Allāh verabscheut, mit dem verabscheut Allāh auch die Begegnung." 'Ā'ischa - oder einige seiner Frauen - sagte: "Wir verwünschen doch den Tod!" Der Prophet sagte: "Es ist nicht das. Es geht aber darum, wenn ein Gläubiger im Sterben liegt, so wird ihm die frohe Botschaft über das Wohlwollen Allāhs und seine ehrwürdige Stellung bei Ihm verkündet. Hier dann wird ihm nichts anderes lieber sein, als das, was ihm nunmehr bevorsteht. Somit liebt er dann die Begegnung mit Allāh und Allāh liebt die Begegnung mit ihm. Was aber den Ungläubigen angeht, der im Sterben liegt, so wird ihm die Pein und die Bestrafung Allāhs verkündet. Hier dann wird er das verabscheuen, was ihm bevorsteht. Somit verabscheut er also die Begegnung mit Allāh und Allāh verabscheut auch die Begegnung mit ihm!" ...
